This was a pleasurable stay. Most hotels near JFK airport are lousy. Check in was quick and easy. 10 dollar credit was a surprised for breakfast. I appreciate good service and I tip the bellhop. My room was lovely and the couch was comfortable to sit in. I just came of a flight from Singapore and I should have taken photos before we unpack. The shower was great and everything works The casino was a nice addition to the hotel. The many restaurants to eat was awesome. Thank you for this lovely stay.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in New York, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great views of the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—right in the heart of New York—making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely choose Hilton New York again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city!

Had a amazing time. They had no live dealers. Not sure if I cared.. They atmosphere was nice. They close at 5am then reopen at 9am. My cousin won but was still playing on the machine when it was time to go. Couldn't put her ticket in the machine because it was too much. She needed a cashier but they had closed. We had to come back at after 9am.

Often stay for business. Lobby and staff are wonderful. Security is tight, as it's attached to the casino. Clean, sleek and modern lobby and rooms. There are restaurants on the premises, but you have to check on hours of operation. Small coffee bar in lobby offering snacks, sandwiches and other food items. Coffee and bagel special for $5. Great deal, and open very early in the morning. Rooms are very spacious, clean, well appointed with almost everything you need, except for a microwave. Bed has crisp sheets, comfortable mattress and pillows. Love the fact the floors are not carpeted. Shower pressure is good. Separate water closet. A definite recommendation.

World Resorts Casino, Queens, NY — nice and busy. The casino floor was buzzing with slots, poker tables, and a variety of games, all well-attended. Lively and welcoming vibes. A solid choice for a bustling casino experience.

Resorts World Casino New York City, the only casino within the five boroughs, is a major entertainment and gaming complex located in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens. Situated at the historic Aqueduct Racetrack, the facility opened in 2011, transforming the venue into a vibrant, multi-level destination operated by the global Genting Group. It has since become a popular spot for gaming, dining, and live entertainment. The complex features over 5,800 electronic table games and slot machines across two distinct gaming areas: the energetic, Times Square-inspired casino on the first floor and the more luxurious, high-stakes Fifth Avenue Casino on the second. Its extensive offerings have made it a significant economic engine, contributing billions of dollars to New York's education system since its opening. Beyond gaming, Resorts World provides a diverse range of dining options, including upscale eateries like RW Prime steakhouse and the whimsical Sugar Factory. The resort also offers a variety of live entertainment, with a 360-degree bar serving as a central hub for music and performances. In 2021, the complex expanded with the addition of the Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World, a 400-room hotel that transformed the location into a full-fledged resort destination. This expansion further solidified Resorts World's position as a premier leisure destination in New York City.

Google
Has a really big parking lot and a parking garage as well. The entrance is easy to see from a distance and is wheelchair accessible. You can just ride up in a wheelchair accessible vehicle and get dropped off and you can easily get in the front entrance doors. Also located right near JFK airport, it's a nice place to go when heading back home from your vacation

Google
Wild that they built this new town sized complex in what feels both like the middle of everything and the middle of nowhere. Training into Brooklyn / Manhattan pretty easy. Not as close to JFK as we'd imagined but quite the experience. Tons of parking.

Yelp
In NYC and we want some gaming action. My gaming buddy advised us, "Don't be lazy, drive to Atlantic City or Foxwoods, the odds are better there". Due to time restriction, we decided to try the Resorts World in Aqueduct Racetrack, about 4 miles away from JFK airport and 8 miles from LGA airport. This is our first visit. Forty-five minutes later, we were in Resorts World. There is ample free parking and even accessible using the MTA's "A" train! There are two adjacent facilities, Hyatt Regency and Resorts World casino. We did not stay at Hyatt property so we can only review the casino side. Resorts World/NYC is owned by Genting Berhad Group, a Malaysian International Corp with entertainment, energy, property development, and biomedical facilities worldwide. This casino is massive with two huge floors, appropriately named, Time Square Casino and Fifth Ave Casino. No live table games but huge number of slots. The machines are well spaced. I played the Blackjack machines. Wow, after a little while, I realized I'll not do well with Blackjack. The machine, or dealer, came up with 4 Black Jacks in a row. Switched to video poker, Double Bonus. After playing for 45 minutes, I terminated with a net gain of $5. Wife unable to find her Crazy Money slot so, she played Quick hit. 90 minutes later, she said sadly, "I'm done!" There were huge number of Wheel of Fortunate slot machines here. While Electronic Roulettes, Baccarat and Craps are popular and readily available in both floors. This is one of our shortest visit to a casino!

Yelp
Resort World NYC is the only casino in the five boroughs. There is no charge for parking. All casino goers must present a valid city, state or federal photo I.D. and be at least 18 to enter. There are no dealers. Blackjack, roulette, poker and baccarat players play on virtual tables. There are plenty of virtual slot machines, too. We saw few payouts for any game casino goers were playing. A lot of people got angry when they lost their bets. A security guard said that on some nights he has had to throw some disgruntled players out of the casino. Resorts World appears to have two floors. We stayed on the first and sat at Bar 360, which has a few bartenders, many alcoholic beverages and some table games. There was a band playing above our seats, belting out some 70s to 90s tunes. The food court, also located on the first floor of the casino, only has three vendors: Popeye's, Cups N' Cones, and Queens Burgers. None seemed appealing, so we didn't eat there. There are other dining options elsewhere in the casino that were not appealing, either. All in all, it is not worth it for me to come back to Resorts World NYC. This is because I am not a gambler. I like gourmet food and celebrity entertainers, and that is why I prefer Las Vegas--a foodie haven and The Entertainment Capital of the World.

Yelp
I spent an evening at Resorts World Prime restaurant with a group of 9 tonight for a private dining experience. Our group had an awesome evening staring with cigars and libations on the patio of prime. We enjoyed a superb dining experience but what really took our experience up to another level was our server Walter. It's hard to refer to him as a server because he was more of curator or personal concierge who provided a high level of service with extreme detail and a personal touch I will not forget. From our drinks to our cuisine Walter stood out without standing out. My thanks to the talent Chef as well. I'm looking forward to returning and requesting Walter to curate our dining experience. Trust me, ask for Walter to enhance your dining experience at Prime.

Yelp
It's not a bad casino but it's not the best. There are a lot of slots and roulette games you can choose from. Depending on the time you go it could be busy or not really. I usually go around 3 AM and haven't been busy the times I've went. They are pretty lax on the dress code as I've went there a couple times in shorts, pajamas and casual wear. But if you are looking for a Vegas style casino, this probably isn't the one to go to. It's pretty clean for the most part and there are always cleaners navigating around. The food selection inside isn't the best unless you are going to sugar factory which could be pricey. Overall pretty decent experience.
google avatar

Natalie L.

Yelp
Since I was next door at Sugar Factory, I decided to stop by at the casino. It's not the same as being in Altantic City, but it's local. There Alot of slot machines, but the food court is horrible. Popeyes was closed, and I was looking for NY pastrami so I can bring a sandwich home. I asked one of the cashiers for more places to eat. I was told this is it. When I asked about NY pastrami, I was told it closed the location I was at used to be NY pastrami, and all they sold was cakes, cookies, pre-made sandwiches, and salads The casino needs a major upgrade for more food options.
google avatar

Celeste R.

Yelp
Didn't even get in. Wasn't allowed to go in because I was "violating the dress code". I looked up their dress code and I am by no means violating anything. It's so nasty here people pull up in sweatpants and adidas shirts. Go to 5 below for some outfit inspiration if u don't wanna get turned away!
google avatar

Felicia B.

Yelp
The Best place ever I love it here nice and quiet good gambling games. Only for adults and older people no kids allowed u will get turned away

David K.

Yelp
People you do not understand how this place robs you. So many misinforned reviewers. The casino kéeps saying their slots are in compliance with New York Gaming laws but players complain they are losing at about a 90% vs 10% win. Put in 100 and cash out with 10.00. Now comes the part every single player and reviewer dont understand they ARE in compliance. New York allows to he. To adjust the slot payout percentages as low as they want. There is no penalty for a casino in NYC to set a machine for a 10-1 advantage for the casino! So if this upsets you take it up with corrupt Kathy hochel in AZ Albany the casino is following ny gaming rules. NY is to he real scam not the casino who are following the rules.
google avatar

Ashton K.

Yelp
Considering other JFK area hotels I've stayed in, this one was far better! The vent in the toilet room was so caked with dust, I ended up mentioning it at the front desk. They were very open to feedback & asked me to send the photo I had taken. I think the biggest miss is the restaurants. I'd stay here again if I had an overnight & needed to be near JFK.

Yelp
I probably won't be coming back, never saw anyone win in this place. I gamble lot in AC, I did not last 2 hours here. You can find any employees on the floor to help you. Highly recommend STAY home and save your money or take the trip to AC.

Josh A.

Yelp
Clean rooms, nice staff.. the rest sucks Coffee machine broken, food court is dark and depressing.. I stay here for convenience and will look for another option. Depressing here

Karl R.

Yelp
Honestly people who says Resort World dont pay looks like they dont know when to stop when winning. Ive been to Atlantic City and compare to the payout there, this place pays better. Only reason i gave 4 star is player here are harrasing me when im winning lots of rude people playing here, the servers takes like 1hr+ to get the drinks and lastly the machine are laggy. Overall im satisfied to the slot machine. Lost $7k and got my money back when picking the right machine. So far this Casino gave me an amazing fun experience compare to other casino. People should know how to stop when winning.

Yelp
I'll get to RW/NYC but this is mostly about craps. It is difficult to locate electronic craps outside of reddit/craps forums which are not all that reliable. I wish someone would have written about this in a review. Concerning casinos "cheating", MGM Inc and the game manufacturer are not going to risk their gaming license esp when the odds and human nature lead to the same losses, the game is designed to favor the house as it is. I've been playing craps for 35 years. Prior to 2 months ago, I wouldn't consider an electronic version. Then I was in Vegas and every table was $25 min. The Roll to Win craps was easy to try at $5 + full odds. Bubble craps is 2x's odds which is a sucker's game imo. So unlike the Bubble, the electronic versions RTW or Stadium better resemble the Live game. Stadium version = a large amount of terminals, sometimes in rows like a stadium. Cameras highlight the dice on screens. The roll is either like the Live game, shooters rotate on a common felt table or a central auto Bubble. It is much less social than RTW where you actually shoot dice on a plexiglass "felt". The surface has ridges which many dislike but unscrupulous players were sliding the dice across the plastic preventing the dice from rolling and thus, sliding an 11 = an 11. What did we learn from RTW in Vegas that leads us to abandoning the felt whenever possible? Many social issues are affected including a negative of not easily communing with the other players BUT... Drunks and rude aggressive folks are not a factor since outbursts, yelling at croupiers and other players no longer figures in. Ditto on the spilling of drinks or being leaned upon by wasted strangers. No inappropriate conversations like bringing up politics or crass comments about women/races. Had a group openly discuss the Gilgo Beach killings in detail. I love my ID murder porn but I don't want to think about anything so sad while gambling. In Vegas last year, I had to say, "The only Presidents I care about come on small pieces of green linen." No late betting. No walk-ups who shove btwn people to throw down a one roll cash bet. No grinders or Don't Pass players to deal with. Since you don't know how anyone else is playing, you have no idea who they are. No chips = a similar cloaking of play and success, harder to case a player for robbery, less germs + less disaffecting by the casinos, one less thing to replace. No chips = no need to interrupt the game for bank issues. Ticket redemption = machines = less cashiers. Good for casino but not so great for humans. Financially, there are no errors. Payouts are always correct so no arguing with Croupiers and Pit Bosses. Prevents cheating by staff, no overpays or losing bets remaining for a cheating player and his Croupier partner. And probably my favorite is not having newbies on my back poorly explaining the game to another slightly less knowledgeable rube. As an experienced player who plays full odds Pass and Come and avoids the proposition bets, I want to turn around and teach them about the game but I'm too busy trying to tune them out while I play. Now they have empty terminals to peruse or 2x's odds on bubble craps to keep them busy. RW/NYC has Stadium with plenty of shiny new terminals. This much larger than expected casino looks like every machine is fresh out of the box. All functioned perfectly and moved quickly. Some might say too quickly but as a Live player, fast electronic is so much better than the RTW that gives everyone 60 seconds btwn each roll. Everything from the terminals to the restaurants to the bathrooms were spotless. Changes that we need to make about tipping. If there are no live felt tables like RW/NYC then tipping only changes for the cocktail server. Since all your money is electronic vs chips, few people have small bills for tipping and the person gets screwed. Before we start playing, we get $25 in $5's and $1's and put it in the drink holder btwn us. Tip $5 first pair of drinks and you'll have drinks all night long. Here's the big rub for the Croupiers. You can tip on the machine BUT... any shift where the RTW is open, they receive a draw tip around $200 a shift. The reason you shouldn't tip electronically is how the casino absorbs the 1st $200 as a draw. The Croupiers will not receive any tips unless the table is tipped more than $200 a shift. So, if you want the Croupiers to get tipped, wait until you are done and then walk over to a Live table, place it on the felt and say "Cash tip for the kitty". Then they get the $200 + what you are tipping. Keep in mind live craps requires 4 staff vs the electronic games requiring 1 person max. Why are we paying the casino's "salary" due their employees? It's one thing for the odds to be in their favor on a game but... And finally, if you are a NYer, the A train practically lets out into the lobby. At a $3 min where I can play max odds all the time, I found my AC. So long NJ!

Michael M.

Yelp
Long line at the cashier. I saw only 3 cashiers working at the cage on a Saturday night.
google avatar

Mat G.

Yelp
So much better than their Vegas location. Way more energy and an actual friendly staff. Hopping crowded on a Monday night when I visited. Bummed there was no poker room or true table games but won $50 on dollar GOLD BALL roulette and then remembered that their corporate overlords have banned Vegas Pauly-C from making videos on their premises so I took my winnings to their fabulous steakhouse and that was that!
google avatar

Josh B.

Yelp
These negative Resorts World reviews have everything....racial comments...conspiracy theories...wildly incorrect statements on closing hours and on the distance to AC. This isn't a full casino, it's generally slots with other options including robo-blackjack. But it's a laid back spot where I was glad to have an informal birthday gathering and the cover bands are great - tonight they did fine work with Sweet Child O' Mine, You May Be Right and Take Me Home Tonight. At the Good Friends noodle stand, I got an impressive curry laksa. The spice warning was definitely appreciated, it's packing some heat, and Yeo's grass jelly drink helped put out the fire.
google avatar

Sheena M.

Yelp
Casino is nice. Large selection of slots. U just have to pick the right machine for a payout. Steakhouse is nice to have. Food court has a few different options.
google avatar

Alex L.

Yelp
Fine spot if you want a clean area, but the slot payout rates are literally the worst I have seen in the area. We need to double check these numbers.
google avatar

Dennis R.

Yelp
A two star rating. If that's the best you can do, it's a disgrace to the gaming industry. Do better, Resorts World.

Yelp
Resorts World Casino on Rockaway Blvd. Is the place where I have enjoyed attending the Rhythm Revue/Roseland Reunion Parties for years. Some of the parties have been themed, others occurred around various holidays (ex. Christmas, etc.) and they have all been so much fun to attend. The most recent Rhythm Revue/ Roseland Reunion Party was held last Saturday during the week of my birthday and it will be the most memorable. Why?...Because it will reportedly be the last one held at Resorts. So sad to see that it will no longer be held here (although some have continued to be held at smaller venues like SOB's in lower Manhattan) but I appreciate all of the great times, memories etc. and look forward to whatever venues it will be held in in the future Resorts is spacious with multiple floors. There are numerous slot machines, electronic table games and card tables. Staff are friendly and I have observed them to be hardworking especially when serving customers, when cleaning to discard garbage and also when keeping the bathrooms clean, tidy and organized. Everytime I have been to Resorts, the bathrooms have looked Immaculate. I have eaten in their Food Court multiple times in the past and there has been a good selection of things to choose from...The food has been tasty and decent enough to eat. The Rhythm Revue Parties have always had great DJ's play fantastic music from.the 70's, 80,s, 90's, etc. Everything from Hip-Hop, Pop, Reggae, Disco and RqB are played throughout the time and yes we were up dancing most of the time-lol. Felix Hernandez is dynamic and they practically have to usher people out when it is over because we always want more music so we can keep dancing-lol. Since the recen Rhythm Revue / Roseland Reunion "All White" party was the last one here, they opened the doors at 7:30pm instead of 9pm.and we enjoyed the extra party time. We were able to get a table and seats (we did not order VIP Tickets this time). The Chicken Wings I had were delicious, well-seasoned and were paired well w/ the fabulously -tasting dipping sauces. The bar on the floor of the party did not open to serve food or drinks until 9pm so people were pretty hungry & thirsty if they got there 1.5 hours early. Also, the lines were long for far too long as the bartenders had issues w/ making drinks quickly, had issues working the register to take credit card payments, etc. Lastly, they did not make nice mixed frinks like Rum Punch or Long Island Iced Tea that they made during previous Rhythm Revue events. THey just made standard drinks like a Rum & Coke or a Vodka w/ Cranberry Juice or Wine. The wine cups were pretty small for $13 and they had standard plastic cups for the other drinks - they charged $15 which was a bit overpriced for the size.. So glad that those I was with took care of me for the entire evening as a belated birthday present. So Blessed to have them in my life!. All in all, it has always been a great experience to come.to Resorts. Website- rwnewyork.com Instagram- resortsworldnyc Twitter- @ResortsWorldNYC Althoguh there will be no more Rhythm Revue events herr, Resorts has other great things. Via the website, you can book your hotel stay, get information on their hotel packages, on thrir casino promotions, on upcoming concerts and entertainment, get information on their dining options, Food Court & Bars, etc. There is also information on Careers (Yes, they are hiring), etc. On a n important side nite, their Responsible Gaming Page, they havr information on resources that include Gambler's Anonymous, National Council on Problem Gambling, & NY State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. Patrons can also send an email to provide information to let Resorts know how well / how not-so-well- they are doing - send to guestfeedback@rwnewyork.com. Resorts is open everyday from 9am - 5am.

Yelp
Last week I ventured into Resorts World Casino @ Aqueduct Raceway and left with a positive impression. We went on a Sunday and it seemed full but no way crowded. Plenty of slots in all denominations with a mix of newer and older slots. I know it's about winning yet some of the newer machines are so complicated it's hard to see what you have. So I opt for the older style machines and my wife and I had luck on a penny slot. Together we won $825. They do have table games like Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack a really nice bar with a gigantic TV screen so overall my experience was pretty good. Since it was our first time we did not remember which entrance we came in from or let's rephrase that I knew where we came in but could not find it again. We came out 2 separate exits and were not by our vehicle so I asked a security officer if he could point us to the parking area since there were several. He said get in and we will find it. Sure enough he got us to our car instead of wondering around like a mutant. I think his name was Tony not sure so this gesture was very nice and capped off a great day.

Yelp
Love the fact they have live entertainment, however they should be a little more strict on attire ... some people are just to sloppy and honestly kills the vibe of the place .

Yelp
Unless one was willing to travel to Atlantic City, rural CT for Foxwoods, or Yonkers, casino gaming (#1) in NYC was an impossibility. Enter Resorts World, which nearly a decade ago took a big gamble (#2) in becoming NYC's first true casino option in forever. After lots of initial hype and PR fails, it's been a mixed bag the whole time. Depending on what side of the coin (#3) you're on, Resorts World can be a good / bad option. For me, it's about a 3.5 star joint, since I am happy the option exists despite some obvious faults. Take for instance: :: Unless one is living in the heart of Jamaica, Queens, the journey here can feel long. The A train has a stop directly in front of the casino parking lot. They also have a number of shuttle buses operating throughout the boroughs, shuttling hordes of players. Ridesharing or driving here is almost always the better option. :: Speaking of Jamaica, the location is perfect for folks who are getting off at JFK. On one hand, I'm elated they're a part of the revitalization of the neighborhood, providing locals with jobs and entertainment. However, it's still not safe enough in these parts for many folks to justify taking public transit especially during certain hours. :: The food court is ever changing, but it's not even close to being a destination for any food enthusiastic. It's chain city, which is not inherently a bad thing, but it's also not terribly impressive either. :: The newly branded Hyatt Place gives Resorts World a bonafide hotel that is probably the nicest in this part of the borough. I haven't stayed here yet but having seen the old room options, I gather this is a step in the right direction. (#4) :: Many people don't realize this, but the entire casino is machine based. This means there are no actual table games that are controlled by a human dealer. Everything from roulette to blackjack is completely automated. For table game lovers, this is as close to a dealbreaker as it is. :: Hardcore players will likely enjoy the comp structure, which is not nearly as strict as some other big brands (Caesars, MGM, etc.). With their newest resort in Las Vegas, that status can certainly come in handy. :: Since the casino is part of the Aqueduct race track, it's one of the country's only casinos that have legit local races onsite. :: Their convention space is massive and it's located on the top floor. It's been home to various festivals and conferences, and I've often felt it's the best part of the resort as a venue. Space is of a luxury, so having a place even a fraction of this square footage is downright impressive. :: As noted earlier, the food game could use a big upgrade. This is not just the food court, but practically every restaurant in here needs a hard look for future consideration. I know it's a work in progress and I'm really hoping it pans out a big way. ____________ (#1) No, the OTB doesn't count. (#2) I couldn't help myself. #punny (#3) Still at it ... (#4) When I'm stuck at JFK again, I'll happily stay here.

Yelp
The Resorts World NYC is a nice casino with enough activities to keep you busy. Come visit if you're co-sign NYC and need something to do.

Yelp
Love this casino . It's close for me and I feel very comfortable there. I eat and watch free entertainment at the 369 Bar. Play tournaments and win often.

Yelp
Awful payout for the slots. For a first timer here who often plays @ Atlantic City, I didn't even last an hour playing the slots. This experience wont make me think of coming back again.

Yelp
This casino has the worst comps in the industry. The worst food options. They are understaffed. They need to hire more floor people, more servers and absolutely add more food options. Don't gamble your money there, go to Empire casino , Atlantic city, Pennsylvania. Anywhere but resorts. Do better resorts .Do better.

Yelp
Is there a negative(-)5star option rating? Ive been going to this casino for years And upon playing here I've learned a lot!!! 1. No Class - in a good way trying to say it nicely 2. Rigged - if you play long enough here you'll know what i mean But winning rate is 90% and losing rate is 10% Its Great!!! Only thing is 90% is for the casino; the 10% is you and me 3. There is no such thing as "beginners luck" You are profiled as soon as you enter the entrance of course they'll let you win the first time because you are a new face you are of course!!! an icing in a cake fresh off the boat for the luring till you become part of the zombie horde 4. Rude staff! Not all but a good amount 5. Zombies - they come in many forms!!! 6. I will come back here maybe once in awhile for fun and for the heck of it and will only play $20 nothing more but if you plan to come here to try and win everyday which i did trust me it will never happen. They know who you are what you look like 7. I win you win everybody wins but if you win up to $300 leave immediately believe me you will start loosing once you reach that 300cutoff and you will end up loosing more than you bargained for until you become a part of the zombie horde!!! craving for more! Ive lost thousands 10k+ in a week and until now i hunger and I'm glad it was not too late before i end up becoming a zombie myself. 8. Machine will stop or get an error if or when you're about to win (is controlled!???) like i said you will know this if youve played and come in this place long enough. So before you turn into a zombie and become a part of the horde, they come in many forms by the way!!! (Sleepwalkers, sleep-sitters, inserters, talkers, and ooohhhh the 2-3sittakers occupiers) STAY away from this place and leave. Pray to protect yourself, mind, body and wellbeing. You'll need your strength on this before they get you and become a crazy disoriented zombie! Good luck!!! Play at your own risks - you are being watchhhhh!!!!

Yelp
I thought the casino was actually ok. I wasn't used to everything being automated: it's pretty much machines of all types for every game, so it's not really the Las Vegas experience. If you're looking for Vegas, go to Vegas. For the New York City metro, it's a fun place to hang out for a night and eat dinner.

Yelp
Went there with a friend and didn't win but the reason bad review because they won't give back the money below $1 and have to go to the cashier with a long line

Yelp
Worst place ever. Would give it a zero star if it was possible. The staff I ran into was extremely rude - the cashier and their manager. Yells, throws money at you when cashing out, and doesn't even count it in front of you as they should. Also was very rude to my friend who did not speak English very well and didn't reply to his question immediately, he said "do you not understand English!" which was uncalled for. When I tried to speak to the manager, he pretty much ignored me and didn't say a word or do anything while the staff was still yelling. What an awful experience- and I just wanted to show my friend who was visiting a good time. Machines are poorly maintained, buttons are sticky, machines are slow and stopped working a couple times. It also took forever for someone to get there to fix it so I could get my ticket out. Win rate is also the worst I've ever experienced- heard this from many guests who were there. Wouldn't waste your money here.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. Huge gaming floor. Lots of modern machines. Very clean casino floor and bathrooms. Love the look of this casino and the bar/entertainment area. Can't wait for covid to be behind us so this place can reopen fully and go back to normal with frequent live music and food options being open regular hours. Brand new hotel attached with a few full service restaurants for those who wanna make a night of it. After trying our resorts I'll never go back to empire city.

Yelp
There are good things about Resorts and many bad things. The good - Resorts is extremely convenient for residents of Queens, Brooklyn, and even Long Island. Parking is free and plentiful and this casino is not as maze-like as most. The bad - the machines can use some real TLC. They don't have true table games so their fix to that were electronic table games. The odds are even more stacked against you with these machines. It feels like 1 in 2 slot machines were missing buttons and maybe 1 in 10 are out of order. Having a Resorts Player's card is absolutely useless as 1 in 5 machines have a broken card reader. There really isn't anything to eat there as the food courts are closed but at least the bar is open. Coming here really is a last resort for me. I think I'd rather drive to Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun.

Yelp
Worst Casino Ever This place needs to be investigated by the gaming commission. Their roulette is absolutely fixed. I am taking videos to build a case. Run away from this guys. They just take advantage of the fact that the next casino is miles away. Can't wait for the competition and watch them go out of business in 6 months. I am amazed how they got away with this for so long.

Yelp
rigged! Go anywhere else than this ripoff machine factory. Do not waste your time and money. They started with $20 comp on machine play then went to $10 then $5. LOL FIVE DOLLars! Then they took that away! come gamble and spend and maybe just maybe we will give you five bucks in comp money! How pathetic!!! Greedy one way penny pinchers. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SHAM!

Yelp
My go-to place, when I'm feeling lucky! Great atmosphere and a good selection of food choices, along with a fabulous bar, cozied up near a HUGE screen, so I never miss a game!

Yelp
Been here multiple times sadly was not able to made my review before . It is deteriorating as in comparison to previous visits. What keeps people going here is the free entertainment it offers during weekends while playing games. As everyone knows, it's all electronic table games plus slot machines what you'll be expecting to play in. I am not a frequent guest, just came to tour a guest from other state. I do not know how much many winners has been rewarded and how much they have won. I know a friend likes passing time on this place. Definitely has Same reason as me -homey and not far from our backyard (being a Queens resident) . For visiting, conveniently located from the airport.

Yelp
This place robs you, in the comment section they'll reply to your negative remarks and tell you "we follow NY gaming commission laws and are regulated" it seems NY allows them to set their machines legally to record low paybacks. That's why nobody wins, the owners don't give a shit either, all they need to keep doing is paying fake reviewers from yelp to drop 5 star ratings to even out the negative reviews. They know that NY has tourists coming from all over the world 24/7 so they don't really need to have winners there or make you happy vs AC where nobody visits from around the world so AC needs to actually pay people out to keep them coming. This casino on the other hand doesn't, a new unknowing victim comes in every day visiting from a different country. Stay away, they set their machines to dirt low pay back rates. You need to lose 1000$-2000$ for their machines to spit back 200$, that's the reason there's no winners it's because their machines are rigged through a legal loophole for you not to win they're exploiting people. Don't believe me? Go gamble there for a week, guarantee you they'll wipe you clean and fast. Dont you find it odd when you hit a big jackpot an employee walks up to you out of the blue and tells you oh wait that was a malfunction ? How do you know? You know how? It's because they know all their machines are set to dirt low payoffs so when one pays off they know it was a machine malfunction without looking into it . Trust me stay away.

Yelp
I have a problem with a security guard and one staff member who basically didnt get the facts right then came up to me and accused me of using someone else's voucher. It was my own voucher (money) btw. The security guard and the staff kept telling me if I found someone's voucher I have to give it back three times. During those 3x, I have expressed that I did not take anyone's money. the security guard was so unprofessional. He thinks I'm deaf when he was talking on the phone with the people checking security cameras. I heard every word! The only positive thing is that the manager figured out what happened and I appreciate her help.

Yelp
This casino is conveniently located in Queens by the JFK Airport. Parking is free, and they also have a $5 parking garage on a few different levels. Cons: no smoking allowed in any part of the casino, they offer table games but no live dealers, some Saturday nights all the cash out machines go down and you have to cash in at the cage which equals long lines. Pros: this casino has a bar on every level except the very top of the casino. If you like slot machines, baccarat and craps and less noise/crowd then this part of the casino is for you. The rest of the casino has music playing, much more lively, beverage girls offering coffee and soda. On Friday and Saturday nights they have Performers and a DJ. A beer at the 360 bar - draft is $9. They have a food court on the lower level and a Starbucks, they also have a bigger Starbucks on the liberty bar level. Cons: no smoking allowed in any part of the casino, they offer table games but no live dealers, some Saturday nights all the cash out machines go down and you have to cash in at the cage which equals long lines.

Yelp
This is the worst casino that I know. Most of the employeees including the cashiers, servers and "slot ambassadors" are rude and have no regard for the guests, whose patronage keeps them employed. The casino does not use fair business practices at all. There are broken machines, with the same defects for years. When you play a machine that you have been feeding will stop functioning with a message to call an attendant. The attendant will come and open the machine and then say it cannot be fixed because the "bill box" is full. The casino will refuse to change the box, for a whole bunch of senseless reasons that show that there is some shady business going on. The government needs to crack down on the casino or all the guests need to organize a boycott.

Yelp
I don't like this place I always loose the stuff are very rude. They do not offer free drinks after you loose all your money.. I am going to AC much better of getting free room and enjoy free food comp

Yelp
A rip off joint by design. This so called " casino " uses class 2 slot machines not REAL casino class 3 slots. What does that mean you ask ? It means the slots they use are preprogrammed to rip you off . Essentially you are playing bingo and scratch off lottery tickets , not real class 3 slots which individually have RNG CIRCUITRY. IT TOOK ME AWHILE AND A LOT OF MONEY LOST BEFORE I FOUND THAT OUT. The resorts nyc casino slots played me not the other way around. I went to AC in Jersey and it was different playing there like night and day. Just about everybody was winning some money. I hit $3,000 easily. Went home smiling, not crying after leaving resorts casino in nyc. Please folks I'm giving you honest advice. STAY AWAY FROM RESORTS CASINO IN QUEENS, NY. I'm only trying to help you.

Yelp
I came here for my first time. Never been to a casino so I cannot compare it to any other experience I have had. The staff here is 100% friendly. Since I came on a rainy Sunday evening there was parking. I'm sure during a busy weekend there may not be much parking. There is a lot of tables. Everything is electronic. No human dealer. They have a bar in the middle. Although they don't serve champagne. Beers are around $8. Mixed drinks are around $15. There are 1 cent games but you have to put in $1 or more. Kind of like you'll never win. Doesn't seem like much jackpots. Nobody seems happy about being there. But overall if you're not a serious gambler and looking for a fun time. Could be the place for you.

Yelp
Be aware many of the slot machines do not read your players card. As a result you will not accumulate points for money played. Staff in red shirts are aware but claims they cannot fix it, only a technician. A green luminated light on the card reader only means your card is inserted. To make sure you are accumulating points you must see your name on the screen when you insert the players card.Resort Management please fix this problem.

Yelp
Hi folks. Welcome to to the stunning beautiful and newly renovated Resorts World Casino 'Hotel' at JFK Airport in good old New York City. Yes, I said Casino and Hotel together. The Hyatt Regency at JFK sits majestically next to The Resorts World Casino. You don't even have to go outside to access the Casino. It's all under one roof now. And it's exactly as you would envsion a Hyatt top shelf experience. You can conveniently park in their outside lot with the hotel lobby literally steps away. If needed, the bell hop will take your luggage into your room from your car. Visually, were amazed with the bold beauty of their brand-new futuristic Hotel entrance portico. As we were walking through the row of giant revolving entrance doors, we felt like we vacationing in the future with the Jetsons. It was Breathtaking! Passing the hotel's coffee kiosk I could see it was well stocked with beverages and pastries. The invitingly friendly staff all waved hi to us. Wife loved that. The check in experience was covid correct and professionally seamless. We were welcomed and advised of the amenities. The hotel guests access a private entrance that was protected by a very professional looking 24 hour security officer. We felt very comfortable with him on post. Zipping up to our suite floor in the clean high speed elevator took under a minute. Cool. Entering our suite, I was actually surprised by the size of the flat-screen TV. Bigger than in my home. Damn, I have to upgrade now. Fully equipped, this room was lacking nothing. Including a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, valuables safe, ironing board, Giant screen TV and a pull out guest couch. For working, a marble business desk is provided. Relax in the BIG comfy bed and gaze out of their wall to ceiling windows onto the views of New York City. Stepping into the bathroom was an experience. Wife really liked the light up makeup mirror. The sleek glass enclosed shower oasis was equipped with a shower head that dialed from gentle rain to power wash. Additionally fitted with pump shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap dispensers. I liked the room's hygienic and modern woodstyle flooring. Wife now wants to renovate our apartment. We're so impressed with our accommodations, we've not even gone downstairs to the gigantic casino yet. Part (2) The completely renovated Resorts World Casino. Was dramatically expanded to accommodate the Hyatt Domed rotonda ceiling and Hotel front entrances. Entering the casino we were enveloped with a cascade of sounds and lights to welcome us in. The slots selection was literally in the thousands, a mix of newer machines and some older favorites. The recent expansion made the multilevel Casino even more of a surreal experience. There was just so much more to do. Go upstairs to the 2nd gaming level for more slots. Share a drink with a new friend at their modern multi level fully stocked bar. Yes, draft brew coming up. You just can't miss watching their gigantic two story tall worldwide sports TV. Always impressive to show to newcomers. I chuckle as I pass by those giant screen black jack tables featuring the scarcely clad female video dealers. You haven't a chance with them. The guys all too busy gawking at them and unable to seriously focus on their playing. These video robots dealers are so technically sophisticated. They'll call out to you as you walk on by. "Hey, let's play". As you pass they lock eyesand follow you. Their players are additionally doomed to failure with a gazillion card combinations in play from the machine's internal randomizer. Sorry, no more counting. It was great to see slots still here from years past. They all paid out fairly well and actually much better than their same sister slots in some other Casinos we recently visited. The difference in their play was noticeable. The bonus plays being more frequent and larger payouts. Playing with penny slots, we actually won over $100.00 bit by bit. You won't see us tapping those $5 buttons. We watch as others loose a paycheck in 10 minutes. Sorry, I'm not a millionaire. Fortunately we had the perseverance tonight to take it all home for the vacation jar. In summation, This Resorts complex now hold a delightful mix of adult venues. Now that a luxury Hyatt hotel has been added to the line up at Resorts World and Aqueduct we will be visiting them much more often. This completes the venue here and staying here makes the average Joe feel like the King of the world. Accessible by train, airplane and vehicle. This cool new spot. Is what we've all been waiting for. Thanks. BTY.. It's important to check online at their website for discounts, deals and specials. And YES. Your Resorts World players card is tied to the Hyatt Regency discounts. Use it ! We intend to develop a larger relationship with the hotel so we don't miss out on any specials. Without any compensation the price point at this Hyatt is about $350.00 + per night. Definitely reccomended and will return.

Yelp
I've been patronizing resorts since the day they opened, the machines are definitely rigged and how I know after going consistently for years I never one a major jackpot after to many losses I decided to take a break and do a self exclusion for 1 year, however after 8 months I went back and one a few dollars here and there, very small wins, nobody never said anything to me, 1 night I go and they decided to allow me to hit a major jackpot for $20k and before I can look up I was surrounded by security and supervisors and they cancelled the win and the money I already put in there claiming that I wasn't supposed to come back until a year, my point is they paid me a jackpot just so that they didn't have to pay me because allegedly my time wasn't up yet, I can't wait for all the new casino coming to Nyc because they are the worst, may I add that a few other people I know had the same thing happened to them, no coincidence they are rigged, look at everyone face in there nobody is happy!!!!'

Yelp
This is a different kind of casino than you're used to. It's the only one on the 5 boros and ot draws a crowd from all 5 plus long island and Jersey. The atmosphere is very laid back, zero pretentiousness, pomp and such. I've come at different times and they always have different promos going on. I love ppl watching and having a burger and fries from the food court (queens burger is delicious, it needs to be open more often). They also have an upscale steak house, popeyes chicken, an amazing noodle place, a coffee shop with pastries, a prepared sandwich place with paninis and an upgraded "hoodinese" spot. There is also a Starbucks on the 3rd floor, but be prepared for the higher prices than your average store. All in all not a bad place to hang out and spin the reels a bit or eat. They also have a gift shop, Jimmy Crystal and Landau. Note: there are no free drinks here, so dont come acting up like its Atlantic City or Vegas. Know what you are getting into when coming here. A little fun, a little food, a little spending. That's it. Keep the foolishness out. Remember. This is a casino. A place filled with gamblers, hustlers, pick pockets and the occasional "lady of the eve". Mainly, hardcore gamblers that pass for grandmas, aunties, uncles, pop pops, etc., so keep that in mind. Just like a roller coaster follow the same instructions: keep arms, legs and all loose articles inside the car at all times. Coats, bags, canes, cups, bottles of water, etc. Do not set them down for a second, they will disappear.
