Cauley Ferrari of Detroit

After a rather unfortunate incident at the DTW parking garage, a little fender bender left me in need of some car repairs. Cauley is only one of few Tesla-certified service centers in SE Michigan. It’s not the closest to me, but had appointments much sooner than the two-month waiting list for the Southfield Tesla location. Not having your primary vehicle for a week is already a cause for stress on top of the myriad of problems that go along with car repair. Will the job be done well? Will the new parts match? Will I get my car back in a reasonable amount of time? Thankfully I can now say the answers to all those questions is “yes”. The car looks great, better than when I dropped it off. The repair took about 5 days, and I picked it up on Saturday morning (when traffic is much better), thanks to Larry, the primary Cauley employee I interacted with. And speaking of which, special shoutout to Larry. He not only answered all my questions, but went out of his way to take me to the rental car pickup and even dropped off the car when I was done! He ensured I could pick up my car on a weekend and made the whole process much smoother due to his effort. Definitely recommend this place!

My experience was far more than any other body shop. I am extremely picky person considering I am a professional Auto Detailer, The shop took care of my Honda like if it was worth 500+! The paint work in my rear bumper was done so well that they did three spray outs to match my color! They also let me wash my own car after it was finished! I felt like I was treated with royalty! I highly recommended there shop for all paint work! Larry did such a great job emailing me back and fourth keeping me updated on my Civic! Definitely well preserve body shop for the obsessed enthusiast!

Talked Mr.Cauley with my Grandfather, Mr.Cauley gave me the best information ever and let me walk through there while at the dealership. Most of all ik what college I want to go to because of Mr Cauley and even better Mr.Cauley said to me he will take me on drive I'm just waiting to hear from him back would recommend going there.also I'm going to ask to work there and one day be business partners when I own my own luxury dealership.

Very professional, did great job with repair. Detailed the car complementary. Mike went above and beyond, drove me to my rental, then at the time of picking up my car Larry called Enterprise to come get the rental car. Highly recommend !

I had used Cauley Ferrari before when my Tesla Model S needed bodywork, so decided to see if they could take care of the bodywork for my Lucid Air. I walked in and Mark immediately came out and looked at my car, told me what it would likely need done and scheduled a drop off appointment the next week. Mark kept me informed regarding what the repair would entail and gave me an estimate which was the final price. There were no surprises.. It was a smooth process. They even detailed my car inside and out, doing a great job. My car looks brand new, both inside and out. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

The Cauley family has a long history of excellent sales, service and expertise in everything automotive. Not only do they sell race cars they race themselves. My father purchased many Hite over night film delivery cars back in the 60s, 70s, and 80s from the great Cauley team with no problems ever! They always went above and beyond making sure everything was ok with our fleet. Not just sales, but just as important, support with fast repairs. Cauley has just become better with age like a fine wine. Jeff and the team there will take great care of you whether you just need one Ferrari or a whole fleet:)

Cauley Ferrari is a rare kind of place. Mr. Cauley & his great team always take care of their customers - including those going all the way back to the Cauley Chevrolet days. As a retired vehicle systems engineer and lifelong enthusiast, I can say that the body shop, run by Mark, is truly outstanding, and his entire crew. They went the extra mile, as always, with my 2006 Corvette Z06 (an original Cauley purchase for me 20 years ago!), and while not a Ferrari, a very special car that needs the kind of skilled and directly experienced attention they can give it (thank you Vince!).

Everyone was great.. I will say, you guys do an amazing job, and Larry and his team are fantastic. One thing I always appreciate is *excellence*, and even when we come in to get the car serviced or repaired, y'all always detail the interior (at least for me!) and I truly feel like a Ferrari experience even though you were only servicing my Tesla. I know this takes effort and time, and I rarely see the cost for it, but I will say that I notice it, and it is something I truly appreciate. All the best, Brian
