Stay away if you don’t want to ruin your holiday. Cathay Pacific made a serious mistake in my booking and because of that, I was stopped by immigration and left completely without support. Their chat kept disconnecting, no staff helped at the airport, and I had to fix everything myself and pay extra. Later, they even claimed in their reply that their staff helped me - which is absolutely false. I couldn’t use two next tickets because of their error, and they didn’t refund even the taxes. Terrible experience for an airline that calls itself “premium”.

Many new unexperienced crew on flight and ignoring pasengers' light up for service. Uniform blouse is short and when stewardess stretch upwards to close cabin luggage compartments, the whole midriff and belly button is exposed while leaning towards seated passengers. Very disgusting and unsanitary!! Felt it looked quite sleazy when we saw one of the stewardess repeatedly do that beside a white married male passenger as well. Cathay needs to have some class. With all other things, very bad experience with this airline.

Good service and airline, and even if there are any issues arising, they always try to solve it in a professional matter. Took flight CX301 to MUC last July. Thank you, Cathay

Recent cancellation of flight Amsterdam - Hongkong CX270 on 17/10/25 has caused lots of havoc. Poorly handled the situation, older people were left behind, no clear instructions and telephonists too gave different information and instruction with each calls. The call center asked me to get further information from the airport in the following day, but the airport staffs instructed me the other way round. They seemed as confused as anyone else.

Honestly best experience I've personally haf on a long haul 16 hour flight, friendly, efficient and caring staff. I even left my headphones behind on the flight and upon visiting their Lost and Found the next morning low and behold! They had it!

I remember taking a bus there just to drop by to capture Cathay's very first aircraft, the DC-3. It brings back lots of memories for the aviation enthusiasts! Very happy that the airline has permanently placed the beautiful classic turboprop aircraft over there so whenever people pass by, they can enjoy a view of this plane. Nothing much for tourists, it's only office over here mainly for Cathay Pacific and Dragonair staff.
