Lots of beer to choose from...and lots of odd choices at that. Love the variety. Location is not as convenient as most others in downtown Bristol, but is still walkable if you've parked anywhere on the west end of the center point of downtown.
Very narrow interior makes it feel a bit confined when there's a crowd. The bar is set up in a way where you really can't have a private conversation if sitting there. However, if you are alone and just want to chat at the bartender, this would be ideal for that, I guess.
I have mixed feelings about the bright "led" look on the inside. While it gives the place a modern, clean ambiance, it's not what I expect from a beer place...feels cold and sterile. Even Barley Waters has soft lighting.
Give them credit for having live entertainment. Of course it's too small to have a true band (right?) but they've carved out a little cubby area for, say acoustic performer in the very back corner. Unfortunately you can't watch the performer unless you have one of the two or three tables at the back, but you can hear it throughout.
