I've been going to this Catalyst since it opened and I always receive fabulous service! Budtenders are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have about their products. First timer, older, female, or disabled doesn't matter, they'll make you feel comfortable and are there to help! Just go!....

Almost always a quick trip. My most recent budtender went above and beyond, keen on providing me with the best quality flower so I left a tip. I’ve shopped here many times before and there’s always plenty variety of products as well as great discounts/specials. This location is my go to dispensary!

I have two dispensaries within walking distance from my house, but I’d rather drive to this location for a few reasons. One being the quality you get for the price when it comes to the products, yes. But the more important factor is the team that works at this store. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here 😭 every cashier is chill, friendly, and helpful. The security guards at the front and the people who do check-ins are always welcoming and kind. The other day, for the first time, I myself made a mistake on my purchase, and Adam the GM not only handled everything smoothly, but he went above and beyond and delivered a guest experience that was above expectation. The whole team really puts in an effort to provide the best for everyone who shops here, and it’s super duper appreciated. 🙏

I LOVE this place. Plenty of parking, even on Big Sale Days. Check-in was a chill. Quick and easy online order pick-up. Service is outstanding and shopping here is a pleasant experience all around.

Let me start by saying that this place is great. Good deals, the vibe inside is great, the employees are all kind. But there was a significant issue that occured with their customer service today, and the owners must address it somehow. I ordered two vapes online totaling around $50.40. But then I received a call saying they only had one of those in stock. Fine, we switched one of my vapes out bringing the new total down to somewhere around $~45 (one vape was $25 some thing and the other $19 something). Ok fine I went to the bank and withdrew what I was going to spend. I arrive at the dispensary and they end up telling me they actually did have both vapes. Ok cool that's great, that's what I wanted in the first place...but the problem now is I don't have enough to pay for my order, and this only happened due to their customer service. So you have to either: A) Pay with your card and you end up paying more than what you thought you were going to pay for due to fees. B) Leave to the bank and come back...but I did this PRIOR TO FIRST ARRIVING which the majority of people do before arriving to avoid fees associated with using card. People short on time will not visit the bank again (this shouldn't be necessary in a place where customer service is essential...as problem solving customer complaints is part of a customer service enviroment). Less understanding people will not be happy having to pay more. This needs to be addressed. And yes I understand laws limit how the employees can help people, but something needs to be done. It is not acceptable to essentially being "forced" to pay a higher price due to their custoemr service failing. It has to be addressed.

My favorite weed dispensary on the market. Also, the staff are some of the kindest people who are willing to help out in finding what you are looking for. They have really reasonable deals, and have many varieties to choose from. Definitely worth your time!!!!!!!!!!!

Catalyst has always got the fire weed, and the best deals in town. No hidden cost when you get to the cash register. The bud tenders are the best.
