This was one of my favourite castles in Slovakia. It is really beautiful!
When we visited, they only accepted cash payments.
Unfortunately you can only visit on a tour. The tours were all in Slovakian, so as foreigners we had no idea what was happening! They did provide a leaflet of information instead though.

Really beautiful castle, built and re built many times but it worth, the visit during winter can be done only in their language so not interested, they give you a book but is not easy to find out in which room you are for follow the book pages.

The castle is amazing. One of my favourite castles in Slovakia. There’s a welcoming feel. Tickets for 2 adults, 2 children were £45. The journey is 90 minutes long. You will see lovely rooms, loads of vintage furniture. There’s also a cave. Loads to see. Around the castle you can find stalls with toys, jewellery. There’s also a few restaurants. Family friendly.

You cannot just walk around the castle on your own. You have to take group tours and stay with the group. Tours start at certain times. Our tour started at 14:30 and was in Slovak.
There's plenty to do around the castle while you wait for the tour, especially for the kids. Great place to enjoy with the family.

A beautiful castle but….. left at 6 am to get only English tour which was cancelled. They gave us a brochure, but that is it. Guide told us in perfect English it was canceled. During tour, could have said a few words in English. Very sad!!

One of the most beatiful castles in Slovakia. Price for english guided tour was 15 eur per adult person. I suggest you to buy tickets online. If you come by car you have plenty parking spaces near the castle.

One of the beautiful castles of the slovakia country.
The Bojnice Castle is surrounded by a landscape park that gives a romantic scenery to the castle.

It's a beautiful castle that we absolutely recommend visiting. It's guided visits only (see at the entrance for the time), it costs 15 euros and lasts an hour and a half. The young guide we had was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only downside is that you won't have much time for the pictures as there are tours every 15 minutes and the people guarding the rooms will make sure that you don't linger.
