This has always been my favorite shop but the last two times I've been served by "Gutta" has been anything but pleasant. He's rude af for real. People come in with good vibes not to deal with his attitude. Finding a new shop.

First time here, admittedly arrived with just a few minutes to spare before closing. I mentioned it to the guard and check in assistant and they were both adamant that my timing wasn't an issue at all. Both very kind and friendly! Then I got to the bud tender, who was extremely rude and agitated with my presence. It was clear he was anxious to wrap up closing duties, but he was also unnecessarily unhelpful and uninformative. When I mentioned his annoyance, he blamed it on his coworker saying he needed to rush to close (the same coworker who kindly told me they'd be happy to help me). Very weird energy and poor service. I won't be returning.

This location never disappoints. From check in, selection, service, and check out, everything. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this location. Whatever y'all are doing management wise and training wise - ITS WORKING. Teach Pomona location a thing or two. I also really enjoy the brand selection here. 710 labs, CBX, Connected, and Alien Labs selection here are top notch.

I saw on your weedmaps entry that you had purple punch clones, so i called and asked if you had any purple punch clones. You put me on hold. When you came back you said you had purple punch clones. I asked if you had 2 purple punch clones. You said yes. So i drove 20 miles, only to find out that you did not have any purple punch clones. My qustion is, why did you lie? My first time at your dispensary has been very disappointing. What a huge waste of my time, and gas.

Good shop just a weird vibe seen it on the side of the 405 and it looked really cool. But it wasn't. They have amazing deals and FTP deals so I recommend if it's your first time.

The first time I had a bad experience here there was almost a fight in the main bud room with no security to be found. I Felt unsafe the entire time and complained but no one responded or did anything. I gave this location another chance.But then the entire debit card system was down. Too many options to keep getting let down sorry guys.

I come here all the time. And I've never had a problem with anything I've bought, up until now. This place sold me what really seem like fake Stiiizys. I bought a Plugnplay 2 days ago, and its quality was questionable. The high wasn't really there like it usually is. Since I've bought these so many times in the past, I assumed I just picked a dud. I came back the next day, and bought 2 lil stiiizy disposables. One had no taste, the other tasted like the stuff black market dispensaries used to get away with selling in 2019-2020. Both had little to no effect. I would've gotten better headchange from a nic vape. I came back today to see if the issue could be solved. They offered me 25% off my next purchase After all the money I've spent at this location. Not at all happy with being scammed out of $100+

BUYER BEWARE: no refunds on products, even if they are sub-par to standards. Bad customer service practices. Made an online order to save time and cash. (10% off order when done online. Upon returning home with my items i noticed one of the 8ths i bought was discolored, lacked trichomes. Was cultivated on 12/13/18 and an expiration date of 12/13/19. i returned with the item un-open and asked to speak to a manager about a way to resolve the issue, being as i didnt not want to waste $60. The manager informed me that he acknowledged that the 8th wasnt up to the standards it should be, and the product was bad. BUT since the expiration is 12/13/19 they are still legally able to sell it. He mentioned to always check bag before leaving, even when placing online orders. Was offered 20% off a future purchase, but nothing they could do about the poor quality too shelf tree they sold me. They seem to value they're profits more than they're customers, who are the reason behind said profits. Summary: no value for customers! Absolutely no refunds even when sold products that they are below the quality advertised.

One star. I used to religiously go here when they were "connected" Undefeated. I went today and this guy Eddie the bud tender bent me over for two ounces me and my brother purchased. Sold us 6month old bud and said it was a new shipment. Godbless catalyst if they have these type of people working for them. Fake candy smoker

This place is well worth the Drive it's about 15 minutes away from me , The quality of flour and a huge selection that they have is top notch I went twice this past weekend because they had some amazing deals on 4/20 weekend ! The staff is super friendly super cool even the security guard big white guy a lot of security guards at these kind of places are assholes but this dude was super cool! I told a few of my friends already about this place and they already went and he told me the same thing top-notch flower and wax ! I will definitely be back soon ! Thanks again connection !

4 out of 5 times I go here, I get home and realize they put the wrong thing in the bag. Today they sold my a shorted out cart. I called and asked if they would swap it for a new one, they said that shouldn't be a problem on the phone. When I get there the "manager" come out and asked me for the cart, rather than saying anything to me, he takes in the back, comes out 1 min later and say this cart is fine, it's my battery. I show him it's not, it says it's shorted and I can show you that this is the only cart it says this on. He over to sell me a battery. Fuck this place. Service sucks all the way to top apparently. It's 40 dollars, you can't afford to swap this cart? You can see it doesn't work and you just say "not my problem"? So rude, so unhelpful, such a joke of a "manager". Go to any other catalyst is Long Beach. This one is terrible. P.s if the manager responds to this saying that he showed my it working on his battery, fucking great, than you take this one and get me one that fucking works the way it supposed. Also it wasn't my battery. All other carts work.

The main reason I continue going back to this facility is they have the lowest price of the product I purchase, gummy edibles. I've been to locations in Long Beach, orange county... And still catalyst cannabis is the best. The second reason is the staff m, they are so friendly and helpful. Check their calendar for specials....Wednesday Women receive 15% off.

Okay I love you guys let me say first. But time is money and if we put in a preorder show up at the designated time and there's nothing to be picked up it sucks. I understand you guys get completely slammed but this isn't the first time you guys have dropped the ball. Just today I decided to leave empty handed. I know my order wasn't much but it was MUCH needed by me. I'll be back because like I said I Love you guys friendly as hell always helpful but damn what would happen to your check if you showed up two hours late?

Bad customer service!! Think twice before visiting this shop. Purchased Stiizy cartridge by accident, I realized as soon as I drove away. I made a u-turn to exchange for regular cartridge and the Manager Kevin did not allow me to trade it in. How much effort would it have been to exchange for the correct one? customer lost here. By the way, this is not the first time something bad happened to me here, I had previously purchased a single joint, got home and container was empty. should have learned my lesson from the first problem!!

I used to do security guard work but the way I was treated because I couldn't hear the muffled sounds of instructions I was met with unprovoked hostile and negative situation that could have been easily avoided as a security guard you're supposed to de-escalate situations not provoke them and escalate them!? But wait it gets better so after clarifying that I did not have a weapon I went in to make my purchase as I was going to make my purchase I explained that your security guard is very rude then proceeded to pick what I wanted in and out like always I've been here several times never an issue never a problem except for today well I guess the supposed manager Jeffrey overheard what I said went outside came back in then angrily yelled at me too and said you need to listen to my security guard blah blah blah after I just straighten it out with him he reignited the situation and just kept threatening me that I could never come back and that I'm banned from all catalyst stores for what bringing rude customer service to your attention? Mark my words you have a loose cannon at your front door a security guard with a chip on his shoulder I also have video of the security guard trying to lunge at me as if I was going to be intimidated I put my hands up and told them not to touch me did it really had to get to that point? I was already leaving the property so Jeffrey took it upon himself to walk up to my friend's car I had just fixed and was going to drop it off after making this purchase took pictures of the license plate and VIN number I thought it was funny because it's not even my car but were you trying to get more of a reaction from me? I was already outside getting in my car about to leave and you guys just kept trying to make it worse I'm a veteran of the United States and understand that we all have our freedom of speech the whole reason I go to The dispensary to treat my PTSD it helps me relax and calms my anxiety attacks as I write this I am suffering a severe headache and stomach pains I might go to the hospital thanks a lot for ruining my day and you did me a favor by not letting me come back because who else would want to get treated like this or is this how you treat some people? I bought what was supposed to be a gram of concentrate. I get home and find it is only a half gram on the receipt and in the container. I went back with my receipt and a picture of the price directly from their menu on Weedmaps. They told me it was a mistake and refused to refund my money and refused to give me the full amount of product I paid for. I was offered a 20% discount n spending more money but they already got twice what I thought I was spending on the product by only getting half what I paid for. I wasn't going to give them more money.

Been coming here for a while. Today, Easter Sunday, I had a bad experience with one of the bud tenders. Not exactly sure what the bud tender's name was but she is short with black hair. I was trying to get wax but another customer was next to the wax fridge. First my bud tender wanted to wait to go, but then she asked me if I felt comfortable going to the wax fridge and standing near the other customers. I made a comment that it was surprising to me they were so particular about social distancing when they haven't been in the past (10+ people in the bud room). She then told me that, quote, "there is only 7 people in the bud room at a time....I would know bc I work here." Incredibly unprofessional, don't come here if you don't want to be belittled for making normal conversation. When I asked for the manager, Destiny P, she did not mediate the situation well. She supposedly asked the girl to take a break, but the girl was allowed to mad dogg me while I walked past her in the lobby. Needless to say, picking up weed should be an uplifting experience. Don't come here to get your medicine. UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.

When I first started coming here to get my bud they were always nice as fuck maybe because they changed the name?. Lately. Every visit has been followed up by shittier and shittier customer service. Idk if they get treated poorly or have a hostile work environment but idk if I'll be going here anymore. I've got stories. Just no time to share. Not trying to judge too harshly. Like the store and the staff but they do a very poor job of managing customer traffic with next to zero regard for social distancing. Nobody is running the show. Way too many people at the counter and the cash register. Also too many idle team members behind the cash registers not ringing sales and milling about. They need to get their act together over there.

Recently started going here and being able to order online, go in & get my necessities fast is great! Also great customer service & bud tenders are nice and helpful.

I got me Gushers at greenhouse herbal center where i found exclusive selection strain from different brands like connected. It is one of the best hybrid indica dominant i've got hands on in a while. When i opened the jar the creamy sweet / gassy smell from gelato 41 and pungent pine/earthy smell from triangle kush rapidly overload the place. The herb has a tart blueberry flavor that i was able to taste every single toke. Their flowers are beatifully cured that give it a super premium experience. The high was amazing, i felt nice euphoria rush and tingly sensation throughout my body that gradually faded to a mild sedation point. Nugs look dark green and purple fully covered on trichomes "crystals"

Bought a vape here and then lost it a week later. They would not give me a new one. What a JOKE.

This is my favorite dispensary. All prices include tax and and it's fire as fuck ... in person!!! Delivery and such can be different and hard to get customer service if you call. Overall amazing dispensary but slightly disappointed in delivery, that's the ONLy THING

Left this same review on Weedmaps. Will share on Google as well. I've gone 3 times.. Each time I got two, 3.5 gram 8ths. That's 6 8ths. Only one of them had a taste. I went 3 times to prove myself wrong. How could an establishment that looks this fire, sell pre packaged, tasteless nonsense. It gets you high, but it had NO TASTE. I complained after my 3rd trip. "Manager" told me he disagreed with what I said, and because of that, my experience is void and I should buy the more "top shelf" weed because what I'm used to smoking is more up on the scale of "quality". But I never had to spend $80+ on an 8th for a taste. That usually comes with most weed: especially for a shop as nice as this. So basically you saying everything under $80 for a single 8th taste like nothing. Your only remedy is I spend more, no apology for spending 260 and only getting one quality product. I'm sorry you can't sell weed under $80 bucks for it to have a taste (your insinuation, not mine) Safe to say I won't return. I had to hang up on this dude. No arguments or anything, he's just being a douche and I don't have time for all that.I got better weed off the curb that didn't get me high, that taste better than this smokey bull.. the staff (minus the dude who handled this poorly) is really great. Liz is cool, you got another chick in there that just don't wanna be there, nor help to the best of her ability. She's turnt down, the security and the rest of the staff are really humanized and polite. Don't go here for quality. Waste of time and money. 2 stars for staff

Sorry guys but the high tax and personal service from the staff was not up to my standards. The flowers are prepackaged to exact weight. I like my Budtenders to have a heavy hand.
