Honest to god the “temporary” parts manager guy NEEDS. to become the permanent fixture there. He is truly the essence of what the Ferrari brand is meant to represent personified. It’s as if the Prancing Pony has taken human form once again. I cannot tell a lie, no one has done it like this kid since perhaps Enzo himself. From the way he carries himself, conducts himself with customers, down to the smallest detail he truly is above and beyond… EXCEPTIONAL. Even his sunglasses cases exude class. I am a Ferrari customer because of him. Thank you.
EDIT: Larry from Tesla service, the finance guy, the reception lady (cute one), and the guy who gave me a pen are all LEGENDS in the flesh. And super nice. They simply don’t make them like that anymore - they are cut from a different cloth. All in all this review is the embodiment of what AI cannot replace just as th parts guy embodies the essence of the brand itself, fundamentally. Lastly, I’m a Taurus and always considered myself a Lamborghini guy because of the reliability and somewhat practicality of the Urus and considered Ferraris a little opulent but I understand not.
