Google
Kai has served me majority of the times I’ve been at this location and she is always so sweet! It’s not just the food that’s good but her personality and willingness to make sure I’m all set before I go means a lot! Definitely recommend this location and if you come across her you’ll be served by a sweet soul! God bless her

Google
I love the food here. I always get the Harrissa Avocado with the Hot Harrissa Chips! I want to shout out the staff that take great care of me - Cora and Rhyan!!!!

Minh Hua

Google
This is like the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. It's a bit pricier but I give it four stars on a price value curve. A pita and drink was about 16 bucks total.

Google
This was a disappointing experience at CAVA. The line was extremely long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional. One staff member rushed me through my order, and when I requested dressing on the side, he didn’t accommodate my request. Many of the toppings at the bar were empty, which limited my options and added to the frustration. To make matters worse, I noticed a staff member handling pita bread without gloves at checkout, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, this location fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from CAVA.

Google
First off I want to say working in healthcare I am big on customer service. Today was my first day eating at CAVA however when I drive back to my office to eat I saw a nice long piece of hair. I called and was told by the general manager Zack that I needed to submit my receipt online in order to get a refund. Now mind you there is no user friendly way to do this. He then stated I need to drive back in to get a refund. At this point I was beyond disappointed. I drove back and the only great service I received was from Nate who was nice polite and kind. However Zack had a very non caring demeanor about him. He pretty much brushed it off that it was HAIR in my food and asked what did I want him to do. Sir I drove back to your establishment for a refund since it was not something you could do over the phone. It is very unfortunate that some individuals have the attitude he displayed and working for a large company this will be a reason myself and co workers will not visit this establishment. I truly hope the other locations general managers are nothing like what I experienced today. Very disappointing and angry because not only did I not have lunch but the lunch I was excited to eat had hair in it and I had to drive back to get a refund. I think Zack needs more coaching on customer service. Lastly I am a bit confused on why the men have nets on there heads but the women on have baseball caps with no nets. This location in North Buckhead really shocked me.

Google
The staff is always amazing! Customer service is always great & the team is amiable. Cora remembered part of my order today (from a month ago). This speaks to the personalized experience. This is easily my favorite ATL CAVA location!

Erica K Bridges LLC

Google
Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. They were scrapping olives from around the bar to give me olives. They refused to relish them for me to get fresh ones. The barely had any condiments. The bar was dirty, food was everywhere where. The tables were all dirty and sticky. The restaurant needed to be cleaned and the staff needed a better attitude. It’s nothing worst than someone unhappy, miserable face balled up making your food. I will never come here again. The food cost too much for you to have a resting chick face making my food.

Jessica Lee

Google
Inedible slop. They forgot my chicken and the brown rice was undercooked, making every bite crunchy and hard. Had to throw it out.

Danielle W.

Yelp
Service was great and food is always fresh! Cava is One of my favorite places to eat!!!!!!!!

Dwight M.

Yelp
The restaurant was out of tzatziki but I ordered it anyway and without it, the garlic chicken just tasted greasy. Wierd how restaurants seem to out of this or no longer offering it. Won't be back or ever order again if they have missing ingredients. Only ate half the wrap. This was my second time giving this place a try. My colleague went to pick it up and realized that she mixed up cava and gustos. She meant to order gustos and I would have rather had that too. Something about cava, I think it's their oils ... make me feel alittle nauseous. I remember that the first time i had it also.

Dayna R.

Yelp
The food was all at the bottom of the barrel. The counter area where they serve the food needs a good cleaning as does the area by the plastic utensils. Would hate to see the kitchen. Ick. Employees were not super friendly. One actually had a bit of attitude. I've gotten take out a ton, but going in there has made me rethink doing that again.

Natasha P.

Yelp
Where do I start? The order was completely wrong and instead of the employees at Cava taking accountability for it and just recognizing their incompetence to simply read an order from the online ordering system. They just want to offer partial refund and instead of them offering to refund you over the phone; they ask that you come to the location. Um, no sir. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. If I could have left a 1/2 star I would have. Do Better, Cava! Your food is usually pretty good.
google avatar

Anand D.

Yelp
This CAVA specifically is one of the worse ones I have been too. The service is terrible and the workers always have this attitude of not wanting to help anyone. They are always out of ingredients. I do enjoy CAVA every now and then, but I refuse to visit this one. I go to some of the other ones in the Metro Atlanta area. Most CAVAs aren't too bad, but this one stands out as being one of the worst, and I've been to quite a few. Don't waste your time going to this one.
google avatar

Kellie H.

Yelp
Food not refilled so they can make customer bowls. Workers pushing around a trash can , not picking anything up, just trying to look busy. Had to bag my own stuff since they just left it on the counter and walked away.
google avatar

Sam R.

Yelp
Delicious food and quick service. I've ordered Cava for delivery and I've had it in the restaurant too, enjoyed both. Clean inside with chill music.
google avatar

Carrie R.

Yelp
Great service and good. Healthy but tasty and good portions. Prices are also very reasonable for quality of food.
google avatar

Ralph S.

Yelp
Cava's food is great if they ever have what you want. If you ever order delivery I can assure you it won't arrive on time and there is a good chance it will not make it at all. We have had 3 orders cancelled within the last year and never has one arrived when promised. I am specifically referring to the locale at Akers Mill. I recommend you go in person but then you have to deal with the staff. Too many choices in Atlanta to deal with the headaches

Erin M.

Yelp
FANTASTIC experience at this CAVA! I will keep going back. Keith is an excellent manager and the team is top notch. Food is delish and fresh. Location is clean, efficient, and they handle the lunch rush with ease btw carry outs and eat ins.
google avatar

Anthony S.

Yelp
Customer service very inconsistent @ GA state location on Hank Aaron Blvd. Out of brown rice and garlic dressing my favorite. The sweet tea is the wrong color and top lite. Taste like sugar water and looks like water. Really like the product when the customer service is consistent.
google avatar

Larsandra D.

Yelp
Soo good I love it at cava ,food is so fresh and it is feeling as well ,employees were knowledgeable
google avatar

Tia M.

Yelp
It was my first at the recommendation of a friend. Food was delicious, service was great. The seating area could be attended to a little more. Would return there again. I live near the Cava on Hank Aaron, and decided to go there today because I enjoyed my experience in Roswell so well. Sad to say the experience was NOT the same. Dirty store, the service was nice but sloppy in her delivery of the food. There was more food on the counters than in each bin. Very slow and the air didn't seem to work well. The drink machine was leaking all over the counter and the utensils and napkins hadn't been tended to
google avatar

Ashley A.

Yelp
Food was amazing!!!! Get your sauce on the side though cause they are very generous. It's so nice to customize whatever you order and choose any toppings you want. I'll be dreaming of coming back again!
google avatar

Sam B.

Yelp
My Harissa Avocado Bowl was so yummy good Packed full of fresh romaine, saffron white rice, toasted veggies and Persian cucumbers that were topped with corn, tomatoes, and onions. The only thing better was the quality service I got from Ebonne. The Cava digital kitchen is good stop on the way home from work.
google avatar

Tari O.

Yelp
I enjoyed Cava when I stopped by the Buckhead location. A fast casual restaurant specializing in salads, bowls, and pitas with a Mediterranean flare. At first I thought it was a sparkling wine bar, but they do have beer for purchase. I stopped by on a Thursday night, it has consistent foot traffic but the line moves quickly. There are a few standard bowls and the option to make your own. I opted for the latter and had a base of super greens followed by harissa honey chicken(yum), brussels, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, pickled red onion, roasted corn, hummus, Harissa, and dill sauce. Delicious and impossible to finish!

Yelp
Some of the most depressed, slow moving workers I've ever seen. Killed the vibe of this location big time. I think I got three words total out of the two workers behind the line. 6/4/23 2 pm

Chance M.

Yelp
Cava is one of my favorite spots because the food is both delicious and healthy. However, my experience at this particular location has been inconsistent. I usually order a bowl, but about half the time, I notice that the portions--especially the rice--aren't always as generous as they should be. When there's hardly any rice, it really throws off the ratio of the bowl, which affects the overall experience. It's a bit disappointing, especially when I ask for a full scoop and am told I have pay extra for it. I understand if they were being cautious with the meat portions, but rice isn't exactly a costly item. Despite this, Cava remains a good option for a meal; just be prepared that your experience may vary depending on who's serving you that day.

Kizard J.

Yelp
Amazing experience, the employee that I met "play" was extremely professional and hospitable

Jessica L.

Yelp
Fantastic experience! We love cava, so we knew the food was going to be what we were looking for today, but this place was so well managed and the team worked together so seamlessly to get us our food quickly during the lunch rush. There was great communication happening between the kitchen and the line staff, the general manager (Keith I think?) was making sure everything was running smoothly and that staff were still able to take breaks without keeping customers waiting. The line cooks knew the menu and even if they hadn't tried everything were able to give good suggestions for new bowls to try (we did the new spicy falafel bowl and it did not disappoint). The lentils can sometimes be undercooked and crunchy at Cava but this location had them perfect. Location was clean and just a really nice energy.

Tammy W.

Yelp
I have been here a few times but this time was by far the best. They were staffed, and were not out of any ingredients. The bowl was delicious and the service was very good.

Sapphire W.

Yelp
Cashier was handling my food (pita chips) with the same gloves he used to tap on the dirty screen monitor with. Looks like he had those gloves on all day. I'm completely disgusted and will not be back.

Sharde J.

Yelp
Play provided excellent customer service!! I was overwhelmed with gratitude! I will be back :D

Yelp
Amazing amazing shug is the best sauce !! Dev is the best manager and smiley brings such a great ambiance to the restaurant 10*

Iam Q.

Yelp
I don't know what it is but every time I have ordered delivery my order is missing items and the food is not tasty at all. Subpar

A R.

Yelp
Wow. The service I experienced at this location tonight was terrible. I placed an online order to be ready at 7. I got there at 7:10 bc I know they are typically slow. I left at 7:35 with a half made order (missing several ingredients and one full item) and the worst service experience. The entire line of people looked absolutely miserable to be working and were very very slow in making orders. Not to mention that we were waiting on our order we placed ahead of getting there and no one was even looking at it until I asked twice about it. I saw probably 10 orders just waiting with no one even caring. I am not big into writing reviews bc I know the service industry is hard. However, after all of that waiting and miserable interaction with the workers, I came home without my meal. Adjustments need to be made at this location. We will not be back until they are. I know I am not the only one that feels this way. To clarify, this is the north buckhead location in Georgia.

Yelp
I have eaten here multiple times and never head a bad meal. Alway fresh. I really enjoy pick up options. Not affordable. A lot of options. Great for fast meal.

Steven H.

Yelp
small portions. Too expensive. side dishes were sample size cups. Food was OK but all mashed together.
google avatar

Tiwanna W.

Yelp
Elysia and Anijah were so kind and provided great service. It's not often at night a restaurant provides the same quality of food and service.

Quincy W.

Yelp
Ordered on Uber eats and called the store and Keith ensured they put my dip on the side!! He was so nice to me and made a note.

Niaz P.

Yelp
I've had CAVA before in DC and it was much better there in my opinion. This one is pretty new so I give them that, but when making my pita wrap, they messed up and seemed to be struggling with it. The pita was also just too much bread for what was inside. It's really a fast food type of place but with a Mediterranean twist.

Annette M.

Yelp
My first time going to Cava on Hank Aaron. I spent $14 on chicken right-rice lol I guess that was the name of it. The atmosphere was not inviting. A bunch of young people who really don't have a clue about customer service. An older gentleman fixed my bowl like he was making a bowl for a 3 year old. The spoon was so small that they scooped the corn with many have held a out 4-6 LMBO frfr....the same for the cucumbers. Now I see why no one is ever in there when I drive by. Customer service was so bad I wanted to give my food back. No napkins whew what is going on. They want you to pay high prices for horrible food and service. I was going to try everything on the menu but now that I see it is not worth the price I will make my own bowl at home burp and be able to eat some left overs. Don't do it to yourself. Save your money it is another Chipotle but at least you get more!

Karleon B.

Yelp
My 1st Yelp REVIEW and thisss is soo good!! Such a wonderful staff and tasty food Must try!!!!!!!

Luke D.

Yelp
Great food, poorly managed. So much potential here, but they can't seem to figure out how to retain employees.
google avatar

Tanisha H.

Yelp
Listen.. this isn't my first go with Cava, but this is a brand new location the first in Ga I have been waiting for them for months since it was first announced they were coming and just like every other location they did not let me down. I enjoyed that meal so much. I got the grains bowl with chicken added.. it was delicious I will be back for sure...
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Indifferent service. Staff doesn't seem to listen and the guy i ordered from seemed totally indifferent to me being there. Out of feta, out of diet soda. 4 falafels in my falafel pita. Management needs to wake up.
google avatar

Omar S.

Yelp
I have been here several times and the service has usually been good. The pregnant woman at the front ignored me several times when adding ingredients to my bowl. Didn't acknowledge the questions I was asking, then proceeded to say to her coworker that she "needs a f**king break"

Georgia B.

Yelp
Good as long as you don't go close to closing. The food is very good, but they tend to run out of stuff an hour or so before closing. Other than that, great option for a kind of healthy meal.
google avatar

Breoni M.

Yelp
Bowl concept fast food establishment Great spot that took over Zoe's Kitchen old location. Food - I ordered a greens+grain bowl with: roasted veggies, falafel, tomato + onion salad, lentils, basmati rice and avocado. Spicy Harissa , great flavor but not really spicy to me. The tahini Caesar dressing (heaven) soooo delish!!Added pita chips (extra). Everything was fresh and flavor was thru the roof. They had your typical fountain drinks and also some specialty drinks. I choose the lemonade and mixed with the amazing cucumber mint because I couldn't choose. They were both soooo good.* (Try the mix, won't disappoint) Staff - could be more friendly. Ladies weren't inviting nor had any type of upbeat attitude. Price - $$ / sort of expensive when you start adding on addition items Parking - plenty in the shopping plaza
google avatar

Annie M.

Yelp
Cava has got the last of my dollar all the locations by the one in Northside Pkwy near the mall has SLOW a** service. 30 min wait today at this location north buckhead after yesterday in Peachtree lost my damn order. I'm over it. Respect people time and hire more staff. Also offer on site refunds wtf.
google avatar

Alesa W.

Yelp
We ordered pickup from CAVA on opening night, and when I arrived our meals were ready despite there being a line that wrapped around the building. The prices have gone up a little since I last ordered from a location in Virginia, but overall it's a decent portion size for the price. While I will say that in almost all of our orders or sides of pita and dressings were forgotten, the food was tasty regardless!
google avatar

Ethan R.

Yelp
AMAZING! Came for the opening and the place was packed. They were able to keep the line moving and everyone was super friendly and happy to be here. I am normally not a fan of Mediterranean food, but this place is my exception Can't wait to come back!
google avatar

IntlFoodie A.

Yelp
This review is solely about the food not the staff or owners. There are some great Mediterranean and North African restaurants in Atlanta. Heck, my kitchen has a ton of the same ingredients but I was super busy trying to prepare for a Bourdain Book club meeting and needed something quick so my "hanger" would go away. So I got this as a matter of convenience. I should have found the time... I got two bowls and found them cold and chilly. Meat bits vs chunks that were hard and for me unidentifiable. Maybe it's better if one eats it on-site? I order from other places with Mediterranean and North African themes (and global staff with knowledge of the culture's food - people I love and respect and would dance and help plan their weddings if asked) and it arrives hot and in the same style bowls. In this case with CAVA, the salad had a small container of dressing...it needed two. Maybe two is an option? I didn't see "extra dressing" online. There is one bowl that involves Harissa and Avocado. Is harissa now a dressing served like a side of ranch in America? The Moroccans I spent my childhood with and our Greek neighbours never served it this way. Harissa needs to be served with hot food. If rice is involved, it especially, needs to be steaming hot. Otherwise it's like eating chilled oil in clumps. The entire bowl tasted like chilled oil in clumps now spicy with the harissa. The concept is great, the presentation is great but the taste is not there. Maybe add some foil atop the meal and then the lid. People new to these cultures' food should get the best representation of it as this is the gateway to bonds and connections. Right now this meal is making that experience feel far from appealing. That bowl isn't worth $15. It's feeling like $5. Also, I pray the food supplies aren't stocked by Sysco. Mediterranean food and African dishes (no matter which region e.g. North, West, etc.) DESERVE a Whole Foods basic level of quality. This bowl did not taste fresh. These cucumbers looked old. The avocado arrived black (not charred on the grill black - I'm talking "I've been sitting on someone's mise en place since 9am" looking black - see photo). If this bowl had been fresher and hotter it would be as worthy of praise as the gorgeous website of which I researched heavily a few days ago. Right now it feels like a lot of hype with mediocre delivery. So, if you're going to eat it, I suggest having it on site. Go early when they first open. Avoid having it delivered or picked up and eating later after you go home. And while I hope and pray you will like it, if you don't, find or make friends with a Greek or North African and get invited to dinner so you know what it is supposed to taste like...and if you get in a hurry and CAVA is all you have access to, you at least can appreciate their effort. A for effort. F- on taste.

Abby C.

Yelp
This location is the WORST. I like to order online and pick up because this location gets long lines. EVRY TIME I do this it takes at least 30 min to get my food. For example today I scheduled a pickup at 7:30. Got here 7:25. It is now 8pm, they aren't that busy, and still no food. Please fix this!! Any other restaurant can do this pickup thing efficiently.
google avatar

Ashley B.

Yelp
I mean I walked in the door smiling because the service was great before even putting my bowl together! Thank you SO much to Rayna and Ty! You were so helpful and happy and make the experience what it was!!! Wish everyone had this quality of service especially these days!!!! I built my own bowl with mixed greens, veggies, slaw, the dips are all delicious and the dressings mmmm! Def recommend this place! Cute patio, good food and great service!
google avatar

Alizain M.

Yelp
Been here a couple times and will probably be here plenty more. High quality ingredients and tastes great. S/O to the entire staff who was happy to serve us even though we came in late - especially Tray who hooked us up! Chipotle got some competition
google avatar

Fred F.

Yelp
Food and service is amazing ! Friendly and a great environment! Ebonne was a great help ! Food is on point !!
google avatar

Aaron C.

Yelp
I am relatively new to CAVA but picture a Mediterranean-style Chipotle. I love to get the burrito bowls at Chipotle and these remind me of those except you have more flavor options and it's healthier. You can build your own bowl or if you're not feeling creative, you select a prebuilt option. That's what I did with the lemon chicken bowl. They have plenty of options if you're committed to a keto, vegetarian, or vegan diet. The prices are also surprisingly affordable! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Faisal M.

Yelp
Wallahi don't eat here, go to the chipotle down the street where they will give you more portions and ALSO will be cheaper.
