One of the top food experiences ever, a unique modern take off on Tapas (let’s be honest, how many can you have, too repetitive..) modern twist with the highest quality ingredients, combinations out of this world from the Brioche with pulled pork and prawns to the russian salad, Anchovies screwer and the scallops which was one of the most prettiest dishes I’ve ever seen, the deserts were also unbelievable (cheese cake and flan). The service was wonderful kind and super fast, the kitchen is right in the middle and all the chefs operate it so peacefully (during peak times..)
The only slightly not positive thing was the €20 grilled prawns which for me was a bit un proportionate for what you get, taste was amazing though, but I would take something else next time.
Overall the type of dinner that gets you emotional.. bravo
