I absolutely loved the Cass Art Islington store. The store and staff were amazing! I’m in London for a few weeks and never thought I would come across a store like this. The staff were so incredibly knowledgeable about their products and had everything you could imagine. It was great that they stocked non-toxic products too. It’s safe to say they will be my go-to art supply store whilst in town. Thank you again!

Very bright and welcoming shop. Really well stocked, all the things I wanted and lots of items I'd never seen before. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I expect to return regularly.

Amazing art store. I was mesmerised by the collection. This is my favourite art supply store!

Good selection of items, reasonably priced. Only negative was one member of staff. I had asked him if they stocked a particular watercolour paint brand in pan form (student grade) as I was looking to gift to a friend who is starting to paint. I felt the response I received was dismissive. Whilst I understand the focus might be on quote "only professional tubes", the tone came across as a bit critical and snobby, which made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to share this feedback as I believe a more welcoming approach would enhance the experience for all customers, even when shopping for gifts.

So very disappointed with the service having sat in all day to wait for one delivery which turned out to be two. The package should not have arrived until Monday however I received two emails stating that they would arrive on the Saturday. First arrived then an email was sent that it was out for delivery. One order and had to wait it for a day and a half. I made a complaint and was met with not our problem delivery is Monday to Friday. It beggars believe, DPD can screw up their delivery and Cass are not willing to put the complaint in. I paid extra for the next day delivery and in fact just paid extra for the inconvenience. Very disappointing, I enjoyed supporting a business in my home town of Liverpool however the head office did not offer the same level of service. Jacksons will be receiving my custom for everything rather than historically their fabulous print equipment.

Don't use Cass Art next day delivery. I ordered some screenprint ink for a job that came in last minute. I ordered a next day, express delivery, thinking Cass Art was reputable and reliable. I was wrong! I couldn't complete my job and lost earnings to the tune of £400. Ouch! Use Jackson's or Atlantis instead.

A treasure trove of a place! Clean, bright and very spacious. A lovely old building just off a main shopping road but enticingly visible. I have only visited the ground floor so far because everything I wanted to buy was there. Every price point is catered for. There are also good promotions on offer. Cass also has a 40th anniversary stamp collecting card with a gift incentive for purchases. Looking forward to exploring the other floors on my next visit. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They are also kind and polite. This makes shopping there a real pleasure. I usually shop at Cass Art near the National Portrait Gallery, where there is great customer service and an excellent range of products for such a small space. The Islington store is huge in comparison - the range on the ground floor alone blew my mind! :-) On my last visit, I was introduced to a space where one can try out some of the products. Really looking forward to returning to have a play! Well done Cass Art!
