i placed an online order with cater depot and received a phone call in reguards to one of items i ordered was out of stock , which is ok with me because it was just a switch i can source locally.
i asked the person that called (Savanne i believe was his name) if everything else on the order was in stock and he confirmed that it was , however when i received my order i was shorted 2 other items so i called back and was told by the same person they were out of stock so i was not billed for them and when more were in stock that he would call me back for payment info and that they would ship for free as i had already paid for shipping on the original order that they were supposed to be in.
when the parts arrived (less than 5 bucks according to the website listing) , i was told my total was over 20 dollars which in turn i told him it was less than 5 dollars in parts he told me there was a typo on the website (which still has not been corrected) and the prices were wrong after shipping the first order at the advertised prices, what a joke so i told him to keep the parts.
i reordered the parts online at the advertised price and they have marked the order as shipped its been several days and i still have not received a tracking number, i can only assume they have cancelled my order because my quantities shipped show 0 on each item.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR NOT HONORING PRICES LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE.
