Super cute cafe-trailer with so many good options. There is outdoor seating, super short wait time, and it’s in a convenient location. The owner, Cassie, was super friendly and a joy to be around. This is an Austin hidden gem! 🤩 In the picture is a Hibiscus Sunset, Pink coffee, Casita cafe Latte, and a Jamaica.

Come here for delicious coffees, delectable pastries, and friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service! I had a Casita’s cafe iced latte with oat milk, and the brown sugar syrup in this drink is house-made and you can tell it’s just heads and shoulders above mass produced syrups, really makes a difference. Also, the espresso is so smooth, not bitter. The pastries were yummmmmy with several options and thoughtful to-go packaging. Also, there are plenty of benches to enjoy your treats in the sunshine. Do yourself a favor and make a stop here!

Tucked away and worth it! Friendly, good coffee with interesting options (can't wait to try pink coffee) and delicious almond croissants. I'll definitely be back soon!

I had just got off of work and she was about to close but she happily stayed a little longer to make the abuelita mocha and jamaica for me. Both were very delicious. 😁

Strong and long lasting caffeine. The owner is such a delight and the menu is incredibly varied from fruit hibiscus cold brews to coffee lemonade and even hand made pastries. Cannot recommend enough for caffeinated needs on the way to play card games at Mothership.

Casitas Café is my go to coffee stop and it should be yours too. I’m always pleased with Cassie, the coffee or whatever fun drink she’s thought of next, and any food there might to munch on. I’ve supported her from the start and she has hit a home run every time I’ve gone over to visit. Please drop by!

SUPER FRIENDLY LADY AT THE WINDOW. SMILE AND EYES LEFT ME FEELING HUGGED, WARM, AND BRIGHT. SAME FEELING WITH THE FOOD. MY EYES WERE WIDE AT FIRST TONGUE TO TREAT CONTACT. THE ALMOND DANISH.. OH MY.. WORD!! IT'S PACKAGED SO CUTE 🥹🥰 LOVELY TASTE. LOVELY PRESENTATION. LOVELY LADY. I WANT TO SCREAM "THIS IS AMAZING" THROUGH MY SUN ROOF AND TELL EVERYONE TO COME HERE!! If you are looking for a new coffee business in Austin to support, look no further than Casita's Cafe! I had the pleasure of meeting Cassie prior to her opening her business, and got to learn more about her plans and vision when she was a guest on my podcast. She has been in the food industry for years now, and she prioritizes quality customer service as much as she does providing a memorable coffee truck experience with unique flavors and different types of beverages as well. I was able to try one of her drinks and food options this morning, one week after her grand opening! The strawberry jam filled croissant was chewy and I appreciated the ample amount of filling. Cassie takes the time to craft her drinks with the utmost care, and I absolutely enjoyed the PB Chai, which was a vanilla chai with peanut butter sweet cream...I highly recommend it! Right now, the truck is open on Saturdays and Sundays, so make it a priority to give Casita's Cafe a visit over the weekend---especially if you are in North Austin! The truck is located behind Impulse Vape Shop.

Delicious pastries and cookies! Coffee as well as refreshing lemonades. I got a passion fruit/jamaica tea that was delicious and super refreshing! Also the owner is super sweet, support this woman owned business/bakery!
