Not sure how many stars I should put for this place, but I put only 3 stars at this time. Here the reasons... We ordered take out in apps. We places order and the food will be ready to pickup around 6 pm, so I went there to pick up at 6 pm. However, when I got there, our food was not ready even started to cook yet. It was also very long line walked in customer for waiting order too. I am not sure it was system issue, short handed of staffed, or over clouded customer because nobody explained to me. I just had to wait there over 30 mins to get my foods which was supposed to ready by 6 pm. I think it should be happened and I was disappointed. Anyway, food was great. I think it is a good quality Mediterranean food. Nice atmosphere and clean inside of restaurant. I know they just opened up this location some months ago and became one of a popular Mediterranean fast food restaurant here now, but they have to fix the online order system and / or process.

This is a new restaurant but they have been open for at least a month if not two. I am confused that when I walked in there was a line of workers to prepare the bowls or pita but when I got up to order half the team walked away. It caused a huge wait time. The girl who put on the toppings and dressing didn't seem to know what she was doing. I had to remind her to put on both dressings. Most the staff was friendly except the cashier. She did not smile once or thank me for coming. Bad impression when you are getting ready to leave. The atmosphere was contemporary and pleasant. You fill your own drinks here. There is a drive through as well but I doubt it is any faster then coming inside. I did notice thst the lady next to me wasn't sure what meat to get as the spicy chicken would take about an hour to cook. They gave her a sample of lamb to try. I feel the wait was too long and the staff needs more training. However, the food was delicious. I will go back but I will give it a couple of months to see if they can work out the kinks. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry. I got the chicken shawarma and lemonade. The blueberry one seemed watered down.

Opening day was very busy but still well managed and in a clean environment. It took us probably 1.5 hours to get all the way through the line and pay as two people. The wait was fine—as pleasant as a line can ever be. Topping portions could’ve been bigger but no real complaints. The food was delicious!! Mrs. Mo was very kind :)

Not sure why this place is so crowded! Thought they must be offering some delicious food so decided to try them out but came out totally disappointed! Not worth waiting in line. Wraps and bowls were just okish as they didn’t add sauces and ingredients properly, making it tasteless! Not worth trying second time for sure!! You get fabulous and yum falafal or chicken wraps outside for less than half the cost!

Customer service straight up SUCKS. Extremely slow and lazy workers top to bottom of the line. They accidentally dropped a piece of chicken in our bowl but tried to hide it. The lady that dropped it was whispering to the coworker that she dropped it and asked if she should quickly just pick it up or leave it. We are pure vegetarians. They decided to leave it and act like nothing happened. I then confronted them and said please make me a new bowl I’m vegetarian and cannot eat chicken. The worker got so upset and had so much attitude that she had to remake it due to their mistake. They proceeded to just aggressively throw everything in our bowls and made us wait 10 minutes to the side to get our free side pitas. Won’t be coming here again looks like. Doubt this place stays open for another year. Update I just got home, and THERE IS A HAIR IN MY BOWL. This place needs to be shut down right now!!!! Disgrace of a business

This is my second time ordering cava. I came in right before it got super busy. Every staff member that I interacted with was really nice! Very positive attitudes, but CHRISTIAN made my day! He was so welcoming and attentive. Not only that he made sure I got a Peter chip plushie with my hot harissa meal. I’m so happy and will be back. Thank you to the staff and Christian. The food is amazing too! Very fresh. The spicy pita chips are my favorite :)

I was so excited that CAVA finally came to MI. I was so disappointed with my experience. I just landed from a flight and the first thing I wanted was to go to CAVA and pick up something. I drove about 30 min there. I was prepared to wait. An hour tops I figured. I arrived at 8:15 and didn't get my food until 1045. I saw a lot of talking from the employees, laughing and joking with a line outside the door, no leadership, the presentation of the food was a mess compared to what I'm use to when experiencing CAVA in other states. The leadership was lacking and I blame them. A seasoned team should have been flown in from another store to help the staff who were teenagers. The wait time was definitely longer than what it had to be. Poor girl on the cash register seemed confused so it was a delay there. I knew the second day it would be slow but THIS!! I decided I will just stick to CAVA when I travel. I wont be back to this one anytime soon. The portions did not reflect the value. They were out of lemtils and the pita chips. It was such a huge letdown. Maybe I will check back in 6 months if they are still even open. I would have had more detailed pictures but my phone was dying. Didn’t expect an over 2 hour wait. Was told not to go through the drive thru because the orders were wrong. They also shouldn't have been on delivery apps just yet until they were comfortable at the store first.
