I had booked a general facial and was lucky to be paired with Regine. She took the time to listen to my concerns and areas of focus, examined my skin and gave me her recommendation for a more specialized treatment. This was my best facial I have ever had. I actually left feeling like I was glowing, versus when I leave other facial treatments I feel like my face is just sticky. The space is gorgeous and extremely clean. I’ve been using Caudalie products for a few years and will continue to add more to my skincare routine. Thank you Regine, I will be back!

Such a beautiful spa and you’re right near the Whitney, the high line and so many delicious restaurants! It’s perfectly located! Besides that, you will be treated like royalty from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Please see Jessica if you can! She gave me such a luxurious facial that had me feeling so relaxed and pampered! I’ve been a long time customer of the brand with buying products but this was my first time at the spa and will not be the last! Highly recommend if you are in need of some rest and relaxation.

The best! I booked my boyfriend a facial for his birthday and from start to finish the service was impeccable. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and offered water upon entering as it was a very hot day out. My boyfriend received a hydrating facial which was very much needed and came out glowing. His Esthetician made some great recommendations for products he should using based on his skin type and he has been obsessed with them. We will most definitely be returning.

I LOVED my experience at Caudalie ✨💛✨ My Esthetician Lindsay was super informative, nurturing and warm, allowing me to learn more about my unique skin and its needs while deeply relaxing and getting pampered. The products were so lovely and effective as well and the enhancements she picked for me were spot on! I would love to book with her again!

I enjoyed a Premier Cru Facial with Chelsea and it was so relaxing and wonderful! They use lots of warm towels enhancing the experience. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and informative. Did you know Caudalie partnered with a winery years ago and now they use many of the grape seeds in their products as they were found to contain the most powerful antioxidants in the world (for more info read their 'About Caudalie' tab) . I just had to try their wine since I love their products. I highly recommend a spa treatment here and hope to return soon.

I love this place. The estheticians are knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable during the treatments. My skin always feels so good afterwards. I already use the causalité moisturizer and serum, and I never found anybody who works there pushing me to spend extra money or forcing me to buy more products, which is much appreciated. They offer just the right amount of guidance about what works best for your skin. In fact, when I talked about a different brand of toner I was using, they looked up the ingredients to help me figure out if it was causing my breakouts. (It wasn’t)The amount of care given to their customers is great. Special shoutout to Chloe! She’s the best.

I just had the 80 minute signature facial at Caudalie and it was FANTASTIC. My aesthetician Cindy was also delightful. Can't wait to come back. A must if you're in the neighborhood. The staff was attentive and very kind to give me samples of wonderful facial products. I will definitely come back.

I had the best experience at the Caudalie spa. I had the Grape Hydraclense facial with Jessica. She took her time, explained every step in the process and made sure I felt well taken care of. I've been getting regular facials across the city (Rescue, Savor, etc) and can honestly say this was one of the better experiences and I cannot wait to go back. My skin is looking so clear and bright!

Came to the Meatpacking store on Tuesday Dec 5 around 11:17 AM, store is closed and no one is here to answer the call. If you are coming during business hours, be aware that the store may be closed. Waited a while and no one came out.

I had the most amazing facial here! The store/spa is so wonderful and all of the staff is so helpful. I've used Caudalie products for a while and they are truly the only things that have made a difference in my skin, so it's no surprise the facial was a game changer too! It's the only high end skincare brand that's worth the money, in my opinion. Chloe did my treatment and she was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She offered suggestions but did not go overboard pushing any add ons or products. The space is also so luxurious and comfortable. I will be back!

Unfortunately, I can't rate my experience here because I had such a difficult time making an appointment. My review is for their website and customer service only. When looking to make a massage appointment for my birthday, I immediately though about this Caudalie location in Meatpacking. I am an avid lover of their skincare products and the spa has gotten rave reviews so I was eager to visit. COVID restrictions had eased up and spas were allowed to open for massages and body treatments as long as they followed all safety precautions. On 3 different occasions I tried to make an appointment on their website for this specific location. Each time, the only option that appeared was a "body treatment" which sounds like its a scrub of some sort at $150. However, massages were nowhere to be found and there was also no option to book multiple appointments at the same time (I wanted to book for a friend as well). That's when I tried calling their customer service number (since there is no direct number for this location). I got tossed around to a few different departments before being connected to the Meatpacking location. They seemed to be closed at that point because no one responded. With all of that being said, I would still love to come in for a massage and spa experience based glowing reviews. I hope their website issue resolves soon so I can make that happen.

I absolutely love the Caudalie brand, all of its products and the fact that it also makes wine. I love wine and skin care so Caudalie would be by default my favorite brand. But their products are really exceptional and make my skin feel like a mink coat. Thats about what they cost, but totally worth it. Don't clutch your pearls when the bill comes, they are the most luxurious, amazing skin products in the world. I made an appointment here because I had a gift card to this spa which I had forgotten to bring! I arrived super annoyed that I had to pay out of pocket. I was offered some water. I was less annoyed now. Then I was lead to the treatment room where Gabriela gave me the most amazing facial of. My. Life. Gabriela was so sensitive and wonderful, yet thorough with the massages and extractions. I got the Premier Cru facial ($155) and worth every penny! I also recommend the add on of the eye treatment - it really brightened my tired new mom eye. Gabriela did such an amazing job and was so sweet that I'm almost glad I forgot the gift card so I have an excuse to come back and get another facial with her. I highly recommend this beautiful shop for both products, treatments oh- and wine, too. Yep, they sell wine and you get a "free" glass with your facial. Win, win, win, win.

What a wonderful place. Yes, its expensive but Caudalie has fantastic facials with people that know what they are doing. Comfortable and immaculate spa and while a list of products is offered,no hard sell. Generous free samples. Its so important in today's world to be a bit self indulgent and this is for sure, the best spa I've been to in NYC.

I had one of their basic facials as it's my first time there & wanted to get a feel for how they do facials. It was super relaxing & my skin felt so hydrated and refreshed. They give you a discount if you buy the facials in packages. Def would recommend!

I sort of stumbled upon Caudalie when I booked a facial via ClassPass, but what a find! I had the 50 minute Grand Facial with Natacha and she did an incredible job, while walking me through the steps and providing tips throughout the experience. It was relaxing, pampering, and my skin looked amazing afterward. The products feel and smell amazing as well, I ended up with a serum and an essential oil facial mist. Employees are extremely nice and accommodating. It is not cheap, but the quality is worth the price. This would be a really good "treat yourself" option, or a great gift for someone who enjoys facials.

I was very excited about this facial today as I got to go to their hotel and spa in Bordeaux in france, it's was amazing. -Pros: An Experienced woman doing the facial, she was good -Cons: -After lying down for 3 min, and having my eyes covered, I was offered an add on for my eyes, an additional $35, I said ok but Frankly I felt that it was pushed on me as this should have been be discussed before starting. Also, I saw afterwards that for just a little more money with the enhancement I could have gotten the 80min vs the 50min. Same, just out of the room, the woman is showing me the products used and she was saying there was a good price on a combo. -There is no room to rest afterwards -There used to be a coffee area, and I was hoping to get a hot drink to relax in their store, but instead I was offered a glass of water in a paper cup. I asked about a tea, but they said because of Covid they couldn't get the authorization to sell or offer drink or food. -I asked about some samples of the products used during the facial to try them at home, the saleswomen showed me her empty box to say they had none. Frankly this is disappointing when you almost spend $200 you expect other types of attentions, it really felt so cheap. Covid started over a year and a half ago, it's maybe time to rebound and rethink your offer and experience. You're a urban spa? Think " to go ", offer drinks to go, maybe a cannelé or macaron in a small box for later with some some samples in a cute bag. Or maybe a drink in the room where the facial occurred. I don't think I'll go back and won't be able to recommend this place either.

When I first started with Caudalie, all they had were products in Sephora and over the years they have slowly built up their presence with a spa at the Plaza and lovely boutique spas all over Manhattan. The Meatpacking spa location is their latest baby and is right next to Chelsea Market and Santina with lots of shops close by. Perfect for a day of pampering - brunch, shopping and spa. The differences between this location and the other boutique spas are 1) it's brand new!! and 2) it has a cafe attached which duh makes sense since now I can grab a snack before. Otherwise prices and the lovely decorated spa rooms are the same. When you go to Caudalie, the one esthician you have to ask for is Melissa!! I am so reluctant to give out her name because that means her schedule is going to get so packed!! Like many ladies here, I followed Melissa from the Bleecker location. She is friendly and personable and always concerned and asking about my skin. Each session starts off with her determing my skin conditions and ends with advice on what products to use for the week. I always leave the spa feeling refreshed and happy! Remember if you buy a package of 6, you get a discount and you can treat your mum or girlfriends to a facial using them! One thing I will love is a Caudalie app so that I can book and track my appointments !!! Pls make an app !!

Wow, what a great experience! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, excellent customer care. The entire store and experience was compliant with all covid safety precautions. My esthetician wore a mask as well as a face shield while performing the facial. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Regine. She was so kind and thoughtful! Also very informative. I got the Premier Cru Facial. Incredible service. I can't tell you how many estheticians in NYC I've been to and have been disappointed by. It was definitely not the case at Caudalie. Also, they're not pushy with selling products which I really appreciated. I guess the products sell themselves. They feel and smell fantastic. I'm beyond happy with my experience and will definitely be back. I look and feel great - highly recommend!

My brightening facial with Nagisa was the best Christmas gift ever! Caudalie products always smell and feel great, but Nagisa's magical hands took the facial to the next level. Extractions were super gentle but thorough, and the facial massage drained away all of the tension I didn't even know I had in my face. Every minute of the facial was spent applying product, using various machines like high-frequency facial wands, or massaging my face and neck (unlike some facials where the aesthetician spends half the time out of the room while you have a mask on). I left with a clearer, brighter face and a soothed spirit! The storefront is a small but calming space right across from the Whitney Museum. They offer snacks and beverages (including wine!) in addition to the wide range of Caudalie products for purchase. Will definitely be back for more facials with Nagisa.

Okay so I just went home with the "Vinopure Natural Salicylic Acid Pore Minimizing Serum" and I'm super psyched. This product is amazing it makes your skin feels dewy & baby soft. I have been having problematic breakouts lately on my cheeks. This is a great product for pores gives it a nice tightening feel. My face also feels much more refresh and clean. I first got introduced to Caudalie at Sephora they had a cute box set for some of my bonus points. It was totally worth it. I'm glad I took the chance to try this brand I immediately saw how gentle it is on the skin. I was scared at first because after trying so many products to help your skin you loose hope but i was very impressed with Caudalie. Using the Sephora set for about 3 weeks now and wow my skin is smoother and has less breakouts. i will definitely return when I run low. I think you guys should also check out there toner, the Vinoperfect Glycolic Brightening Essence, the 3 in 1 moisturizer and the Beauty Exilir. You won't regret it

To say that it was an amazing experience is an understatement. It was beyond. Adrienne helped us book the two treatment rooms so that two of us can get the express 30 minutes for $70 each while the other one got the regular 50 minutes one for $135. The two aestheticians were awesome but Adrienne made our experience amazing. While I was sitting and waiting for my turn at the express facial, Adrienne offered me tea and a cannele and pleasantly chatted with me about our love for canneles. The ones they serve are from Balthazar and it's amazing. Eat the crusty end first or save it to the end if you eat the best part last. It made the 30 minutes fly by! Adrienne obviously knows the Caudalie products well because she also gave me a lot of tips! Imani did my facial and she was just amazing as well. I enjoyed my thirty minutes and was disappointed that I didn't book the full facial. Her hands knew the exact places to apply pressure during the massage and gently massaged my face to be pampered. I did not want it to end. When we were finished, they sent us on our merry way to enjoy the rest of the weekend with a small bag full of goodies! No high-pressure sales here!!! We left feeling the positive energy of everyone at the spa, with gorgeous glowing skin, and a purse full of generous size samples! What more can you ask for from a facial? Nothing more.

I've been using Caudalie products for a few years now after getting samples at Sephora. The Vinoperfect Serum and the Essence Spray have helped even out my texture and tone amazingly over the course of the last year I've been using them consistently. As a member of The Whitney Musuem, I get 15% off Caudalie products at this location, so I always make sure to drop by and stock up when I visit the museum. Yesterday I went for a re-up of my serum and had the best experience with Adrian. She pointed me towards a gift pack that gave me a better value, started a free account with them so I could start accumulating points redeemable for merchandise, and was super helpful and sweet! I can't wait to go back for my first facial.

I purely by accident discovered this Caudalie store on a sunny day last week. Caudalie is very well-known for skincare in France, but isn't known so much in the U.S. I've purchased Caudalie in France and at Sephora in the U.S. and didn't even know Caudalie had boutiques in NYC. This shop is practically next door to Bubby's cafe and is across the street from the southern end of the High Line. The front half of the shop is product display and at the rear of the shop is a tiny cafe, with three small marble-topped tables. Customers can choose from coffees and pastries. Further back in this location is a small spa where facials and body treatments are offered, there is a spa menu available and prices are average for a spa in NYC. What makes this such a wonderful place to shop is the young woman who runs the shop, Adrienne. She is a true extrovert, everyone who comes in becomes her friend and she is a real asset to Caudalie. She has extensive product knowledge and will recommend appropriate products for each individual that she helps. I've found Caudalie products to be of extremely high quality and they perform better than almost any brand I've ever tried. Both my thumbs are up for Caudalie and, especially, for this boutique location in Manhattan.

This place is a real paradise. I've been there during a 4 days holiday in NY and I had a great experience. The coffee is simply delicious (and I'm Italian so I know what I'm saying) and while my wife was having a facial (she told me it was amazing) I enjoyed the free WiFi and the good company of the team working there. A must-go place in meatpacking.

My husband and I were visiting NYC, we're from Portland, and I really wanted to get a facial while I was here. I was lucky to schedule an appointment at this Caudalie location 6 hours before I went in. We were greeted by Adrienne who is a total sweetheart, her customer service is next level and she'll make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. She offered us Tea/Water and told my esthetician I had just arrived. She was also super nice with my husband who was waiting for me the whole time, they chatted etc.. My esthetician Imani besides having AMAZING skin, was also super nice, warm and made me feel super comfortable. I told her I was from Brazil and we chatted about the climate, food etc.. She also educated me while she was performing the facial (which skin type I have, we talked about skin care trends, etc...) At the end, I got a a bag with a few samples, that Imani made sure to explain to me how to use, and what each one of them was supposed to deliver to my skin. ADRIENNE AGAIN, such an amazing soul, kept chatting with us and asking about our stay in NYC and recommening places. It was such a pleasant time at this location! My husband who's not that much into skin care wants to schedule a facial just so we can go back! I've been having facials ever since I was 17 ( I'm now 29) and this one besides being an amazing treatment made not just me but my husband who hasn't even got a facial yet feel SO SPECIAL. Thanks to these two ladies who are not only super professional but also super nice, warm and amazing human beings. Thank you!

I've been using Caudalie long before they had a presence in the US. When they first opened their Bleecker Street Boutique Spa, I was so happy because I got to purchase their products stateside and also get facial treatments from their company trained estheticians. Melissa is excellent!!! I usually book an appointment and when I arrive she will analyze my skin to recommend which facial I need. Her facial massages are heavenly and I love love love the fact that she will tell me which products from my arsenal of Caudalie skincare to use based on what my skin needs at that time. Truly tailor-made service. Also she trains other estheticians for caudalie. I mean, did I score a jackpot or what! That's how talented she is! Now that she has moved to the meatpacking location, I naturally followed her there. The Boutique is beautiful! The store front is clean and bright while the spa in the back is a sanctuary. There's a cafe there too so after a great facial, I grabbed a matcha latte and a croissant (they source their pastries from Balthazar, coffee beans from Colombe and their tea from Palais des Thes). Feeling rested, refreshed and recharged, I took a stroll along the Highline afterwards before meeting my husband for dinner. He uses their products too!

Caudalie Spa is amazing. I went in for my first facial with them and now I am a regular. When I arrived I was greeted by Caudalie staff who assisted with the check-in and offered their speciality tea blend which is very tasty. My aesthetician came out, greeted me and then took me to the back. We discussed the various types of facials and she selected the best one for me. During the process she was gentle, mindful and knowledgeable. She was able to identify and alert me of any skin issues and how to treat them. The facials also include extractions but if you need more they offer an add on for focused extraction. I left feeling great and seeing a difference but the effects of the facial really came on the next day after resting (note to everyone just how life works and the body). I immediately could see my skin was more radiant and healthy looking. Being a heavy shaver, the facial evened out my skin instantly. I recommend all people get facials esepecially from the correct place which for me is now Caudalie

I've been coming to Melissa for facials for the last 3 years. The facials not only help your skin to look great, but also provide a very relaxing experience. Melissa is very knowledgable and takes time to learn about your routine, issues, etc. I would highly recommend her.

Chanced upon this place when visiting the Whitney. OMG! Who knew. I've sampled their stuff from online before coming here and ended up purchasing a Christmas gift pack. They had wine and cheese, I guess it was a special week promo at that time. Not now with COVID. Love Caudalie products, smells lovely and most importantly organic. So sad the DC location is closed. Hope they open again later when COVID is over

Wandered in for a travel size cream - they were so caring and generous- stayed for a glass of wine. The intelligence behind the brand is clearly expressed by the employees. Adrian, is wonderfully gracious and well informed.

Melissa knows each product well, explains it with detail and helps me pick a right one. She is strongly recommended. And also, there's a little cafe area in this shop. Adriana is kind and her service is excellent.

Caudalie has amazing, natural products for all skin types! All of their sales associates and therapists are friendly and uber-knowledgeable, and no one is pushy or trying to hard sell products. I hesitate to share this secret, but Melissa, my therapist at the MePa location, is a miracle worker!! I feel relaxed, and my skin feels amazing after every facial. Treat yourself and try it out!

I was in New York for a week and happened to be in the area when I realized there was a Caudalie nearby. I was in a dire need of a facial because the winter weather was just not doing well for my skin and Caudalie did not disappoint. Nagisa, my aesthetician, was so amazing and had the most calming voice ever. I had one of the best facials I've ever had and not only that, Adrian at the store front was equally amazing. I stayed in the store for a bit after my appointment to just relax and Adrian and Nagisa were so sweet in offering my pastries and tea. I definitely will be back next time I'm in town!

I have long been a fan of Caudalie products, and have been to their Bleeker location (which is excellent!), but Caudalie's newest Spa Cafe & Wine Bar on Washington is by far one of my favorite places in the city. If you want to be greeted genuinely and feel like you are stepping into paradise among the city streets, this is where to go. Every member of their staff is a gem, but especially their lovely barista who made me the best Matcha Latte I have ever had. Every customer is a treasured guest, nurtured with true kindness, I am so grateful. If you are looking for pampering, new products (that work!), or a glass of wine to sip while you recover from busy Chelsea Market excursions, or just want to beat the summer heat in style, this unpretentious location is where you need to be. If you have additional time and are in need of a facial or body treatment, I have to say that Melissa has long been my favorite facialist in the city. I followed her from the Bleeker location, and I am so grateful I did. The magic she has worked on my skin has me looking younger, radiant and moisturized in ways I haven't looked in years. She is a naturally caring and highly knowledgable body artist, and any facial you choose from her will be a truly relaxing experience worthy of your time and money, every time. I promise! Most recently I also tried a body treatment, and I have to say, it was heavenly. I have another one booked for next month, this time their special facial/body treatment combo. If you are hesitant to visit Caudalie, don't be! This place will have you feeling restored and truly looked after as soon as you walk through the door. Thank you so much to Melissa and Caudalie!

I have been coming to Caudalie for years, and Melissa is absolutely lovely and gives first rate facials! She is very passionate about her work and Caudalie's amazing products, and has given me excellent skincare advice. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I've shopped at a few of the Caudalie boutiques before but this one is my favorite because of the cafe! The atmosphere is chilled out and the people there are nice. I've made this one my go to.

I love their new location, meat packing district.(Chelsea area). Staffs are so friendly and lovely. Also I love their cafe. I have always been doing facial regularly since I was 20 years old. I didn't mean to do so but I had to because I have such a sensitive skin. I used to have treatments in luxury spa (hotels,boutiques, etc) but I did not see any improvement. (Sometimes even gotten worse) So I had to find new spa after. By chance, I read a book written by ,CEO of Caudalie. Thank God. That was the turning point. I had treatment at the shop located in bleecker st and that's where I met Melissa a few years ago. She is just amazing. She knew not only every characteristics of Caudalie products but also had ability to apply its products to her clients with perfect fit and maximize result on each clients. I really feel relaxation not because I have treatment. but because I see great results all the time with Melissa. Plus! After spa, matcha latter is my favorite from a barista, Adriana.
