Cataldo's Pizzeria

My boyfriend and I stopped here yesterday on our way back to Southern California. The staff was very kind and pleasant. We ordered a medium Brooklyn pizza and a personal garden salad plus two drinks. The pizza was delicious and honestly they have the best crust I've tried. The price was very reasonable and the atmosphere is very simple but fine for a quick bite. Only downside was that Fox News channel was playing on the TV's

I ordered a calzone. And its not the same. Used to be sooo cheesy. Not this time. More sauce than cheese. Kinda bummed out. No wonder they weren't busy. Sad. I won't spend the money on good quality ingredients, if I dont really get them. Really liked this place for a special splurge. Not anymore. Ate it because I cant stand wasting money on something I already ordered. Sucks. Loved this place. Pictures are the small leftovers with no cheese. There is the to go box doesnt even show their name.

S.all hole in the wall with some flavorful pizza i had the Brooklyn and it didn't disappoint dough is soft and sauce is delicious highly recommend

*My review was deleted/removed somehow* Wonderful pizza would definitely recommend eating here but service is horrible. Most of the workers are always great except the girl in front she is awful everytime. Cannot remember her name I think it’s Dailyn or something like that. She’s a rude argumentative girl who does not belong anywhere near a customer service job. Cannot believe this worker has not been fired yet it’s a horrible experience with her everyone we go in. We stopped going in and would just do delivery but even over the phone she’s awful. 0/10 this worker has to go before they lose more customers over her. Also, within this past year we stood at the window to watch the workers make the pizza we ordered and we witnessed a young male worker vape or smoke all over the food in the back and it was horrible but we couldn’t feel comfortable saying anything because of how rude the girl in the front is.

The wife and I were passing through Bakersfield for the night and decided on pizza. We didn't dine in so I couldn't review the service or atmosphere. I must say this is the best pizza I've had in years. The marinara in the pizza was the correct amount and very tasty. The meat on the pizza was plentiful. I loved this pizza. We also ordered garlic parmasean wings and they were on point.

Was a wonderful experience. My family comes from back east and a good ol Italian nostalgic family NY style Pizzeria with real taste is a rare thing to come by out here 🤌🏻 That being said this nailed it all the way around. I just got a place down the street and I'll be making this my go-to at least once a paycheck 💯🤌🏻

food and experience was great. Was very appreciative of the employee that went the extra mile to find the football game we wanted to watch

Ive ordered a calzone and their super large pizza. Both were fire. Everyone at the party was impressed with the size and hiw the large pizza tasted.
