So clearly this place was sold for cheap and abandoned by opportunistic profiteers waiting to cash in, but until then why the hell is it covered in garbage, bags and bags of garbage? Did they not collect their taxes for the local sanitation, does the mayor and the church leaders next door busy building more for them don’t care to volunteer to keep this corner of the village clean to line up with their “eco Dorna and our beautiful Bucovina” slogans? Why the hell would a tour bus bring us here to see the state of affairs, the reality of selling piece by piece everything to anyone for a buck including the public parking spaces, and holding no one responsible for the clean up ? WHY ? I am disgusted to the core WHY would these people bring us here to sell us goods , honey, and stuff in a pile of garbage? SHAME; SHAME SHAME

I’ve eaten in some amazing and some very poor restaurants and I believe that my opinion is always valid. The service here was very slow. It took almost 3 hours for our food to arrive. Eventually when the food did arrive it was wrong! And on top of that, 1 drink was wrong and another drink was forgotten then after 3 reminders given without ice! Seriously poor service all round.

They have a nice restaurant with very beautiful terrace. But we didn't find many places to walk around not using car. So we just walked along the village street. Room interior was not new, but comfortable. Decent bathroom. As minus - bed was made from 2 mattresses instead of 1 big. Overall we really liked this hotel.

We only went to the restaurant. It has a nice terrace, with a great view. The interior is well decorated. It's a cosy place. The menu is large and very diversified and the prices are acceptable. The problem is the waiting time to be served. We waited approximately 15 minutes for a waiter to come and get our order and another 30 minutes to get our meal. The meal is tasty. The portions are big. We recommend this place.

Very interesting construction, in middle age style, but built in modern times, around 1980. Large offer of food specialities, very tasteful selected. Not very cheap... But again, it's customer target is oriented towards foreign tourists.

So disappointed this place is closed down, becoming a ruin. It used to be the highlight of this area. Such a pity, there is potential…

We went there for supper as we were visiting the area. The landscape surrounding the hotel is amazing. Unfortunately, I can not rate properly the table service because the experienced waitress didn't care at all about giving the minimum service. When she was asked to bring the additions (ordered at the beginning), she sent the bus girl and disappeared. I would have given more stars if the food was good, but in retrospect to the price, the quality was mediocre. My friend ordered cooked mushrooms and they were brought half-cooked. Moreover, the quantities felt like half portions (compared with restaurants in the region for the same price or less expensive). There is hope; I strongly urge the management staff to adress the quality of the service. It will ensure repeat customers and a bigger bill per customer.

We didn't stay or eat on the restaurant but it will probably be great as we visit for stay for a few hours and it surround and the view this castle have are beautiful its a nice castle you can take same great pictures and admire the structure of the building with the historical
