Casita’s Cafe

I love love love casita!!! She’s so sweet and has the most delicious coffees! I’d come here everyday if I could. She always has specials for seasons or holidays with fun and cute coffees!!

I had the Abuelita’s mocha latte and it was so good I drank it within minutes! I wish Casi was in Houston! We WILL BE BACK!

Cute coffee truck, well made drinks and snacks. Also a taco truck nearby. Owner was friendly and there is a little seating area to enjoy your food and drinks!

Lovely owner and barista serving yummy coffee and sweet treats! A perfect stop for a quick bite and coffee. She’s also next to a taco truck which is also yummy! Cassie even gave my dog a pup cup!!!

Super cute cafe-trailer with so many good options. There is outdoor seating, super short wait time, and it’s in a convenient location. The owner, Cassie, was super friendly and a joy to be around. This is an Austin hidden gem! 🤩 In the picture is a Hibiscus Sunset, Pink coffee, Casita cafe Latte, and a Jamaica.

Come here for delicious coffees, delectable pastries, and friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service! I had a Casita’s cafe iced latte with oat milk, and the brown sugar syrup in this drink is house-made and you can tell it’s just heads and shoulders above mass produced syrups, really makes a difference. Also, the espresso is so smooth, not bitter. The pastries were yummmmmy with several options and thoughtful to-go packaging. Also, there are plenty of benches to enjoy your treats in the sunshine. Do yourself a favor and make a stop here!

Truly a local find! This coffee food truck is tucked among an office complex near Steck and the MoPac service road. Am always on the prowl for a local coffee joint and this one checks all of the boxes. Great coffee and conversation with the owner, Cassie. Plan on trying some of the food items on the next trip. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating available.

If you are looking for a new coffee business in Austin to support, look no further than Casita's Cafe! I had the pleasure of meeting Cassie prior to her opening her business, and got to learn more about her plans and vision when she was a guest on my podcast. She has been in the food industry for years now, and she prioritizes quality customer service as much as she does providing a memorable coffee truck experience with unique flavors and different types of beverages as well. I was able to try one of her drinks and food options this morning, one week after her grand opening! The strawberry jam filled croissant was chewy and I appreciated the ample amount of filling. Cassie takes the time to craft her drinks with the utmost care, and I absolutely enjoyed the PB Chai, which was a vanilla chai with peanut butter sweet cream...I highly recommend it! Right now, the truck is open on Saturdays and Sundays, so make it a priority to give Casita's Cafe a visit over the weekend---especially if you are in North Austin! The truck is located behind Impulse Vape Shop.

Was great, looking forward to going back! For anyone in a similar position, the location off N Mopac is not inside the office building as it appears on the map - it's still in the cute brown food truck pictured. I got lost for a second trying to find it :-)

Delicious pastries and cookies! Coffee as well as refreshing lemonades. I got a passion fruit/jamaica tea that was delicious and super refreshing! Also the owner is super sweet, support this woman owned business/bakery!
