What you wouldn’t normally find at one is a place like Cava, one of the best tapas restaurants in the city. The frequently changing menu at this spot always centers around Iberian and Latin American food, with seafood as a main focus. Get the octopus tiradito and halibut ceviche if they’re on the menu, along with a bunch of different pinchos.
