The spirit of Joe’s lingers with articles about Joe’s encased in glass and pinned to a bulletin on the wall. One reads, “Stand with Joe and President Obama and tell Congress to extend tax cuts for middle-class families.” Beef, chicken, and turkey hot dogs are all $3 each, with a selection of free toppings. While the decor may be no-frills, the food isn’t. Cate’s doesn’t try to reinvent the hot dog, but it does master the basics with care. Nothing fancy about this place but just really good hot dogs, burgers, sausages, and wings made fresh. House seasoning for the fries is killer. Very friendly service. Great down to earth spot!

10/10 best places around. Cook hot and fresh right in front of you. No Stale or old fries, No dried up chicken always fresh, Juicy, and season just right. You don’t have to worry about your hot dog looking like it lost weight😂. Oh, and his desserts is to die for my favorite is the strawberry shortcake

Nothing like a city fav with quick service,great flavors and chill vibes . My first visit was impromptu after a quick thrifting session at Middle of May. I ordered the sausage dog all the way !!! with seasoned crinkle fries that were ahhhhh -mazing. The lemonade ‼️ Overall I look forward to stopping by for a quick bite when I’m in the area. Check ‘em out !

Omg the food and customer service was Amazing! The young ladies ib the front were beyond professional and courteous greeting us with genuinely warm welcome as soon as we came in!! They made suggestions on what we should get and how they could prepare it. Me and my boyfriend ended up getting almost everything and it was so good!!! The food was fresh and seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be back for more soon. This is our new spot :) wish I would have taken photos but the good was gone fast lol

Serving up laughs, burgers, and fries. I come here every visit to Raleigh. If you’re looking for a place to eat with food that never goes out of season you’ve found it. Even if something isn’t on the menu they can whip it up custom for you to the T. I’ve never had any complaints on the food or quality of the cooks. Highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich with garlic Parmesan sauce.
