Castle Megastore - Mesa

I was there last night 8/14/25 and the lady working the register with a nose piercing I can remember her name, was the sweetest and most helpful worker! She asked if there was anything I needed help with and she helped me with everything!! My husband was amazed by my purchases I got a whole outfit for our date night, I would definitely shop here again!!

Great selection in the workers are always nice. They have at least 10 or 12 rows worth of toys and their lingerie section is quite large so you can find pretty much anything

I visit the castle Mega store Mesa every now and then. My visits there are always fun and unique. When I am in the store shopping, a y questions I have they are happy to help me find a solution. Usually they are pretty cool non judgemental too...!!!!! 🙌🏾🥷🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I was met by your employee name Nay and he went out his way to find some lotion that my wife loves. He found the two bottles of lotion at two different stores. He said that he could get them transferred to the store in Mesa. I would recommend all my friends to come to this location. Thank you for your help. Alan

Getting to this store can be rough with the road construction going on out front. All the negativity stops there. All of the associates are fantastic, willing to help and pretty knowledgeable with the products they are selling. My assoc today went way above and beyond what was expected. Dealing with a few receipts and a couple other issues. Very well done Castel Boutique

I went in looking for a specific product. I was looking on my own and very confused. Everything was displayed expertly and easy to find. I just had no idea how to find what I was looking for, or really what I was looking for. I heard a voice ask if I needed help, and I said yes. She said I looked like I might be a little confused. I laughed and said nope, I’m very confused! I explained what I was looking for and before I even finished, she had the product in hand that was perfect for me. She explained everything and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Amazing staff, clean store, great experience!!!!!

Amber was awesome explaining everything to us. I reserve a star only because they had just ran out of what I wanted and I have to wait for restock. Ill be back for sure.
