I hate doing this. But yall have to step it up at this location. Tonight I ordered mosserella sticks on the phone to pick up as part of my order. The kid , I say kid because he is clearly young gave me bread sticks with cheese and said he thought that’s what I meant but wasn’t sure. He said I said cheese sticks. I’m pretty sure I didn’t . Regardless if there’s questions clarify. HE tried to pay for it , I told him No it’s on the business that’s not how it works. Because we all know it’s wrong to charge employees and you guys can right it off as a business loss. Regardless yall owe me 2 bucks and some change. He also forgot my artichoke which he put on so maybe yall owe me less than 2 bucks now. My salad had 1 single piece of feta. That sucked.
Anyways, it’s not just him. He’s just a kid and mistakes happen but , In the last year I’ve been here for dine in and pick up alone and with my boyfriend, I’ve been with friends, and every single time there’s something wrong with the order. EVERY SINGLE TIME . Dine in you guys gave me burnt inedible potatoes logs that the cashiers agreed were burnt and didn’t look good. Picking up wise twice there’s been pizzas that were missing toppings that I didn’t notice till I was home. It’s frustrating because no one wants to drive to further locations. So can you please please please just get it together? When I got home and was asked what took so long before I could answer “she went to Cataldos” “why would you go there, they’re the worst, with getting orders wrong”. Again I love this places. Hate the service. Thanks.
