Warm welcome, cozy ambiance delicious French crepes! My favorite is the salmon arugula for the savory and the Nutella banana for the sweet! Can’t wait to go back!

This place is a gem! We went there tonight and the venue, food and proprietor are wonderful! I had Catherine's signature crepe and can highly recommend, and my date loved his ham and swiss crepe. The salted caramel crepe looks amazing, too! The food is delicious and is elegant and authentic. When you are in historic Folsom, you must go!

Last week we stopped in for crepes at Catherine’s Crêperie. We got a banana and Nutella crepe and the sea salt caramel with Nutella and walnuts crepe. Both were excellent, with just the perfect amount of Nutella. Sweet but not overly so. They were as good as any we’ve had in France… very authentic. We enjoyed our crepes with a couple of glasses of bubbly. It was a real treat.

I have been enjoying Catherine‘s authentic French crêpes for a couple years now. And now she’s got a cute little shop right there in old town Folsom. She’s partnered with a fun little champagne bar so you can enjoy awesome crêpes and champagne. From savory to sweet she really knows how to deliver. My favorite savory is Catherine’s special but you can’t beat an Nutella annd banana and even her lemon and sugar is super awesome. Go check her out you won’t be sorry.

I’ve known Catherine for a couple of years. Her crepes at Folsom Farmer’s Market were such a delight to discover! She crafts beautiful flavor combinations in her variety of crepes. Every single one I have eaten was a delight!! The quality she meticulously curates at the Farmer’s Market is there in every crepe made at Catherine’s Creperie. I urge you to visit the Creperie and experience one (or more) for yourself!!

Ok, my husband and I went to Paris in 2012. That was forever ago and I STILL remember the taste of the fresh baguettes and the crêpes. So believe me when I say, my first bite of Catherine's crêpes took me back there instantly. We have been enjoying a tasty crêpe at every Saturday market and now that she's opened a permanent location at the old train station in historic Folsom? Oh boy, we are in big trouble. We spent our first date night there last Saturday and the crêpes paired with the champagne was magnifique! She has new menu options and they are divine! The tasting room and crêperie are absolutely stunning and the company is even better!! Stop in for a crêpe, you won't regret it :)
