Stay away if you don’t want to ruin your holiday.
Cathay Pacific made a serious mistake in my booking and because of that, I was stopped by immigration and left completely without support.
Their chat kept disconnecting, no staff helped at the airport, and I had to fix everything myself and pay extra. Later, they even claimed in their reply that their staff helped me - which is absolutely false.
I couldn’t use two next tickets because of their error, and they didn’t refund even the taxes. Terrible experience for an airline that calls itself “premium”.
