If you're downtown and craving some solid Mexican street food, Caseras Sabor Real is a solid pick. I grabbed 3 tacos—al pastor, steak, and chicken, plus a corn cup. Tacos were flavorful, and the corn had that perfect mix of mayo, cheese, and chili powder. Quick service, friendly staff. Only downside? Limited seating, so be ready to eat on the go. Overall, spent about $20 and left satisfied.

I got a taco Al pastor and an elote they did me dirty and gave me crunchy Al pastor meat I don’t believe in throwing out food but that meat was so hard and crunchy it was inedible.

Man, if you’re looking for authentic Mexican street food in the heart of the city, this food truck is the real deal. I grabbed a couple of tacos al pastor and a burrito, and I’m telling you, this is the type of food that’ll have you coming back for more. The pork was perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of char, and the burrito was packed with flavor. I spent about $15, which is a steal considering the quality. The truck is always parked in a great spot, and the service is quick. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving some fire tacos and burritos on the go.

Excellent al pastor burrito! The horchata is home made and delicious, too. I'm not sure why they have less than 4 stars. Great service, as well.

Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie listed at 8.00. I paid cash and the lady told me $10.01 so she kept my $10 and I asked what on earth is $2.01? She ignored me and proceeded to shove a smoothie at me. They continued to ignore me as I kept asking what I paid $2.01 for when I paid cash for a food item without carbonation. Once again I was ignored. It's a literal food truck so im not sure why they ignored me as I stood asking about this crazy $2.01 tax on a 16oz smoothie priced listed at $8.00. The place is stealing from people who have no idea smh. Plus the smoothie had zero flavor so thay just made it even worse.

I ordered 1 chicken taco and 1 steak taco. Both were good. The portion size was disappointing. Not sure if it was worth $11.00 with a can of soda. Hope they add some more meat in the future to make it worth the price.

Do not recommend. The rice was old and hard. The chicken in the tacos was extremely dry. The refried beans tasted burnt. Very disappointing after spending $33.00

Went to the Taste of Chicago earlier today and I went to order at this food truck. On their truck/menu in person they showed 3 quesobirrias per order and I thought that was fine. I waited for my food for over an hour after I ordered and they said that they forgot about my order number when I went to ask why it was taking so long. I would’ve asked earlier but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I do understand they were serving at the Taste and there were a lot of people. They were super confused that I had to wait for over an hour and I feel like they doubted me. They ended up making it on the fly since they forgot my order. Then it ended up being 2 quesobirrias per order which was a total scam since it was $16 for two. Sure, it showed the amount on the online menu attached but who fully plans to look at every vender beforehand? Bottom line, it was super misleading. The food was not even good and the consumme was weirdly brown. After I received my food, more people stepped forward to complain about missing orders and the wait time so I’m not the only one who had a bad experience from them.
