16 Las Vegas Restaurants That Are Too Beautiful to Miss

"An arched tunnel that ends in an eye carved right into the wall leads into this New York-based restaurant. The lounge is framed by a metal beaded canopy with colors of steel and copper, that resemble the architecture of cathedrals. And a theatrical and monumental ceiling installation draws attention to the main dining room. It combines for a dramatic effect — one that demands servings of martinis and caviar beneath the beaded sculptures." - Janna Karel

27 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada | Condé Nast Traveler

"When you walk into the flagship Rockwell Group-designed Cathédrale in New York City, you’ll feel as though you’ve unearthed some forgotten hall—although the restaurant, with its 30-foot ceilings, is actually deep in the basement of new-build Moxy East Village. The new Cathédrale Las Vegas, also Rockwell-designed, feels just as grand, even though to get to it you split off into a narrow hallway off the lobby of Aria Las Vegas. The TAO Group restaurant brings all the group’s time-honored elements to the table: low lighting, grandeur, and the feeling you’ve discovered some delicious secret. This is a temple to coastal Mediterranean dishes of France, Spain, Italy and Greece served under a monumental ceiling installation. Think classics like The Omelette, topped with fingerling potato chips and Kaluga caviar, a whole Dover sole with caper butter and Clos Ste. Magdeleine rosé, and grilled octopus with tomato ragout. Cocktails riff on coastal flavors, like The Quaternary, with vodka, gin, vermouth, orange bitters, and Castelvetrano Olives and Kaluga caviar." - Andrea Bennett

Yes, and many times yes! Great place with an amazing atmosphere. I loved everything from the beginning when we walked through the hall till the end. Great service, and very professional waiters. The food was amazing. I definitely recommend ribeye steak, it was perfectly cooked. Will come back many times for sure!

Google
What a beautiful, relaxed, and inviting, restaurant. Nestled in the Aria Resort next to Catch, the stunning entry welcomes you with a warm, dimly-lit walk that leads to a gorgeous dinning room surrounding a stunning bar. We had the octopus and lobster rigatoni and can say without a doubt that the octopus was the best we’ve ever tried.

Google
Amazing decor that made it a unique experience. Great for romantic dinner. Limited menu choices but the food was made with care. Steaks were a little over done. Best Item on the menu is the Mediterranean Meze. The octopus was outstanding. Our server Rachel made us feel welcome and was really fun.

Google
It’s really an nice Christmas Eve dinner. 1, the atmosphere, beautiful and romantic. I enjoyed walk through the long aisle, and take the seat could watch the bars’ light design. In a brown warm tone. Lights are well shaded. The live DJ music made it more chic. The tables are a little crowded, prefer more space And the wall’s design, naked wall with iron net, personally I prefer something less rough and contrasting 2, the service. They have good advices, consistently come to check and clean up, very appropriate 3, food, look is elegant , well plated Size is large, surprisingly Freshness, win over my tongues Deep fry food is a little salty The veg plate, texture nailed perfectly They spit our one main course to two plate, come with a good portion, Super nice! Definitely will go back !

Google
The restaurant is beautiful. However, the service was slow. Took 30 minutes for us to get our drink order (2 cocktails, 2 beers). Our waiter seemed a bit condescending. Food was delicious, but tiny portions and quite frankly, not work the price. 60 American dollars for 3 bites of fettuccine. I know this ain’t Olive Garden but dang, you’d think for such a high price, you wouldn’t walk out still hungry. Also, I must complain about the men’s room. A urinal designed to splash back at you. One sink with working water and another with working soap had me back and forth between the sinks just to wash my hands. And lights so dim you could not see 2 feet in front of you. I expected better out of a “high end” experience.

Google
We were lucky enough to visit Cathedrale during our Savors of the Strip food tour, and it was AMAZING! The ambiance is especially gorgeous in this restaurant; we walked through a super cool tunnel to get to the table.

Google
was so excited to try this restaurant in Vegas as I had seen many round ups of the best new restaurants in Vegas to try so we booked a reservation. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It’s in the Aria hotel, visually it’s very appealing. Unfortunately I don’t feel this restaurant lived up to the hype. The service was not spectacular. For the amount you’re paying for dinner you’d think that you’d get very attentive service. Unfortunately our server disappeared for most of the evening. We had to flag down other servers to get us things that we needed. one of my party had ordered a glass of wine, her second one. And it never came. Our server did come over and apologize afterwards and did comp that glass of wine which we did appreciate. The food in my opinion was nothing spectacular. I have eaten at many other high-end restaurants in Las Vegas that were so much more amazing than this. The grilled octopus appetizer was the best bite of the entire meal. I had the double cut lamb chops, which were very disappointing and fatty and just not good. Both of the other people in my party had the Moroccan jumbo prawns. They both said it was OK, but I tasted it and it tasted like lighter fluid and like burnt charcoal fire. We had the couscous for one side, which tasted good but nothing special and then these Japanese sweet potatoes for our other side which were burnt. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this restaurant. I hate to complain, but compared to other restaurants like Prime in the Bellagio or Lago or Tao, it just doesn’t meet expectations.

Google
The place and it's design is magnificent, remarkably done. The food on the other hand is nothing special or to brag about. It is a very short and limited menu, which should allow them to specialize on those few items, but it is not the case. Not worth the price tag. Just go to bar and enjoy cocktails, small plates and the atmosphere.

Yelp
If you're looking for a restaurant that combines incredible flavors with an undeniably Instagram-worthy ambiance, Cathedrale at Aria is the perfect choice. From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in a stunning atmosphere with grand, artful decor and a chic vibe that screams luxury. The Caesar salad was a standout dish--perfectly crisp lettuce, a rich, tangy dressing, and just the right amount of Parmesan and croutons to make every bite divine. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here, and it shows in both the presentation and flavor of the dishes. Beyond the food, the restaurant's design is a instagramable . From the dramatic lighting to the intricate details of the interior, every corner of Cathedrale feels like it was made for photos. It's the kind of place where the ambiance becomes part of the experience!

Yelp
Pros: Beautiful ambience Cons: Everything else especially customer service. We had reservations on a Saturday night for a milestone birthday (40th) and we didnt even get to enjoy the celebration at cathedral as the staff seated us late (20min) , table settings was missing ( no table cloth), and was asked to sit our part of 8 at a table that looked like it would sit 5 comfortable. when asked, The Assistant Manager Ryan told us that the table next to us that could seat us comfortable was reserved specifcally by a customer. We had reservations and it seemed strange that a customer would specifically request that table. Service was horrible and for what they are charging, there is so many better options (LPM as Cosmo was fantastic) in Vegas. Advice to management: Treat customers better and don't just bank on the ambience. no wonder this place is at 3 stars on yelp.

Yelp
Disappointed. This place is a pretty photo op. An iconic hallway to take a picture of and has a romantic/swanky sort of vibe. The food wasn't bad, but for the cost, there are other places I can eat on The Strip alone. It's mediterranean, but the menu was just..... meh? Lobster Rigatoni, was good, perhaps the most bang for our buck, The truffle/parm fettuccine - again, good, but not for $60. Lamb Chops were decent and Branzino was decent. Just having eaten at other places here, this place did not wow anyone at our table. The side options are only:french fries.sauteed mushrooms/sautéed spinach/cous cous........ that's it? i can do these at home.... The cocktail that we ordered had obvious floating cream/debris from either another drink or perhaps the shaker wasn't properly cleaned. Either way, this should've been noticed by the bartender or the person bringing out the drinks and at least re-strained/re-made The service was SLOW. Server was ok and we do appreciate the suggestions that were given. but it's took so long between EVERYTHING, from ordering, to getting the drinks (which we sent back) to each course to getting the check. It was a Saturday night, 6:30-9 o'clock. But that's kinda ridiculous for just 3 courses.Mind you, while around 7 it appeared to be busy, with lots of small parties of 2, but once those parties left, those tables didn't fill back up... so it was dead. And for a place that's expected to be a little high-end, it seemed to not be very organized/well run. Unlikely to return.

Yelp
So beautiful. Sultry, dark, sophisticated atmosphere. Great for date night. We booked a few days in advance. One of the newest restaurants in the Aria. I'd been eyeing this spot after seeing the gorgeous interior. Service is highly polished and professional, matching the upscale feel overall. LA ISLA BONITA: Perfect if you're like me and want your drinks to taste as little as alcohol as possible but still strong :3 Tastes like fresh citrus zest in a glass. HAMACHI CRUDO: Fresh & bright-- unexpectedly loved the olive spread, complemented the fish perfectly~ MAINE LOBSTER RIGATONI: Love squid ink pasta. While the staff warned this would be spicy, I didn't feel any heat at all lol. That being said, the sauce is flavorful and full of umami, without taking away from the sweetness of the lobster. Not bad for strip prices. We were impressed by the menu and presentation. May have to come back and splurge for their specialty sea bass.

Yelp
The ambience is pretty romantic and dark inside. Our server was nice.. they si the restaurant is fully booked, but most of the tables were empty y. Ordered the branzino table side ahead of time - 2 weeks prior to our trip and it was $189, until the restaurant called the same day to say they ran out. The food was meh... you can definitely skip it. The stop trivet was tough and not even close for being medium rare. They say they have au poivre and tasted like corn starch. The Ceasar salad and the caprese was nothing special. The hummus starter was bland - the only good thing was the bread was made fresh. The pastas were ok as well. Like I said, too hyped up but way too below par. Not recommended.

Yelp
By far one of my new favorite spots. Is it expensive, yeah. Ambiance is awesome , service was great, drinks were amazing but the FOOD actually justified the cost. Can't wait to try the whole menu. Must have add for first time are absolutely the sweet potato, not your typical sweet potato and amazing.

Yelp
Lovely Experience. First... let me preface this entire review by saying I'm picky and tend to compare everything based on experiences elsewhere. May not be fair... but that's how I judge places. The Ambiance - Low Lighting, Upscale Decor, Dark colors... I love it all. I particularly liked the ceiling design... intricate and added dimension and depth. The music was nice... nothing too loud nor too "bumpy" nor trendy...just nice background music that you didn't have to scream over like other restaurants in town. Of course, we were there early and I'm not sure if it changes the later in the evening you are there. The Service - Top Notch! We wanted for nothing. They were efficient and kind without being overbearing. The Cocktails! Oh... The Cocktails! I'd go back just for the cocktails. I had the La Isla Bonita. I don't like Gin... not a fan of the evergreen flavors of juniper... but this cocktail was Superb! Light, refreshing.. not overpowering. And it came with what I think was a bay leaf in it... so I'm telling everyone my drink was Medicinal. My mom ordered the Crimson Queen... hers came with a flower in it. I love when flowers are added to drinks and dishes. It just "zhuzhs" it up. Her drink was also very good... a touch sweet... well... definitely sweeter than my drink. However, her drink.... on a hot day by the pool... I could easily suck down multiple of those. Just sayin'. The Food.... Some were definite Hits. Others were just ok. * Hummus, Pita, Crudité - The hummus was silky smooth so I love that. I would have preferred the chickpeas on top to be crunchy to add a different texture. The pita was good but didn't wow me like some others in town. I know ... I know I'm picky. * Octopus - Good but didn't knock my socks off. The texture of the octopus was bit too soft... bordering mushy. I prefer a firmer texture. The char on it was very nice tho... Char.. Not burnt... it's a fine line. The tomato sauce while good was 'too much' for the octopus. There are other renditions in town that I like better... and my favorite is still the one I had in Greece. (Yes, I'm that much of a Princess. lol) * Roasted Vegetables - Fabulous! All kinds of different veg... beets, baby zucchini, carrots, yellow squash, radish... So Good! If you feel like you need a veg... get this! It hits all the Vitamins. ha! * Black Truffle Fettucine - Rich and Decadent... highly recommend if you can handle it. * Lobster Rigatoni - This is a good size dish.... big chunks of lobster with lots of the squid ink rigatoni. I think the squid ink rigatoni on its own would be amazing. The red sauce is a bit too much for the lobster and squid ink pasta... they kinda got overpowered by the robust tomato sauce. Note... the sauce on its own is wonderful with a hint of heat. I would love that sauce on its own with some French bread to just sop it all up. * Branzino - beautiful presentation... but the meat itself was a bit too mushy for my liking. Overall, it was a lovely dinner to enjoy before the VGK game.... and much much better than the chicken fingers we normally have at T-Mobile. hahahahaha! Will be back to try more of the menu... or just sit in the very inviting bar and drink cocktails. Either way.... it's definitely a place to enjoy more than once.

Yelp
This restaurant is super nice inside. I loved the lights, decor, art, and they have a DJ. We had the burrata with chickpea beignets and roasted peppers and Caesar salad were good. The Kampachi crudo was ok but needed some acid and the slices were too thick. I had the truffle fettuccine which was greasy and salty but not from Parmesan cheese. Some of my noodles were so stuck together that I couldn't eat them. The mushroom side was really good. The filet that my partner had was average. We had the pistachio ice cream for dessert and I would not recommend it. So sweet, on more sweet. Service was great though as was the music, thanks DJ.

Yelp
We had a beautiful anniversary dinner here. Mixing up the classic steak dinner we are used to indulging on the strip was nice. Cathedrale offers a delicious dive into Mediterranean cuisine. My salmon dish was prepared very well, I enjoyed it. Their appetizers were also flavorful and satisfying. I must say, the service was exceptional here. It was one of the best dining experiences I have had. The restaurant is also gorgeous. There are so many different dining spots and they can host large parties. The bar is very well decorated. Thanks for having us!

Yelp
Cathedrale is one of the newest restaurants to grace the modern luxuries of Aria Hotel. Opening in 2023, Cathedrale honors the original restaurant located in New York City's East Village. The food takes inspiration from Southern France, and traces of Italy. Upon entrance you walk down a corridor that leads you to the front of the restaurant and are greeted with beautiful architectural design and opulent colors of gold and blue. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary while being 7 months pregnant and we absolutely indulged in all the decedent food they had to offer. We explored all the wonderful dishes the server suggested. We got two appetizers and shared an entree along with our individual entree and of course I am a glutton for desserts, so we got 3!!! All the items were extremely delicious! We found out later that they have a room available for private dining. If you are in the mood for a intimate dinner experience with friends when visiting Aria, this is one I would recommend!

Yelp
Food was good but the menu didn't have a lot of variety options. We enjoyed what we got, but I don't think we wouldn't go back again since there are plenty of other restaurants to try as well. I loved the seafood dishes - tuna tartare - the chips were so good and the sashimi. My husband enjoyed the lamb. I got the truffle fettuccine. It was good but a little too heavy for that night. My favorite part was the dessert. I love chocolate which is always a good idea but the star was the lemon dessert. That was just spectacular. I would definitely eat that again and again. The service was also very great - we had a wonderful and thoughtful server.

Yelp
So so fun! Dinner and a show at cathedral. They had fun dancers and the whole restaurant was disco themed. Our shots came out in a disco ball. The food was pretty good and a fun atmosphere. The restaurant is a little small but they seemed to accommodate large groups. Great for a girls night out or special occasion.

Yelp
Made a last minute reservation to have a booking for dinner and got in right away. It wasn't too busy. It's dark and sorta mysterious inside and had a DJ playing. It was pretty good and appreciated that he wasn't too loud for dinner conversation. We ordered some drinks and food. First, the menu and place doesn't feel or come off Mediterranean at all. Feels more Italian. We got some cocktails and wine. They were both good but funny they never offered wine or brought a list/menu out until we asked. We got some apps and the truffle pasta. The burrata was sorta plain and dough/bread that come with it was dry and heavy. Definitely would've preferred some nice bread or lavash. The fritto misto was pretty good but said shrimp and calamari. There was only 1 shrimp. The batter wasn't too greasy and enjoyed the dipping sauces. The tartare with our favorite from what we ordered. The pasta was ok but nothing special and not worth the price even with the little bit of truffle on top. We enjoyed the breadsticks and olives that came out for the table before the meal a lot.

Yelp
This place feeds all the senses. From ambiance to service to food, it's an all around 5 star experience. I made a reservation for Saturday dinner based upon my sister's recommendation. The entrance and the dinning hall are beautiful with plenty of photo ops if you like. On arrival, we were promptly seated at a nice booth as requested. Mary was our server who explained some items and also answered questions. We got drinks, truffle pasta, steak, potatoes, spinach and chocolate cake. All the drink and food items were delicious. Something that we don't find in many restaurants these days is that all the staff was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. Mary spent extra time taking some really nice pics of our party and really made our evening. I would highly recommend this place.

Lauren A.

Yelp
We arrived around 5:30 on a Thursday evening. The place was fairly empty so it was easy to get a seat. The host was very friendly. I asked for a video walking down the hallway and he willingly obliged. We sat at the bar and the staff was funny, attentive, and knowledgeable. I wasn't hungry but I did order the crimson Queen, which is amazing. I also ordered the Greek beignets, which were good but not great. I'm on the fence about whether I would order them again. It's also very cute, great spot for girls night of a quiet date.

Yelp
Had a great evening here. We ordered different appetizers and they were all so different, nothing I've had, and so good! The textures and the flavors came all together which each dish. Oysters were fresh and clean. The age of chips with caviar was fun to eat. The olives were great quality. The tartar was really good. First time I had it! The Caesar salad was fresh and zesty. The octopus was flavorful. The hibiscus cocktail I had was perfect. It had a nice flower on top. I ordered the chicken. It was ok but I would say it is a big portion to share, especially with all the appetizers we ordered. I highly recommend the lobster pasta. It was amazing! Our server was prompt and he was really friendly . The design is velvety and very sexy. Low light but well lit. The DJ played great music. We had an amazing time and it was so worth it!
google avatar

Yelp
Drinks were good, and the ambiance and service were also good! Truffle fettuccine was good too. Burrata was okay. Generous portion. Would like to try other appetizers next time.

Yelp
This location is absolutely STUNNING. Just wow ! We had a fancy time here. Drinks superb! Great service as well. Thanks for the anniversary treat. If I had to critique, maybe have more options for people with food allergies. My husband has severe food allergies and asked could he just have grilled chicken on his salad and was told no. He just ate a salad. Seems odd for such an expensive, fancy place to not have that option. Also, I've been to the NY restaurant. This one is prettier.
google avatar

Chelsea S.

Yelp
Everything was divine! The space is gorgeous and the vibes were high with a live DJ spinning thanks to F1 weekend in Vegas. The food is chefs kiss! Literally everything was so flavorful from the lobster rigatoni to the olives and breadsticks they bring out before the food. Our server was amazing and super helpful and affirming when we were deciding on our order. I forget his name but such a sweetie.

Yelp
Aria has been my go-to hotel for years, but I haven't had the chance to check out Cathédrale. I wanted to get a good dinner before heading to the airport, so I created the opportunity to finally try the place. I didn't have a reservation, but there was plenty of availability at 6pm on a Thursday. I had the choice of sitting at the bar or at a table. I opted for the bar, which was beautiful. I felt that Cathédrale had the same elegance but a moodier ambiance compared to Catch next door. I really wanted to enjoy this place. Service was excellent and the vibes were all there, but I can't get over how salty all the food was. I got the grilled octopus to start, the 8oz filet mignon, and sautéed baby spinach. As much as the ingredients were well prepared (e.g. octopus was tender, filet mignon perfectly medium rare, loved the roasted garlic with my steak), the salt was way over the top. I wish i had the time to send the things back to get redone, but I was cutting it close to my departure time and needed to eat. I kind of suffered through the flavor and seasoning, but thankfully the steak came with lemon that I used to neutralize the saltiness. It only helped a little bit. I did let one of the bartenders know about the heavy hand with the salt, which he was very nice about. I'd be back but mainly for drinks. When I was at the restaurant, I was there during their social hour. I got 2x Crimson Queen cocktails that were fruity and sweet. I'm interested in trying their other signature cocktail.

Yelp
Sad to say the newest addition to Tao is just so-so. Similar to their neighbor Catch, it has a beautiful décor and ambiance but everything else was just ok. We started with a cocktail Beaty and the beast which was a not well balanced and a little too tart. The 11 was bitter. Before visiting, I had read quite a few reviews that prepared me. We started off ordering just appetizers to check the temperature of the quality before we order entrées. Picking the octopus and the hen of the woods to start. The octopus was tender, but it was almost too soft bordering tasteless. The tomato sauce felt like it was hardly cooked, high in acidity but seasoned well. This dish would've been perfect with bread, but it arrived after we finish. The hen of the woods was a little bit under cooked and was nothing special. Dessert was pretty but fell flat.

Yelp
Even though I'd seen all the poor reviews, I had a feeling that the issues were more about a new restaurant working out the kinks than the actual food or service, so I decided on Cathedrale for a date night last month (May '24). Much like anything in else in life, I'm glad I ignored the opinions of others and listened to my gut. We went in without a reservation and snagged two seats at the bar. Our bartender (whose name I can't recall, please forgive me for being so distracted with the amazing food and drinks) was a delight - he gave us the perfect amount of attentiveness and he expertly adjusted the cocktails to my liking. (I had the De Peche Mode, I believe.) We ordered the tartare and I was taken aback by how good it was. One could argue that it's because my expectations were lowered based on what I'd read,..but when it comes to tartare, I am unforgiving, not that there was much to forgive! It wasn't overly oily, creamy, or vinegary; call me Goldilocks, because it was JUST RIGHT. (If I were to make a tiny adjustment, it's that I would have loved some bread over the chips served in/with it. Even that is hard to argue, because the presentation was gorgeous and honestly, I totally get why they used chips instead of bread (see pic). If you are a mushroom person, the mushroom appie is an absolute must. We had a few other things and it was all top notch. Ignore the poor reviews, come for the tartare, stay for the bar.

Yelp
4.5 stars We made a reservation for 5:30 and people didn't start coming in until closer to 6:30. The ambiance and decor really made the place. The wine list was quite extensive and our server was top notch. The bread with the sesame butter was amazing. We split several dishes among the table each one more exquisite than the next and were quite the portion: the French omelette topped with potato chips and caviar (it was quite rich), the truffle fettucine pasta, and the filet medium. 2024 #22

Yelp
Best meal we had while in Vegas. Recommended by a friend of mine and so happy we went. Food was exceptional with the highlight being EVERYTHING! Pricing was reasonable all things considered. Staff was kind but server wasn't overly friendly.

Yelp
Came here for thanksgiving dinner. They had Thanksgiving menu which had really good options. The full dinner is $110 per person. Had the pane diable. It's chicken breaded with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. It did not disappoint, but it wasn't $110 good. I'll go back again just for the regular menu. The ambience is made to resemble a cathedral. One of the more creative ones on the strip. The service is fast and the wait staff is really nice and accommodating.

Yelp
Dined here on Christmas Day. Service was very unattentive and absolultey did not match the potential caliber of this restaurant. Several well dressed men just standing around and not really doing anything or realizing that we were constantly looking for our waiter. Our waiter Javier would just disappear for long periods and we were unsure why. We also dined on a $110 Prix fix menu for Christmas Day which surprisingly had an upcharge section of $15 just for sides. I've never dined at a restaurant with prix fix where even the most expected sides like mash potatoes would be considered an upcharge. It seemed so petty and really did not sit well with us, especially given the $110 fee already being charged. The setting however is spectacular but the lack of attentive service and poor menu execution really spoil the experience.

Yelp
Located in Aria Hotel. We reserved via opentable for our anniversary. We got there a bit early. The restaurant kinda dark lighting wise, but beautiful interiors. Love it. It is not too quiet or too loud. We were greeted with this older gentleman. He doesn't look he is that enthusiastic to serve us. Okayyy... They brought us a complimentary bread sticks and olive. We also asked for their bread as I saw ppl posted in yelp. Love the bread and sesame sweet butter. They have a mother's day special menu too. We ordered: The Omellete - this is supposedly their signature starter. It is a pretty big Omellete with cheese inside topped with creame and caviar. The omelet was ok, I was hoping it's more softer. The chips were thin crispy. Calamari Fritti - not only it has calamari but also shrimp, sliced lemons and zucchini fritter. The lemon is not very good, it has seeds and so sour, yuck. Maine Lobster Rigatoni - al Dante squid ink pasta At the end , we have to ask if they do anything special for anniversary. They said he will something out. I appreciates it but when I reserved I mentioned we are celebrating our anniversary. Most restaurants we reserved for special occasions, they will automatically know and announce it as you arrived. This place is not one of them. Or just our unhappy server. Not planning to come again due to service.

Yelp
We had a team dinner for 16 people at 8pm. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees. Favorite app was the oysters and really enjoyed the grilled branzino. The service was good but it took a very long time to get the food which resulted in the dinner being more than 2 hours. If you're planning on getting the salt baked sea bass, it'll take about an hour to get it but that dish and the wagyu tomahawk is prepared at the table. The atmosphere is intimate and dark but quite loud.

Yelp
Came here on the last night of our girls weekend trip. A nice way to ring in my sis's birthday. I loved the ambiance! Give me cozy, low lighting any day! We were bummed that the salt baked sea bass was sold out, the entrees were good, just not up to the mark I'd expect for the price or the class of restaurant. The Branzino actually had a few bones in it which was not a pleasant experience, however our waiter and manager made up for it with the complimentary Lemon dessert which was sublime!

Yelp
Very under-whelming. Dinner was good but forgetful. The restaurant itself is quite magnificent. The service is fine. Caesar Salad was ok. But just barely as it lacked seasoning and no zing. Baby Lettuces was not good. Overly bold Vinegar flavor, and I enjoy vinegar. But, not this salad. Now the entrees. First, the service informed us that the kitchen "ran out" of two of our choices. It happens, but maybe tell the table before the table orders so as not to be disappointed? The Filet was fine, very good steak, just not memorable. NY Strip, good steak..not memorable. There were 2 other entrees but no one remembers what they were. Tells ya something...

Yelp
This restaurant is totally amazing! We loved the low lighting and ambience from the moment we sat at our table. I thought that this would just be another fancy restaurant with small plates of food. First off, the service was impeccable and spot on. We started with the homemade pita appetizer and three different dips. Beautifully done and so delicious. I had the chicken entrée which seemed to be braised in a wine reduction, and it came with big bites of potato and leeks. Positively the best chicken dish I've ever had in my entire life! For my side, I ordered the couscous. Very Greek tasting and so flavorful. I could have made an entire meal just out of that! It was so good. My husband had the salmon which was also very tasty. We started with cocktails, and I had some type of a raspberry Boba drink, the Boba's were burst of alcohol upon drinking. I could have seriously had more than one of these! Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful gem of a restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
This was my first visit to Cathedrale and I'll definitely be back. I know that it's a fairly new restaurant and I'm always looking for a new spot in Vegas. We had a reservation but did have to wait about 30 minutes for our table to be ready. Even though that this was a little frustrating, they definitely made it up by giving us our first round of drinks on the house! I thought that was super nice. Our server was very kind and made some really good suggestions. We started with the grilled octopus, then shared the black truffle pasta and the roasted root vegetables. For dessert we got the lemon dessert, which was shaped like a lemon which was really cool. It was very light and refreshing. There was a DJ who was playing some pretty good music, and it wasn't too loud so it didn't have an impact on our conversation. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
The service and ambiance were all great but the food was ok. - Octopus Grillé: From texture to seasoning this dish was perfect. - 22oz Ribeye: Came out slightly overdone but it still wasn't bad. - Wild Mushrooms: Slightly salty - Sautéed Spinach: This was kind of thick and could have used more cream but the flavor wasn't bad.

Yelp
We were staying in the Aria hotel so it made sense to check out one of the many dining options Aria has to offer. The interior is gorgeous. The bar area is lovely and the ceilings were something to admire Started with steak tartare, and for my main course I went with the lobster rigatoni. Each bite was delicious and even though it's hard to see it with the sauce, there's was plenty of lobster. The table are a little close together but the acoustics of the dining area helped in not get so loud. Unfortunately they were out of their main ingredient for their version of the espresso martini (el tamborito), but our waiter did a nice job explaining other alternatives that would be just as good

Yelp
Food was ok but no more than average. Especially considering the price. Impossible read the menu due to low light.. Service was only average. There are many better restaurants within a short walk

Yelp
I was a little skeptical to pick this place for my husband's birthday celebration, but they prove me wrong. Knowing that this restaurant is part of the Tao Group made me think it could be a tourist trap. The entrance is beautiful with a long hallway that leads you to the bar area. The main dinning room is stunning, It has a willow-lamp ceiling installation that is just breathtaking and the lighting makes the room look elegant and chic. As the first course we ordered the hamachi crudo and half a dozen oysters. Both super fresh, great quality, delightful. After that we were debating whether to order the popular potato chip omelet or go straight to the main course since we had little time and had to get to a show. We skipped the omelet and went straight to the main dishes: the Lobster Rigatoni and the Whole Dover Sole. The pasta was perfectly cooked 'al dente' with chunks of lobster meat and delicious kick to it. The Dover Sole wasn't our fav, we've definitely had better. It wasn't as tender and delicate as it should be. I truly regret not getting the omelet haha At the end of our meal the server brought a little treat with a candle to sing HB to my husband. I think that was very thoughtful. We live in NY so I'm looking forward to come back and order the omelet!

Yelp
The food was good, but I didn't think it was worth the price. Our service was excellent. We ate at the bar because reservations took up the rest of the restaurant, although when we arrived, only half the tables were full. They had a DJ playing music, which helped with the vis de, and the interior was very pretty. A nice date spot.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant! It was very magical inside. We got some delicious tequila drinks, which were tasty and very nicely presentable. We ordered the Caesar salad to start with. It was delicious!! We got the seabass experience, which was pricey. It takes over an hour before they come to your table to make the fish. We got a side of sweet potato. The sweet potato was one of the best side dishes I've ever had! The fish was amazing quality and a great portion. We couldn't even finish it. You can't make modifications to it or else the saffron potatoes aren't anything special. .

Yelp
Before I write my review: THE BREAD. Out of this world. Best bread I ever had. Now the whole story: We walked in early however got seated immediately. The place is beautiful just absolutely a glass act, the eyes eat first and good. Friendly service, it's slow but not insanely slow. If you are looking for a loud rushed fast paced place like most strip restaurants that try to make a fast turnover, you are at the wrong place, this is peaceful quiet and private dining at a slow pace. There's quiet music yet you got so much privacy. The complimentary bread with honey sesame butter was out of this world, I want to come back for this and just eat bread. There were also complimentary rosemary bread sticks and olives. We had a bunch of appetizers and no mains and desserts. The hamachi crudo was good, unique however not too impressive to me. Simple yet good. Octopus grille was very good and decent portion however insanely spicy and I don't like spice so I picked out the octopus pieces and did not eat the rest. Crab and lobster remoulade was outstanding. Very good flavors and loved it came with the bitter contrast of uncooked endives. The omelette was simple yet very good. A simple omelette with a chunk of Boursin cheese in the middle and caviar on top and greens on the side. Very soft and melting in your mouth. I had one aperol sprits and no specialty cocktail as nothing appealed to me, mostly because I couldn't get a feel of how anything would come out with the strange combinations. and this was my complete meal I was so full I didn't even finish it all.

Yelp
Beautiful and great good. Service was super and the decor in the restaurant was beautiful.

Yelp
We excited to visit but overall disappointed. Mostly due to incredibly slow service. What should have been an hour-hour and half dinner took three hours. Carlos was out waiting staff. Nice fella and he was hustling as best he could but they were not even busy. He did provide some free deserts which was a nice touch. But then brought us the wrong check. All that being said, food was good 4.5 stars. We will not return though.

Yelp
Best meal of our trip, and the most expensive. We only had an appetizer and two steaks but spent $200. Service was good, but a little too casual for the caliber of this type of restaurant. Our waitress felt more like TGI Fridays with her approach. Ambience is amazing, with quite a 'wow' factor. It's so eye catching and impressive. Very Vegas.

Yelp
The entry walk way is beautiful, the ambiance is perfect, attention to detail was 100% there. My husband and I had dinner here last night, we started with drinks & calamari. The calamari was absolutely delicious along with the bread they offer. Our drinks were also amazing I went with an espresso martini and he had an aperol spritz. Our main course was 10/10, our sever Jesus was also amazing. We skipped dessert because I was super full. The prices are on the higher side but overall it was delicious.

Yelp
Horrible service, so overpriced. Decor didn't match the music. Simply don't get it: would never return nor rec.

Yelp
Beautiful bar / restaurant with a chic, dark, romantic ambiance. Walking down the dark, draped hall, you realize you are going somewhere special. We just had drinks but look forward to going back for dinner. The bar is really beautiful with the copper, mirrors, and lighting. The drinks were fantastic.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in to try out their famous omelette. WOW! But, let's first talk about how magical the entrance is to this beautiful restaurant! We walked in at opening and grabbed a seat at the bar. There were many people sitting in the dining area. The bartender was great! He was busy, but open to chatting with us about the cocktail menu and wine list. We got the omelette, and seriously, this was the most amazing egg dish I have ever had! But, we didn't order anything else, but a yummy cocktail!

Yelp
I was looking for a fancy restaurant on The Strip to celebrate my 26th birthday with friends, and Cathédrale was the perfect place. The restaurant easily accommodated our group of 7 with a reservation on a Saturday night. The atmosphere inside feels intimate, romantic, exclusive, and expensive. This would be a wonderful spot for a date night as well. The food and drinks definitely tasted worth the money. I'll certainly be back! Recommendations: - Filet - Gratin - Oysters - Quintessentia cocktail (sweet/sour) - Camellia de Mûre cocktail (served in a teacup)

Yelp
Okay, for a 10:30 PM reservation, and a maybe 60% occupancy for a Friday night, it took about another half hour to get seated. Followed by another 30 minutes for anyone to take our order, and then another 45 minutes just to get our oysters. When the oysters came, there was no small spoons for the cocktail sauce or the mignonette sauce. When we asked for some, we only got one, so we had to ask for another a second time. For a fine dining establishment I didn't expect to be pouring the sauces over my oysters. These small details feel so obvious that they don't even need to be mentioned. At that point, it was almost if not midnight and we are all very tired and without our main courses. After some prompting again, our entrees finally came out, much of which was very underwhelming for the time spent waiting. Extremely pricey as well for a bland black truffle fettuccine that needed more salt and pepper to make it edible. Cathedrale is a trendy restaurant and looks pretty opulent inside. But it only has good looks and no substance. Would def pass for another Vegas restaurant.

Yelp
Located in the Aria a nondescript opening under the Cathédrale signage leads you back down a dark hall until it turns left where the hostess stand and bar area is. Music is somewhat loud and a random lady garbed in a shiny gold suit and gold disco ball helmet concealing her head might either be dancing at the end of that hall or in and around the restaurant (I wonder how much she gets paid for that). We had a reservation but were seated at least 15 minutes past the reservation time. Looked like several large groups were accommodated which may have lead to the delays. The service inside the restaurant was over all very courteous and helpful - but occasionally delayed given how crowded the restaurant was that evening. The kitchen was definitely behind as food came out slowly. Breadsticks and bread served early - thankfully. Hamachi Crudo came out fairly quickly - a good dish. Octopus Grillé - had a slight kick to them, but was well cooked and flavorful. 22oz Prime Aged Ribeye was cooked well and a good steak, but not particularly exceptional. I would say that you could probably get a better steak at a true steakhouse. Wild mushroom side paired well here. Overall the food was good, but given the amount of culinary power in Vegas - for the price point there are other options.
