When it comes to cannabis this is my go to shop! Recently learned a thing or two about our(customers) Loyalty points thanks to AARON! Dude is an outstanding budtender with excellent customer service & may I add whenever I come in he always knowledgeable when it comes to the shops products, a lot of the budtenders don’t communicate much, but AARON/budtender is the one you want when buying product. Always love coming to my closest catalyst , never have a problem but this location sonia was very unhelpful and made it hard to get any shopping done . Luckily the rest of the team made sure I was accommodated correctly and enjoyed the rest of my spree … hopefully Sonia has better days and treats people the same way she would like to be helped .

In a challenging market, they continue to offer good deals. Easy online order and pick-up. Never a problem getting in and out. ATM available. Parking can be challenging at certain times but worth the effort.

Made the mistake buying the wrong plug in. Drove home and the two devices were not compatible. Drove back explained the gentleman was very amazing courteous and quite frankly went out of his way in a moment of distress Thank you very much appreciated

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! This location is so great, every time I go, I am greeted by a smiling face and receive the best guidance from any budtender, who helps me. Rosie and David have been super helpful and patient with me and when I had a million questions, they never once made me feel like it was rush to move on to the next. Online ordering is amazing, great deals and super easy to pick up, no waiting in line when you do! I also like that I can use my debit card, the $3.50 is less than my bank fee, so it works out when I don’t have cash. Prices are more than fair, $85 for 3 quarters and a 1gm. preroll?! Yes, please and thank you! Slept like a baby on that diamond popz and helped with my back pain too. 💚🙌🌳
