This location is great! A fantastic place to get my spicy accessories. The staff has always been friendly and relaxed. When I have questions they are willing to help. I would definitely recommend no matter the level of spice or kink you are into.

The staff are always Amazing always respecting and polite super helpful with lots of suggestions and ideas to help you with your questions I 99 percent of the time go in with my wife there very easy to talk to they always try there best to find the product your looking for or get it from another Case store. Lady with the pink hair has a bubbly personality very sweet and always awesome to talk to great store 115 mile round trip for me and there been a Few times i had to go back because display product was put in the wrong box But they were super nice and even Gave us a Gift bag for the inconvenience. They said Inconvenience tax here you go in a sweet manner great Staff great products and amazing store. Amber is always welcoming few staff member even recognize. My voice when I call and hold items for me because my long drive every staff member I have come across is Polite and welcoming and very friendly.

What a nice shop!! Walked in, it was quiet, clean and the lady working was so friendly! I actually overheard a client speaking about a certain toy and she answered the questions seamlessly and genuinely, so I bought the same toy. She got me set up with the powder and the cleaner to make sure everything lasts as it should and also opened the box to ensure the toy was functional before I left. Great work!!

I haven’t been to the store for a couple of years. I was impressed with the large assortment of toys. But I also noticed how prices have increased. Quality certainly better! Our male sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. A name tag would be good to remember his name. A very pleasant experience!

Castle Boutique – Mesa (Apache Trail location) If you enjoy being treated like a shoplifter while spending over $400, this is the place for you. Within minutes of walking in, the cashier physically took items out of my husband’s hands under the excuse of “helping,” but it felt more like suspicion than service. We continued shopping anyway, only to be followed closely the entire time. When I went to grab lingerie from a rack that was very clearly mixed up by size, the employee came over and “corrected” me in a way that felt both condescending and insulting — subtly pushing me toward larger sizes that I don’t even wear. Not helpful. Just awkward and unnecessary. Then the final straw: I clearly told the employee we did NOT want to buy a certain product. The second I stepped outside, she turned around and sold it anyway to my husband. That’s not good sales — that’s blatant disrespect. This store managed to turn what should have been a fun experience into an uncomfortable one. Between the hovering, assumptions, judgment, and pushy behavior, we walked out irritated by a place that should be making customers feel confident. Fair review? Fair.... Save your money. Shop elsewhere. Oh and as for your response, it had NOTHING to do with getting something for free. And also I didn't ask to try on anything. I aaked how to find a medium in the panties, your employee came over and said they are displayed by size and kept guiding me to the Large and Extra Large sizes when I was looking for size medium. Never once did I ask to try them on. And my husband didn't ask for any products after I went outside. So go ahead and add gaslighting to the list of complaints. Thank you.

They have a great selection of toys and sexy clothes, but anything with a crotch you can't try on, even over gym shorts, which I think is quite unreasonable and has prevented me from buying several outfits that I otherwise would have. Also, I purchased a pair of pantyhose, but didn't realize until a couple of days later that the package was actually empty. I contacted the store, but they refused to do anything about it again…Poor customer service.

68 years old and first time in store. The clerks were very reassuring and helpful and I came away with what I needed. Will be going back for more I am sure!!
