AI recommended this restaurant to us as we wanted a place near Puerto Madero. This turned out to be the best restaurant in our travels.
Our group of 5 was incomplete when we first arrived, but they patiently allowed us to wait. Service was always prompt and with a friendly smile, and when we told them that we were ordering to share, they dutifully plated our dishes. When we were reaching across the table to grab more sides, they came over and helped us to spoon the food onto our plates (which made me laugh because it made us look boorish compared to how suavely they did it).
And of course the main star of the dinner was the food. We kept remarking how good everything was, from the pacu to the sweet potato purée to the grilled capsicum/pimiento. My friends ordered the beef which I don’t eat so I couldn’t tell you but they seemed to enjoy it a lot. In comparison, they felt the fries were a tad tough, and the chicken was normal (though I found it tasty and juicy).
The wine list kept on going, the outdoor atmosphere was pleasant with music that was enjoyable and at a comfortable level, plates were changed regularly. Sunset view of the skyscrapers was beautiful that evening.
There was a small shot of aperitif that included honey and vermouth (according to my friends since I was in the washroom when it was served).
They only served one roll (the size of maybe two fists joined together) placed in the middle of the table, so that felt a bit strange. It meant that there was a possibility that someone would have handled the bread before you, and that could be unhygienic. The bread itself was already nicely salted, so I was surprised that there was additional salt grains on the butter. Perhaps that’s the main item for contention for me.
Overall very enjoyable and highly recommended
