A friend recommended Catbird as a nice spot to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. This place did not disappoint! The atmosphere is amazing. We came early and watched the sunset from our table. It was so nice! But the best part was our server, GABBY! She’s awesome! Her food and drink recommendations were perfect. Ask for Gabby when you come!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! I had the pleasure of being served by Lauren and she was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She anticipated our needs without us even having to ask, and her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on. What really stood out was her professionalism paired with a warm personality—it made our dining experience feel special and personal. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her guests. If every restaurant had someone like her, dining out would always be a joy. Thank you for making our visit so memorable, we had fun and will definitely be back.

It is a very beautiful rooftop restaurant. The service here is great. They go above and beyond. Everything how I like! We came here to see the sunset and grab a bite with my friends. And we enjoyed our choice! Magnificent view, great location. Astonishing view and a worthy place with great service!

Loved everything about Catbird. The ambiance is beautiful! From the floral entrance to the rooftop terrace, it’s definitely giving Dallas. During our visit, we went through three servers but we didn’t mind at all because they all took care of us so well. This place is great for celebrations, girls night, date night etc. Can’t wait to go back!

The place is breathtaking! Beautifully decorated and very well executed. The little food items are great, but the drinks are what’s interesting, classic cocktails were great, and their own creations were well thought and presented beautifully. The ambience is perfect for a night out, and we greatly enjoyed our time here on our first night in Dallas. Staff was also very friendly and happy to suggest items and cater to our taste.

We recently moved to Dallas at the beginning of the year, and have slowly but surely been eating and drinking our way through all this amazing metro area has to offer. We were determined to hit a hot spot rooftop for a cocktail or two, and made it to Catbird. For those that know Dallas, you know this is a beloved, chic restaurant and bar situated 9 stories up in the downtown Thompson hotel, but for those learning Dallas, add this to your list! This place is gorgeous as you enter and prepares you for an upbeat elevated experience. Dress to impress as this place is dripping with beautiful people in high fashion. We made our way to the bar to take a look at the cocktail menu. Everything looked good. Our bar tender Nick took great care of us. His bar tending skills are highly impressive too. A true artist. We hung around for a few drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere and the outdoor patio. Loved every second! The music is fantastic. Vibes are high. We had “The Cat Bird” “Speakin’ Manderin” and of course have to try their Esrpesso martini. That vanilla cream foam was sick! So tasty. I can’t wait to come back and try some tapas and more of their unique cocktails. Oh they also hire awesome dj’s to keep the evening vibes flowing. Thanks, Catbird team!

i came to catbird for a birthday dinner, and i was not let down! the vibes were amazing, decor was gorgeous & the music kept the evening very lively. our server, lesly, was amazing from the get go! she gave us suggestions on what to get and attended to us with good timing. very kind as well😊 i got the popcorn chicken along with the shibuya mocktail and both were delicious!! would definitely recommend this to a friend and i will definitely be back!

Catbird was amazing! Our server Gabby was fantastic and gave us amazing recommendations. We had several of their seasonal drinks along with the truffle edamame and chicken karaage. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend checking this place out and if it’s on a weekend, make a reservation.
