I love this store quiet shopping so easy to walk through store . Atmosphere is peaceful and every store I go in the sales person is so so kind and helpful. And the clothes so well displayed all colors are categorized which makes shopping easy

I am a catos on line shopper but I came in today last minute before a funeral in a rush and mrs Shirley Dabney went above and beyond give the upmost customer service. I will definitely be back to return shop as well as continue online shopping thank you for Mrs Shirley and catos for having what I needed it

Love the clothes but not necessarily the staff. Got to the store right at 10am. Lights on but doors locked. Employee shows up 20 minutes later with a McDonalds bag and she wants to know why everyone is irritated with her and has an attitude.

The customer service is always great! Mrs. Jones, one of the sales clerks is very good at recommendations and helps me get what I need within my budget. The selection is good and the pieces are very versatile and you get quality at a good price. I almost never leave empty handed and I never have buyer's remorse when I shop this Cato.

Most if not all of my online orders go to this store. Every time I go to this store, every clerk who helps me with picking up my online order always acts as though they are mad at you for picking up online orders in this particular store. They have all made it pretty clear they don't like working with online orders. There was an older lady in this store who literally bullied me everytime regarding the placing of my online orders in the store instead of placing them online I reported her to management. Afterwards, she became even worse. Everytime I went in this store; she was sooo nasty. At this point ,I no longer shop at this Cato location. I send my online orders to a new location. This employee definitely needs to be dealt .with. I shouldn't even give this store one star. This employee is a bully..

I stopped in this Cato for the first time on Sunday 6/12/22 to do a return. The older lady working that afternoon was extremely rude. Not one customer was greeted and she had a nasty attitude throughout the whole transaction. I thanked her after she was done with my return and she groaned under her breath. I saw a few items that I wanted to purchase but I could not stand being around that energy and had to get out of there. This was certainly not the Cato standard of customer service that I’m used to. I will never return to this location.

I’ve been to that store twice in last 6 or 7 months and everyone there except the manager is very helpful, have great customer service skills but the manager always makes you feel unwelcome, her demeanor and how she answers a question when you ask for help.. it is not what you say to somebody, it’s is how you say it. Her demeanor comes off as rule, everyone else in there I have came across was very nice. Everyone is not meant to be in customer service!
