Came to Castle Brando for a relaxing day trip to the spa with a friend and dinner. We were not even staying on site and can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at the spa, the massage therapists, the hotel staff, the waitstaff at the restaurant and the bar! Was literally treated like family from the second we arrived. The spa facility is immaculate both in ambiance and cleanliness. The bartender was amazingly sweet and made us the most amazing Easter special cocktail. Absolute perfection. Cannot wait to come back to this magical hotel for future trips!

The most wonderful venue and hotel. We hosted our wedding here, and it was absolutely incredible: stunning venue, amazing food, and wonderful staff. We’ve also stayed here as hotel guests on multiple locations, and it’s equally amazing. Great breakfast, nice rooms, super luxurious and spacious spa. In particular, want to thank some of the lovely staff: Khadim, Luca, Carlo, Maurizio and Brunella - we can’t wait to return!

Excellent service from start to finish, rooms are beautiful we had a free upgrade due to celebration trip. We booked the package for spa, over night stay and dinner. The spa was fantastic incredible views, beautiful clean facilities. The dinner I wouldn’t recommend due to the service at la Fucina. The best part of the stay was definitely the hotel and the spa, the staff at the hotel are very welcoming and knowledgeable especially Crystal who greeted us with a very warm welcome, Gloria who was knowledgeable and polite and Hugo who took us to our room and explained the history of the room to us. Very good breakfast also included. I would return and recommend!

I got to spend Christmas in the Castle as part of a tour I was doing. Just driving up to the Castle was thrilling, as it sits high up and so can be seen for quite a distance. You get to the Castle by a funicular, and then a pretty steep walk to a very grand entrance. My mobility is not great but I managed ok. My room was gorgeous, very much in keeping with the idea of being in a castle. The food was sensational (and plentiful) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect mix of glamour and comfort. A very memorable and special Christmas!

Fabulous unique very Italian experience, immersed in history, style, impeccable service with a smile and tastefully renovated premises. The Spa centre is not to be missed as the place entices you to stay in its beauty, peace and quiet with a myriad of little nooks to relax in various ways… But a special mention to the lobby bar tender, not only was she friendly, very generous and a delight to talk to, she also created a most surprisingly delicious Christmas cocktail named ‘Rudolf’ which truly captured the essence of the season… So good in fact that we gobbled it down before we could snap a pic, see the empty glass for evidence! Thank to all who made this unforgettable experience possible! Big Smiles…

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. The service is impeccable. They encourage guest to enjoy the grounds. There are plenty of things for a castle lover, such as myself to enjoy. From a bar with excellent seasonal drinks, a great spa, or just exploring the history of the castle.

Location, attentive staff and overall experience was good, however, the bed is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The mattress and pillows were actually hard and waking up in pain is not what expect from a €200 per night room. I would return to explore more of the walking trails, local town and enjoy food and drink here, however, I wouldn’t stay here again. Absolutely not worth the high price we paid from a comfort perspective. It’s definitely not a 4 star accommodation.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and we are sure we will come back someday for more! Just as you arrive you come across this beautiful castle with romantic lights and great view. The receptionists were very friendly and showed us to our room. They made us a reservation at the hotel restaurant and even offered us different options if we didn’t want to dine in at theirs. We are happy we chose their restaurant because it was cozy, delicious and the waiters were great professionals. Our waitress was really nice and offered us great dishes.
