Cascina Faletta - Ristorante - B&B - Wine Tasting

Cozy hotel in the Italian countryside surrounded by vineyards. There is a pool outside available for guests. The rooms are smallish and have a rustic vibe. There is a refrigerator and air conditioner in the rooms. The restaurant is upscale serving very high quality cuisine and wines. The staff is friendly and welcoming, everyone speaks perfect English. The view from the rooms is awesome. If you prefer a quiet accommodation to stay and wind down, this is an ideal place.

Soulless|We have travelled to the Piemonte 4 times in the last 4 months. We were always impressed at the quality, service, friendliness and sense of welcome.|Unfortunately this time we must say that the place had no heart or soul. Breakfast was self-service. No one in sight. Toast and small pieces of cake in plastic containers. |The room and bathroom were spacious but in need of a good vacuum! Spiderwebs. The curtain hanging off the rail. No bottled water. |The location is quite pretty and well located for visits in the area.

The rooms are the best at this Hotel Room 8/10 (did not se an AC) Breakfast 3/10 no meat or fresh fruits for a room price of 90€ Restaurant 6/10 was not really our taste and quite pricey Wine Tasting 7/10 was good only thing is price 15€ for 3 different Wines and 20€ for 5 wines. For sparkling extra cost. Overall it is a nice and good hotel, but everything costs extra and is reduced to the bare minimum except the huge prices.

We stayed here for two nights and loved everything about it. It is situated in the midst of the Piemonte heartland - its on a hill overlooking vineyards and hilltops as far as the eye can see. The location is perfect for cycling, with all possible terrain available. The Cascina Faletta is run by the most lovely couple you´ll ever meet - the service and smiles makes the stay wonderful. The rooms are very clean and very stylish. The pool area is a dream come true with its views and wine serving. We had dinner at the restaurant, as many other locals, and it was a true journey through Piedemonte cuisine - recommended.||||We are coming back soon.

We stayed at Cascina Faletta for 2 nights and had a delightful stay. The farmhouse has been beautifully restored and oozes charm as well as boasting all the modern conveniences you would need on holiday. The accommodation is set in a vineyard and the owners produce beautiful wine and Spumanti you can buy and drink onsite. There is also a restaurant attached and we loved the Agnolotti (pasta). We loved using the pool which is heated and large enough for laps. We also found the hills around the farmhouse lush and spectacular. It's a gorgeous place to stay for an authentic Italian experience. To top off the visit, Lucia the manager played with our 1 year old daughter and made us feel welcome and at home.

We stayed 2 nights but our experience was not positive unfortunately. Breakfast closes 10am and only includes coffee and sweets, everything else you need to pay extra. The staff was unrelaxed and mainly explained rules of what is not allowed (where you cannot have drinks, where you cannot sit in the restaurant, no shoes at the pool…). The main course of the dinner was a cold schnitzel, apparently typical for the region nevertheless nothing nice. At check-out they put us an extra 80 euro on the bill for losing a room card (the standard plastic cards not worth 1 euro).

We have stayed 3 nights at Cascina Faletta, it was a beautiful building and the workers were very nice. You had an amazing view and you could take a small wall inbetween the wineyards. This place was a perfect location to go to other beautiful wineries and local product area's. We had the most wonderful culinary days.

In a beautifully restored building, rooms are quite nice and clean, well furnished with good bedding. Some refurbishement work details were not perfect but in Italy as everywhere it is quite hard to find perfection. This is not a hotel building but a farm/winery and walls are not sound proof. For example, in the Granaio room, we could here neighbours talking (without shouting). You have to be lucky not to travel here at the same time than noisy people. Clearly this is the biggest issue of the Cascina Faletta. Similarly, if you speak with 1 open window from the second floor, everyone around the pool will hear. Sounds are navigating well across this building but unfortunately not wifi that may be difficult to connect in some rooms (works well in breakfast room).||Swimming pool is very good, quite long but only around 1.5m max high (no diving of course). Furniture around the pool is ok except there was only 1 parasol while sun hit hard. ||Breakfast was average. You have to wait ages to make your toasts (the toaster is very slow, please change it). No fresh juice but a bottle of "juice like" beverage. It is good to have fresh fruits but there is no diversity of patisseries: 1 cake only (probably industrial but not bad) but no croissant for example. I would have expected more local products from this winery with a restaurant. Service at breakfast and in rooms is fine (would have been easier if we spoke Italian). Decoration is well done in common areas but I am not fan of guns and bullets in the library / gaming room. We haven't tested the restaurant.||I hesitated between Average and Very Good rating but at this stage, given it is still relatively new and if prices stay around 90-100eur for double in summer, I clearly recommend a stay at Cascina Faletta.
