Casey's Pizza

We’ve been ordering from Casey’s for years, but have been disappointed plenty of times. They forget extra cheese pretty often. This time they put on the extra but also made both pizzas extra crispy, both were burnt on top and the crust wasn’t fully cooked. I’m not sure why the quality has plummeted but it’s very sad that we won’t be ordering from here anymore. Not sure if they’ll make it much longer with service like this!

Accidentally went into Casey’s when I meant to go to the chicken xpress next door, and was told by the lady after simply telling her I was there to pickup an uber eats she said “You want chicken! Take your car, and go over there to the other lot over there!” She said this in the rudest way possible. I will never step foot again in this restaurant.

Hands down, BEST pizza I've had in such a long time! I got a large pepperoni pizza for just $15. The sauce is perfect! Quality cheese and crust is near perfect. Everyone who loves pizza knows it's all about the crust...

I use to love this place! We gave it another chance after multiple times they forgot our extra cheese! This time there was extra cheese but it was extra crispy cheese! It’s just kind of rude!

I ordered two pizzas and waited two hours for them to arrive. I had a house full of guests eagerly waiting to eat. Adults and kids! When I placed the order, I was told I would only have to wait an hour. At no point did they offer me the option to pick up my pizzas due to a shortage of staff. The person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, and hostile, and displayed no remorse. She explained, "It will get there whenever it gets there. I've already spoken to you twice." To make matters worse, she hung up on me and told me to have a good night! I called to place my order, then again at the one-hour mark, and again at an hour and a half. Each time, she was disrespectful, and I feel that life is too challenging to pay for such terrible customer service. In the end, I never even got a chance to try the pizza. She mentioned they were down one delivery driver after our conversation. I would not recommend ordering from this place at all if you value where you spend your money. I have never experienced such terrible service. I'm saddened by the lack of value they placed on their customers.

Got a Rigatoni dinner with garlic toast. Wow! I've eaten about 1/2 of the abundance of food provided in the dinner. Rigatoni is very good with plenty of sauce. The photo shows the half I'm still working on. Highly recommend! PS - There is enough food in one dinner for 2 people in my opinion. I have leftovers from the dinner I was eating... I'm not one to have leftovers. lol

gave them a second try.....thought I'd feed my roofing crew and ordered 2 pizzas. thank God I had one plain. The other was so greasy and burnt they only ate the plain. I have no luck here. never ever going back.

I haven't had Casey's pizza and years. We were looking for a new pizza shop and remembered Casey's. I am so glad we did. Thick cut pepperoni & mushroom was really good. I like the Italian salad. Will definitely keep this in the pizza shop rotation. Highly recommend !!! Call them for take out or delivery in the east Pittsburgh area !!

This pizza is so good. I've been going to Shelly's pie for years because of all the hype. I never knew right across the street the pizza was half the price, half of the wait and in my opinion better Pizza. The people there were very cool and it seemed like a small family run establishment which I always like supporting.

My husband grew up in Turtle Creek and whenever we come back to town this is the first place we stop. Excellent food and service! So delicious!!

We were out walking last evening and something smelled great. We weren't sure where we were because we walked up from the Westinghouse Castle but discovered we were in Turtle Creek. I assumed the smell was from Shelly Pie but no, it was Casey's !! We went in and got a menu and I resolved to order lunch today. Instead, I lost the menu ... but called and ordered by phone. The gals working here were all very friendly. Our food was ready when promised. Our meal was reasonably priced. We got an Italian calzone and a gyro with sauce on the side. The taste was great but the temperature was a little cold. It only took about seven minutes to get back home so I'm not sure why the food wasn't hot. But 15 seconds in the microwave and everything was great. I plan to continue ordering from Casey's and am happy to have run across this small, friendly business.

After receiving a flyer for this place in the mail, I decided I would give it a go. I scanned the barcode on the corner of the flyer and ordered on their website (which is woefully out of date). Over an hour later, I got phone call from a woman who told me they do not deliver that far away. Mind you I live only 15 minutes away. I was then yelled at by the lady to let her talk when I mentioned that I received a flyer at my home address. My intent was to inform them that they are marketing to an area that they don't deliver to but I guess they don't care. Not sure why it took them an hour to figure that out and why the lady felt she needed to yell at me. I am giving this 1 star based solely on the customer service as I obviously did not get to eat the food.

This place has been a staple in Turtle Creek for years. The delivery service is fast and reliable. The menu has many choices. The food is a good value, especially if you use their coupons.

Great pizza, fast service, and the owner Steve is extremely friendly and generous. Give this little place a try; they have a nice variety!!

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY COUPONS FOR THIS BUSINESS!!!! I ordered the Family Special for $23.99 with a coupon from Clipper Magazine, expiring 7/9/23, but the business refused to honor the coupon because "the owner changed the prices." I took the order since I felt obligated, but it cost me at least $6 more than advertised, commonly known in the law as FALSE ADVERTISING. Inexcusable.

The pizza was very fresh and I enjoyed it tremendously. My husband and I devoured the whole large pie by ourselves. We will visit again.

We frequently order from Casey's as it is right near a friend's house where everyone gathers to watch games. It's a good deal and easy to feed a group of people. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza in town but it's pretty good, generally. My biggest problem with Casey's is consistency. One week it will be fantastic. The next it may be burnt or have little to no sauce. I don't know if the staff is just complacent or what. Also when we order for pickup, it is usually ready way before they say it will be and then has just been sitting around so you don't pick up a hot pizza. We will probably continue to order for convenience, but hopefully we see more of the good weeks than the bad weeks.

Great pizza! Moved to the area a year ago, and we've slowly been making our way through trying all the pizza joints around. I love a good hoagie combo, and got a great deal for just over $20 on a classic Italian hoagie, large pizza with 1 topping, and 2 liter. I was thrilled with how great of a deal I got! Reminds me of the good old days when pizza was cheap. Great hoagie and pizza sealed the deal. I'll be back! Thanks, guys!

How could this have low stars??? Casey's is great pizza and they deliver for $1 or free! Its so good I just get plain! And the CHOCOLATE CHIP HOMEMADE COOKIES COME STILL HOT! They are worth the splurge! And Casey's prices are very reasonable! If they're super busy they tell you the truth! Its gonna be awhile! But it gets there hot & fresh. Love their pizza! They always have really great specials too & u can get way more than just pizza DELIVERED! Yea!

I used to live very near Casey's so I would order quite frequently but now I only get a chance to have Casey's when I am visiting my family. Our go to is the 2 for $10.99 special with either the stuffed shells or the ravioli and both come with garlic bread. Either meal comes with so much food that it is enough for two meals. Their pizza is very delicious, in fact I have enjoyed everything I've ordered from Casey's. Their delivery time is normally pretty reasonable but it's easy to swing by and pick up if need be.

Perhaps if you're a "local?" This spot seems to have great potential as a lovely out-of-the-way place to perhaps grab a bite to eat. However, inexplicably, they seem to enjoy making it clear that it's locals/regulars only welcomed here. The ordering experience should best be left to those without any questions. This is made remarkably more difficult because they have a minimal web presence. However, we chose to overlook these faults of theirs. That was, admittedly, our mistake. Our party decided to pop in, despite 'knowing better' than to even try to "customize" any menu items based on previous, horrible experiences along this trip in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This time, we simply asked what was included on the given menu offering. None of us have "restrictions," per se, we were merely curious. Violation! The waitstaff actually let out an exasperated sigh upon our very first question. We've travelled through countless countries without issue, but this simple question was enough to present an issue. Is this customary in the United States of America? Is it merely localized to Pittsburgh, PA? Why were we subjected to such treatment for merely asking a question? While, yes, your establishment chose to fully earn this solid, poor two-star rating, this singular experience will not mar our overall trip. Hopefully, this will prove to be a learning moment to your staff. Each and every chance to offer exemplary service should be made to count.

I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. I got a phone call from the delivery driver confirming my location and was told the pizza would be delivered as soon as it came out of the oven. I live a mile from the shop if that, and 45 mins later it arrived. The cheese sticks were not fully cooked and the pizza was over cooked and burned. Was a huge let down and I won't be ordering again.

We Have been going there along time and actually have a pizza night with their pizza. My family loves their food. We get pick up.which usually about 20-25 min. Staff that answers the phone could be alil more friendly. Update....we have stopped ordering from them for a while now they were messing up our all the time it just isnt like it used to be.

Lady was talking on the store phone then went to the back to assist the person making my salad with her bare hands. I asked if she could make me a new one with gloves. She acted as if she didn't see what the problem was... if she did that in front of me, I can only imagine what sanitary precautions they take for deliveries

On a budget? In a rush? Look no further!!! Casey's has some truly delicious and tasty meals that hit the spot, and don't rob the bank. From the pizza (my fave!), gyros, rigatoni, and toasted subs, what more could you ask for? If you're ever in the area, make sure you give them a shot!

Great pizza. Friendly staff. I requested thin crust with pepperoni. They nailed it. Very affordable... I'll try there hogies next visit.

My family has been coming here for 15 years and somehow we've never left a review for our hands-down favorite pizza shop. Our pepperoni pizza tonight was beyond perfect and we were raving for a while! Casey's pizzas are consistently excellent and the service is quick and professional. We always pick-up our order. It's always fresh and hot and ready when they say it will be ready. Casey's makes some GREAT PIZZA. Hubs is a big fan of the hot sausage hoagie, too.

The bread sticks are buttery and good and the sauce has a nice, homemade taste. I did definitely get served gyro meat when I ordered a steak hoagie one time. But before that happened the steak hoagies were decent too.

Best in Turle Creek. I love the staff. Has been burnt on bottom but only few times but better than greasy Shelly pies over 25 bucks for med 1 topping and floats on your stomach for days. They have good deals occasionally, havent tasted a better non big chain pizza better. Delivery guy Tom nice

Casey's Pizza is the BEST! The pizza is amazing! Hot and Deeeelicious! NOBODY around is even close! Staff is friendly and pizza is HOT, accurate and excellent value! Give them a try, you WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I was nervous about ordering from here being new to the area, so I figured I could'nt go wrong with chicken fingers, fries and wings .. to my surprise I did. It was awful. I ordered 2 platters and it was thrown together the wings smelled like they were bad. I threw everything in the trash.. never again....

Great pizza for a great price! Really tasty sauce, perfect amount of toppings, and nice crust thickness. Middle of pizza was a little sauce/cheese soggy, but the taste more than made up for it.

This place is like a small, back room, illegal food stand that treats you like they don't care about you or your business. They think their pizza is great and that you should be honored just to get one. FU casey's, I'm going across the street to get a real pizza.

One of our go to's for our Friday night pizza! The staff is always friendly when we call and they deliver and the pizza is the best! Casey's is my husbands FAVORITE pizza hands down.

As a pizza expert, I know a good pizza when I taste it. Pizza is pizza. Any pizza is a good pizza good for the most part. However, if its not made or cooked correctly, then it leaves you very unhappy, especially if you are hungry. Casey's is a mediocre pizza and only if you are hungry of which i may have ordered once per month for the last year. There are much better pizza shops to chose from nearby such as Shelleys, Vincents, and even Foxes. Most recently, we picked up a pizza and I must say it was the grossest most disgusting that I ever had and I threw the pizza away in the trash. It was burnt on the top and the dough was uncooked. Almost seemed like there was olive oil dumped on it or water in the dough. It had a very nasty taste (2nd strike). I picked a piece up and the dough stuck to box while the crust and burnt cheese came apart. I was very upset so I didn't want to call and say something nasty so I phoned the following afternoon to make sure I was calm. I called and gave my complaint so they gave me a $5.00 credit for a $26 order (3rd Strike). Thanks Jessica! How sweet. If you want to know what the 1st strike was, I came to pick up a pizza one time and their driver was in the pizza shop in the next room "digging for gold" AND EATING IT when he thought nobody was looking! I told the people working there so I assumed that's not a normal thing and it would be dealt with. I will never eat Casey's again.

Great pizza and fantastic hot subs. We are a Turtle Creek business and order here all the time. Delivery is prompt and these folks are always friendly and easy to deal with.
