We hired Chef Rebecca to cook for our party of 11 in Kingston and it was amazing! She was easy to communicate with, helped us create a perfect menu, made special food for our group members that were gluten free, and on time and professional. Here was the menu: Classic antipasto Salad of baby greens with shallot and balsamic Gnocchi with wild mushrooms, delicata squash brown butter, and sage. Osso Bucco Lavender honey panna Cotta Poached pears with port and chocolate sauce The food was incredible!! Would definitely recommend Chef Rebecca and would hire her again!

Chef Rebecca exceeded all expectations with her outstanding culinary skills and hospitable service. From the appetizers to the dessert, every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were exquisite and the portions were generous. Her emphasis on farm to table shows up at all courses. Chef Rebecca was also very attentive to our group's dietary needs and preferences and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire dining experience. Her passion for cooking was evident in every bite, and her warmth and easy-going personality made the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, Chef Rebecca delivered an unforgettable dining experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch cuisine and impeccable service.

Yummy yummy yummy- I love Rebecca’s cooking. She is a master chef and adds her magic to everything she cooks. I’m been fortunate to have been served vegetarian and fish and meat dishes - depending on my guests. Her breakfast frittatas are delicious too. Can not forget her wonderful french recipe for Turkey she made for our thanksgiving . Best tasting ever! I love it when I reminder the taste of the food because it was so special months later !

For one luxurious week, Rebecca cooked for 10 of us, women writers at the Salty Quill Writers' Retreat, and she became everyone's favorite person on the island. Three meals a day for seven days, all prepared and ready, for women who usually do all that work every day for others is a luxury we (definitely I) would have no hesitation getting used to. Rebecca's meals were fresh, creative, healthy and varied. We all were sated, happy, and well fed, and now I suspect are scrounging the dregs of our refrigerators for our next meal. Where is Rebecca!? I can't wait for her to come again, and can't recommend her highly enough.

Chef Rebecca was extremely professional, understand and amazing chef! She was able to accommodate our group’s dietary restrictions while ensuring that all of the meals went together well. The portions were very generous so we were thrilled to have some left over for the next day. I would highly recommend hiring Rebecca!
