Catalyst is the best Dispensary that I've ever been to. The Staff is cordial to the point that you want to Blaze up with them. Their inventory is solid and they're always willing to update you about new arrivals and deals. Finally, the Veterans' Discount was the "Chefs' Kiss" for me. I look forward to every visit. ☺️ 👍🏾👍🏾

This was my first time here so there was a discount, I am very shy but Valerie was patient and very helpful and very nice. They take cash and debit if you pay debit there is a fee, I tried calling before to see what type of payment is accepted but there was no answer. They do have online order pickup for those who just want to order online pickup is in the lobby so you don't have to wait in line for general purchases. Pricing was very fair for the items I came for. If you have sensory sensitivities the lighting inside is bright but not terrible, store temperature is comfortable, and there is music playing but it's not too loud to effectively communicate.

The manager helped with my stiiizy pod issue tonight (before 9 pm) It wasn't working with their CAT4 battery and he found me a battery that made it work great! Thank you so much and looking out for a regular Catalyst customer. Staff has always been super chill and polite and would totally recommend this spot to new and regular users.

Excellent customer service from everyone there!!! Their knowledge on strands, what's selling & recommendations have never failed... №1 thing to do is DEFINITELY JOIN REWARDS CLUB. Those points come in handy on low-budget moments, lol. 100% worth it & no longer than 5min max I've had to wait.💯👌🏾

I've been going to this Catalyst since it opened and I always receive fabulous service! Budtenders are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have about their products. First timer, older, female, or disabled doesn't matter, they'll make you feel comfortable and are there to help! Just go!....
