Casey's

This is the worst caseys in council bluffs. The stores dirty, the employees suck, the line is always long and super slow moving, they always have a point of sale machine down and insist on using that one primarily that day which slows the line even more, the store sucks it should just be closed down. It's Casey's convenience store but there's nothing convenient about it.

Maybe you should train your employees to have better customer service instead of copping attitudes when they got to do their job. I’ve been nothing but friendly to you guys and one specific employee always throws a fit when she has to do her job.

Update. Casey's makes NO effort to fix this. The 'contact us' page will not send emails for months now. Pathetic to have go to social media. Came in 5 min early to pick up food. Was gonna buy a snack too but the bigger lady was yelling they were closing in 2 min so hurry up.I go to the food counter & the guy is clearly busy doing his work. I was early anyway but the bigger lady quite literally yelled at me across the store to hurry up & buy something. The smaller lady went back in the kitchen didnt wash her hands & started grabbing all the orders. She spoke politely at least. The big lady continued harrassing me as I walked to the door, asking me to buy something, I said 'no, you're being rude' & she yells louder at me even as I walked out the store. Mind you, I never raised my voice nor instigated anything, she just attacked me from the second I walked in.

I use to enjoy going to Casey’s for food, mostly pizza and breakfast items. Really been slacking and it’s not the same. This morning was in a rush and grabbed a breakfast “croissant”. Nope it’s a biscuit….sad day.

Love this Casey's location! Store is always clean, always get a receipt for my business fuel purchases at the pump unlike some of the other locations where I have to stand in line and wait for a receipt. Employees are great!! They are friendly, helpful and actually acknowledge you when you walk in the store. As a regular at this location, I enjoy the silly banter with some of the peeps there. The other locations near by should take notice in this team oriented location and apply it to their own locations.

I just went in for some gas. I forgot my glasses so I could not see a thing. Plus , I brought in the wrong card. The girl was patient. She actually made me laugh through it. That's good service. Hard to find good workers like that. She's a keeper. Thank you

Amazing service! Got into town late and was starving! Ordered a sausage breakfast pizza and a Hawaiian and then went to pick it up. When I got to the store, even at 1:20am, they were completely slammed with customers. I watched the woman from the kitchen come up front to help her teammate and within no time the store was cleared. Amazing teamwork and dedication to customer service! So amazing, especially in today’s world. My pizzas were top-notch perfect and made to perfection! These two ladies go to prove that a positive attitude, friendly disposition, and openness to teamwork and the greater good is what’s most important. I don’t care where you are in Council Bluffs, Iowa… go to this location for A* award winning service and amazing food!

Recently tried out this Casey's establishment while I was making my way to Omaha. This place had really great popcorn chicken that I've only had a handful of times. Staff here was friendly, their liquor selection was okay at least. It's a pretty bustling place too and gets plenty of locals. Good cleanliness as well.

Cheaper gas and close to where we were staying. Didn't go inside but pump easy to use and cheap so win win. I did visit the inside of one while in Nebraska and it had the usual suspects - candy alcohol snacks overpriced toiletries if needed.

I go to the Casey's on 23rd right off the South Expressway. Awesome store great staff, all the help are really helpful and make sure you know your business is appreciated. I think they have the best Casey's Pizza in fact I think the Best Pizza maker is JEFF!! I'm pretty picky, no I'm darn picky and he always goes the extra MILE To make it how we like it. The store is clean, I've seen construction guys go in with muddy boots the girls are always super nice to them and clean up as they go. Never saying a word about just mopping the floor! The pop area always wiped clean and a clean damp cloth there to clean up if you spill. Fresh hot pizza and sandwiches or Grrreat breakfast burritos! This is a busy store, but the counter staff are courteous and quick to get you on the way.

This Casey's is great. Their gas is usually among the cheapest in town and their raspberry cream cheese 'flips' are always amazing. The cashiers are always cheerful to me when I purchase something. I will end up going to Casey's for gas/munchies for many years to come.

I go to Casey's General Store once a week to fill the car up with gas, and maybe get a beverage and a pastry. Casey's has fresh pastries every morning, including my favorite, a raspberry flip! yum. $0.89- who can beat that price. They also have amazing breakfast pizzas and breakfast sandwiches. I've also sampled their croissant egg salad sandwich many times, and it's pretty tasty. Gas is cheap, and they always have discounted Red Bull- yum yum! I can't comment about the coffee or the price. My only gripe about this place is its cliental. On a number of occasions, their have been grown men sitting, enjoying their coffee, and making comments about the women coming through the door. I'm not sure if the employees realize what's going on, but it's very sketchy. I will keep going to Casey's for it's convenience and tasty breakfast items.

A very nice efficient car wash. Prices range from $8-11. The attendant hand scrubbed the front grill then scraped all around before even entering the actual car wash For $9 my vehicle is shiny clean and mostly dry. I'm not sure what the higher prices get you. I'm very pleased with the time it took to clean my Terrain. The gas price was fair. I didn't go inside today but know they offer a wide variety of drinks and snacks among other items

Good selection, but sketchy folks behind the counter. Casey's is unique enough to be a c-mart and have decent food. They flaunt the pizza, but it is like little Cesar's. Good from far and far from good. Drunk food? Yep. Probably best when your designated driver has to fill up and you hands the munchies. Most of the time these locations are no less than defective locations that already has had pumps installed before the takeover
