"Regulars to this Marietta Mexican restaurant tout the friendly service, not to mention the food, margaritas, and mojitos from the bar here. Start off with the aptly named El Trio: a trio of guacamole, queso, and salsa paired with fresh chips. Next, order the braised pork burrito, carne asada plate served with rice, beans, and corn tortillas, or the chorizo torta garnished with lettuce, tomato, and pickled jalapenos. The restaurant also includes a selection of breakfast dishes." - Eater Staff

"Start off a meal at Castia with the El Trio — a trio of guacamole, queso, and salsa paired with fresh chips — before diving into a meaty braised pork burrito, carne asada plate served with rice, beans, and corn tortillas, or the chorizo torta garnished with lettuce, tomato, and pickled jalapenos. Margaritas come by the glass or pitcher and include both classic and Texas styles or flavored with strawberry, pineapple chile, guava, and mango." - Eater Staff

Honestly, I hate to sing this gem’s praises because all you peeps will start taking over my seat at the bar 😉😂❤️; however, I love this restaurant. We’ve been coming for 2 yrs. We’ve tasted about every dish on their menu. Casita Mexican Kitchen is the BEST in Marietta. The menu may appear small but the science behind it is so that the slow roasting savory flavor is soaked in every dish. Recently they received 100 score. 🤩 Birria Tacos!! Camarónes Empanadas!! Machaca Platter!! Casita will be the closest I will ever experience to having a Hispanic grandmother. I recommend you visit so you too can taste the love.

Best salsa in the game. Had the Texan Fajita to share and was more than enough. Service attentive. Fresh ingredients.

Really pleasant, casual but aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. No loud music or rowdy people - it was such a peaceful lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We had tacos and they were simple and flavorful; exactly the kind of “clean” food I wanted at lunchtime. Our server was friendly, smart, polite, and efficient - much appreciated these days!she also gave us chips and fresh salsa; not sure if that’s an opening special, but the fresh salsa was excellent. They have Mexican style and American style tacos and burritos, so everyone in your party can have their ideal tacos. We plan to come again to try their myriad other dishes - fajitas, more traditional entrées featuring shrimp and various meats, and Mexican-style sandwiches. Oh, and my partner ordered horchata which was huge and really good!

If you're looking for truly authentic Mexican cuisine look no further. The service, the food, and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I had the Entomatadas and it was to die for. You can truly taste that everything is fresh and homemade. I'm big on service and the young lady taking care of us was phenomenal. This is definitely going to be our new weekly dinner spot.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food was excellent! Great flavor and good portions. Chips were super light with a great salsa. Guac had a Texas flair to it and was excellent. Meats were flavored well. Some of the best Fajitas I have ever had. Overall a good place to go for a great meal.

First time here. It was fine. One ordered a veg burrito and an enchiladas montanas. The food was ok-not bad , not great. The burrito was served on a metal tray with a paper liner. Paper liner became part of the meal after awhile so that was not good. Serving on a plate would have been much better. Portions for lunch were satisfactory. Plate came with the main dish, no garnish or anything else to add to the meal. The service was attentive and pleasant. Food came out in a reasonable time. I would come back if passing by but not good enough to make it a destination restaurant.

This was our first time here. We came here and they were closing soon. The bartender was super nice and made sure we were able to order some food. She made a Pinapple Jalepeno Margarita for my lady. The deink was okay, but nothing special.(I make a better one at home) As far as food I order some type of pork with a red sauce. It could have been way better portion wise as opposed to the price, and the flavor was on the bland but salty side. It was not savory. We woukd only go back because the bartender and front end staff were really nice.
