Not sure how many stars I should put for this place, but I put only 3 stars at this time. Here the reasons... We ordered take out in apps. We places order and the food will be ready to pickup around 6 pm, so I went there to pick up at 6 pm. However, when I got there, our food was not ready even started to cook yet. It was also very long line walked in customer for waiting order too. I am not sure it was system issue, short handed of staffed, or over clouded customer because nobody explained to me. I just had to wait there over 30 mins to get my foods which was supposed to ready by 6 pm. I think it should be happened and I was disappointed. Anyway, food was great. I think it is a good quality Mediterranean food. Nice atmosphere and clean inside of restaurant. I know they just opened up this location some months ago and became one of a popular Mediterranean fast food restaurant here now, but they have to fix the online order system and / or process.

Google
Not sure why this place is so crowded! Thought they must be offering some delicious food so decided to try them out but came out totally disappointed! Not worth waiting in line. Wraps and bowls were just okish as they didn’t add sauces and ingredients properly, making it tasteless! Not worth trying second time for sure!! You get fabulous and yum falafal or chicken wraps outside for less than half the cost!

This is my second time ordering cava. I came in right before it got super busy. Every staff member that I interacted with was really nice! Very positive attitudes, but CHRISTIAN made my day! He was so welcoming and attentive. Not only that he made sure I got a Peter chip plushie with my hot harissa meal. I’m so happy and will be back. Thank you to the staff and Christian. The food is amazing too! Very fresh. The spicy pita chips are my favorite :)

I was so excited that CAVA finally came to MI. I was so disappointed with my experience. I just landed from a flight and the first thing I wanted was to go to CAVA and pick up something. I drove about 30 min there. I was prepared to wait. An hour tops I figured. I arrived at 8:15 and didn't get my food until 1045. I saw a lot of talking from the employees, laughing and joking with a line outside the door, no leadership, the presentation of the food was a mess compared to what I'm use to when experiencing CAVA in other states. The leadership was lacking and I blame them. A seasoned team should have been flown in from another store to help the staff who were teenagers. The wait time was definitely longer than what it had to be. Poor girl on the cash register seemed confused so it was a delay there. I knew the second day it would be slow but THIS!! I decided I will just stick to CAVA when I travel. I wont be back to this one anytime soon. The portions did not reflect the value. They were out of lemtils and the pita chips. It was such a huge letdown. Maybe I will check back in 6 months if they are still even open. I would have had more detailed pictures but my phone was dying. Didn’t expect an over 2 hour wait. Was told not to go through the drive thru because the orders were wrong. They also shouldn't have been on delivery apps just yet until they were comfortable at the store first.

Google
This is a new restaurant but they have been open for at least a month if not two. I am confused that when I walked in there was a line of workers to prepare the bowls or pita but when I got up to order half the team walked away. It caused a huge wait time. The girl who put on the toppings and dressing didn't seem to know what she was doing. I had to remind her to put on both dressings. Most the staff was friendly except the cashier. She did not smile once or thank me for coming. Bad impression when you are getting ready to leave. The atmosphere was contemporary and pleasant. You fill your own drinks here. There is a drive through as well but I doubt it is any faster then coming inside. I did notice thst the lady next to me wasn't sure what meat to get as the spicy chicken would take about an hour to cook. They gave her a sample of lamb to try. I feel the wait was too long and the staff needs more training. However, the food was delicious. I will go back but I will give it a couple of months to see if they can work out the kinks. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry. I got the chicken shawarma and lemonade. The blueberry one seemed watered down.

Opening day was very busy but still well managed and in a clean environment. It took us probably 1.5 hours to get all the way through the line and pay as two people. The wait was fine—as pleasant as a line can ever be. Topping portions could’ve been bigger but no real complaints. The food was delicious!! Mrs. Mo was very kind :)

Google
I go to this Cava everyday. Mostly cause it’s a fairly healthy fast food option. Sometimes I order inside, sometimes I order online for drive-thru pickup. I say the food is usually good, not a lot of issues there. But the customer service, TERRIBLE! If you order for drive-thru pickup up, they will literally ignore that you’re there and you’re probably going to just sit in your car for 20 extra minutes after your food is done. They will drop off prepared bags of food and not even open the window to check on you. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sometimes I have to just give up after waving them down and honking, and just go inside to try and get someone’s attention. Doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not. Today I was the only car in line and there was only one person ordering inside. They made eye contact with me multiple times and completely ignored me. My food was already done and just sitting there on the counter. I nearly had to climb out my window waving both arms until an employee finally reluctantly came to check on me. If you’re in any sort of rush, do not order drive-thru pickup!

Simardeep S.

Google
Customer service straight up SUCKS. Extremely slow and lazy workers top to bottom of the line. They accidentally dropped a piece of chicken in our bowl but tried to hide it. The lady that dropped it was whispering to the coworker that she dropped it and asked if she should quickly just pick it up or leave it. We are pure vegetarians. They decided to leave it and act like nothing happened. I then confronted them and said please make me a new bowl I’m vegetarian and cannot eat chicken. The worker got so upset and had so much attitude that she had to remake it due to their mistake. They proceeded to just aggressively throw everything in our bowls and made us wait 10 minutes to the side to get our free side pitas. Won’t be coming here again looks like. Doubt this place stays open for another year. Update I just got home, and THERE IS A HAIR IN MY BOWL. This place needs to be shut down right now!!!! Disgrace of a business

Yelp
All around great first time experience! Appreciate Christian walking me through the options and sharing recommendations. Excellent customer service; I'll definitely be back!

Jazma S.

Yelp
Fantastic service. Friendly servers/staff. I've only been here a few times so I definitely enjoyed the suggestions I received.

Jonathan G.

Yelp
The food is delicious, you definitely need to get the pita chips and find your flavor and style but there are a lot of options to try. The manager Zoey and her staff are amazing and willing to make up for an issues with your order to insure full satisfaction. They are so professional and kind, I really enjoy every visit!! A true family ambiance.

Yelp
Tip: On busy nights/weekends, just walk in and go through the line. Only drive through or order ahead during off hours. This reminds me of when Starbucks went full custom drink order crazy, opened drive through, and order ahead all at once. It's the exact same logistics bottleneck at CAVA. You're waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes after your expected pickup time in either the drive through or in-store pickup while the walk through line is moving smoothly. The issue is that the small station creates a large bottleneck serving both the drive through and order ahead pickup at once. On to the food. It's delicious! Great ingredients, flavor, and spice. I really enjoyed the spicy lamb and avocado bowl. I'd definitely come back...when it's not busy.

Yelp
At this point I'm not sure if this Cava is worth the trip. The restaurant is really large and accommodates lots of people in a long line, which is great because it seems to always be long. I guess the other patrons are like me and go wishing Cava has what they desire. I read several reviews on other platforms of patrons stating that either their food was mediocre or the restaurant was out of ingredients they ordered. Same as for me on this day. I specifically visited for the garlic chicken bowl, they were out of the garlic and the chicken. I chose substitute items but mentioned to the cashier that my meal was not what I came there for due to the substitutes. As I took out my wallet to pay, she informed me that I could have the bowl for free which was appreciated. Although it wasn't what I wanted to eat, it wasn't bad. The food was fresh, but the portions seems skimpy. If I visit again I will make sure that all of the ingredients that I desire are available before ordering.

Yelp
Went to CAVA last night for dinner. Never been here before so wasn't sure what to expect. The two girls working the line were friendly and helped answer questions as to what things were etc. we got two BYO bowls and two orders of pita chips which was roughly $32. The girl working the register name Juju was extremely rude. We had to wait for the pita chips as there were none prepared which was totally fine, but standing near the counter waiting I witnessed her continue to be rude to every customer who came through the line. Any question someone asked her she would roll her eyes and give the snarkiest answer. I could visible see other guests also shocked at her responses and demeanor. Once the pita chips were done she walks over with one pack and hands it to me. I politely said we ordered two. She said "two of what???" I said two order of pita chips, to which she turned around, grabbed another pack and handed it to me without saying a word. Over all the food was good, the girls on the line were nice which is why I left the 3 stars but this person really left a bad taste in my mouth for this location.

Yelp
I stopped by Cava for a pickup order and overall, I had a really good experience! I ordered the "build your own bowl" so if anything doesn't hit the mark, it'll be my own fault. I'll admit, I'm normally a pretty plain eater and don't usually pile on sauces. For my bowl, I went with saffron rice, chicken shawarma, corn, broccoli, hummus, and feta dip. The portion of chicken was generous, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. My total came out to $13.78, which felt very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Next time, I'd definitely load up more on the hummus, it was good, but I don't think they gave me enough! My order was ready quickly for pickup, which was super convenient. Overall, it's nothing I'd write home about, but I did enjoy it and would definitely come back.

Yelp
IDK if I just lucked out with the time of day compared to everyone else but I stopped by last week for a late lunch pick up and it was great! It was my first time trying Cava so I downloaded the app to familiarize myself with the menu and placed an order in the parking lot for drive thru pick up for myself and my mom. I had to wait for a bit since I ordered there but I was able to catch up some emails! Pick up at the drive thru was easy at that point, though. I got the garlicy chicken shawarma bowl minus firey broccoli and skhug plus persian cucumbers and feta. It was really good! I also added the cinnamon sugar pita which was reminded me of the elephant ears I used to get at the carnival as a kid. Yum! My mom also really liked her chicken and rice bowl. And for the portion size it was really affordable. Less than $25 for both of us which isn't much more than a trip to McDonald's these days but somewhat healthier. Because I preordered and pick up was so quick I had very little interaction with the staff so I can't speak to any issues there but the food we had was great and we'd definitely visit them again.

Yelp
I was really really excited to see that there is a CAVA in Michigan now since it was one of my favorite "bowl" places in NYC for a reasonably priced, reasonably healthy, reasonably filling lunch. I went with my typical order today (greens + grains bowl with pretty much every single veggie topping and chicken) and it was around $14 on DoorDash although I'm sure the prices were likely inflated vs in-store. It was fine? Maybe I was blowing it up in my memory ahead of time but I was pretty underwhelmed. The bowl was a decent size but very light on the chicken and the chicken also wasn't as good as I've been used to with Cava before. Probably wouldn't order again but nice to have in the area.

Yelp
At first, when seeing the poor reviews for this Cava, I was shocked. Being so excited there's finally one outside of the DMV, I expected the same level of awesome. Well, now I understand why this location is giving Cava a bad name. Things that need improvement: - cleanliness. Tables, floors were quite dirty, at about 5 pm on a weekday. No excuses, there was far too many staff members behind the counter, looking useless. - product availability. Half of the house made lemonades/drinks were completely empty, and several of the toppings for the bowls were also out. Again, this is 5 pm on a weekday, with no line, there was time to prep more veggies. - food. Chicken temp was cool, and bowl could have been more full. It's hard to break into the metro Detroit area with Mediterranean food - we are very spoiled with suburb cuisine in that department. If they make improvements, this Cava location can shine like the others I have frequented. I hope metro Detroiters give them a chance!

Yelp
The only reason this isn't a five star review is because for some reason, they kept the pita chips near the kitchen causing the line to back up and a couple of us had to as for forks because there were none in the dining room. Other than that, the service was decent for a fast-casual restaurant. The food was solid. Got a customized chicken bowl. Being my first visit, I didn't know what to expect. I thoroughly enjoyed it though. I will definitely return. The second one in Michigan just opened. I hope there will be more to come.

Yelp
Went here opening week. So the wait was super long but line moved fairly quickly for the amount of people Food was ok. Got the lamb and rice bowl which tasted alright but on the bland side. Overall probably will visit once the rush dies down a bit.
google avatar

Lori F.

Yelp
I don't think I'm being too picky with the complaint that a chicken shawarma bowl should have chicken in it. I tried calling and no answer. We shall see how they correct their mistake. Things are too expensive to let it slide. Bowl is also missing garlic that is a key ingredient and it looks as if they just opened an avocado and tossed it in there. Maybe the rice is supposed to be cold? If so, weird. I'm surprised this place is that popular. I will definitely not be going out of my way to visit again
google avatar

Yelp
Finally had the chance to try CAVA, only mistake I made was going during the opening week. The Line was huge and it took us an exact hour to get our food. Portions are huge and the food is delicious. Service was great and the crew was very friendly. Only disappointment was the pita chips had way too much salt on them. Loud but great place to enjoy a meal .

Yelp
We came on a Sunday night at 7:30pm, waited in line for over an hour before we finally got to the front. As we stood in line, I watched how poorly executed the assembly line is. There are 4 stages to ordering: 1) Two employees start the bowl/plate with rice/greens/beans 2) Two-three employees handle meats 3) One employee does all of the toppings/sauces (note the most choices a customer can make) 4) One employee handles check out. The bottleneck of this operation is Stage 3 where only one employee is handling all the toppings/sauces which is the most time consuming stage. The orders were backed up to 8 customers for that stage. There is absolutely no need to have two employees on the first two stages. Another issue causing long wait times is that employees on the assembly line were tasked with refilling their own ingredients, meanwhile since this is an open kitchen--I saw a lot of idling amongst the kitchen staff... these employees should have actively been refilling ingredients for the assembly line so that those workers could keep the line moving. I observed the manager yelling at kitchen staff and yelling at customers -- for what I couldn't hear. The employees never smiled. The self-serve lemonades were empty, tables dirty, and by the time we made it to the front to order, they were out of salad greens. At that point, I was so hungry and upset I walked out without ordering. How does a restaurant run out of a key ingredient needed for most of their menu? Corporate needs to send a team here ASAP - at the bare minimum the manager needs replaced with someone with a business background/degree and some customer experience. I've been to other CAVA locations, and this was such a disappointment. It is alarming that this location has been open for several weeks now and still cannot seem to work through these issues based on other recent reviews.

Shelley H.

Yelp
Food is delicious, I get the garlicky chicken bowl with no corn. The pita chips are delicious (you only need one bag). The manager Ashley is phenomenal! Thank you Ashley for the awesome customer service and providing great leadership to your team (it doesn't go unnoticed). Shelley H.

Yelp
Tried CAVA fo rite first time and it was UNREAL. I opted in for a bowl with rice & chicken, and it was a game changer. Their pita chips and hummus is also to die for.
google avatar

Corinna T.

Yelp
This was SUCH a bad experience. I did digital drive thru and ordered around 8pm. Soonest pick up was 9pm. I arrived at the store at 8:55 and sat in the digital drive thru pick up line for 35 min. When I got my food it was cold, maybe it should be, but the falafel was horrible, actually the worst I have ever tasted. Cold rice? No thanks. The hot mess of a bowl didn't look anything like advertised. There was so little rice, and the falafel was so small I could not find either. My daughter's chicken was also cold in her pita. Just a bad, bad experience. Maybe they are still working out the kinks, but I paid way too much for this mess.
google avatar

Elizabeth E.

Yelp
Finally, the first Cava in MI! It was absolutely packed, the staff worked hard to get the line moving. The interior was clean there's lots of seating and bathrooms available. There's pickup/order ahead options available. I did a Build Your Own Bowl, so good. The food and drinks are fantastic, I've always loved how fresh their falafel is. The flavor in CAVA food is unbeatable. Can't recommend enough!

Yelp
Update 8/28/25 After a month and tons of calls i finally got my refund for my order i never received... Tried again. Awful. Ordered lamb meatballs and got chicken. Never again. Stay away.
google avatar

Natalie S.

Yelp
This location has been open for several weeks now and you still have to order your food at least 2 hours ahead of time for pick up. I started ordering pick up because I don't want to wait inside the restaurant for over an hour every time I want to eat there. I really enjoyed the food my first visit, but the last few times I've ordered it's been just ok. I ordered a Harissa Avocado Bowl today, I get home and there's not even any avocado in my bowl at all. If they don't get it together soon, they will be losing a lot of business.
google avatar

Jordyn M.

Yelp
A very disappointing first experience. I have been to CAVA in other states and this was just not the same, I guess that's what I get for going during their opening week. I got a greens and grains bowl, which was put in a plastic container as it seemed like they ran out of the original CAVA bowls. The portion of food I got was significantly less than what I am used to at CAVA. I got the lamb meatballs which I usually love, but these were sooooo salty. I wanted to get a drink, but they were out of lemonade on the floor. I asked if they had any more and was told everything they have is already out without going back to check. Right after checking out, another worker walks out and refills the lemonade. So frustrating!!! Lastly, I asked for a bag to put all my items in. The worker told me they don't have any when there were clearly bags behind her. I asked a different worker and she gave me a bag. I was so excited to have a CAVA in Michigan but this did not meet the mark. I hope they are able to improve with time.

Yelp
Have eaten here twice now, both times walked inside to order to go. Other reviews mentioned cleanliness but I'll be honest I didn't really notice the dining area while I was there. The food is delicious. I've done make your own bowl each time I went, once around 5pm on a weekday and another around 8:30pm on a Saturday, on Sat they were out of one of the dressings but it was almost closing. Line moved reasonably, not super slow but not lightning quick either. I think they're still getting in the groove since opening. Service was good, everyone was polite.
google avatar

Gada F.

Yelp
This is my first experience at Cava and my last. My experience was disappointing. After ordering the build your bowl and didn't find out the steak is premium which no where on the menu indicated. The girl at the beginning of the line was counting how many arugula leaves in my bowl and as I was pointing to the meat I wanted she told me to put my hand down which maybe that is probably why she didn't tell me the meat I selected was premium because she was too worried about my hand. After everything at $16 later, it's just an average tasting bowls. Don't waste your money.
google avatar

Alan J.

Yelp
These people have no idea what they're doing... 5 people in line took a total of almost 30 minutes!!! Dirty and disgusting with trash all over the floor. Food prep area was a MESS! What kind of imbecile is managing this place?!
google avatar

V K.

Yelp
Attempted to get a bowl a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon and the line was to the entrance door. Tried again during the week and I waited for approximately 25 minutes. Multiple people came into the restaurant and asked how low long I had been waiting. Lots of sits but very few people sitting. The restaurant appeared clean. This was my 1st experience at Cava. I enjoyed my take out bowl (steak & chicken) and thought that it was tasty and feeling. The line process was extremely slow and the staff appear indifferent about everything. Can't say that I am willing to go through this again just to get a take out item.

Shavon M.

Yelp
Love this place! Food is great! Staff is very attentive with great personalities! The decor is very spacious and inviting! Special thanks to Christian and Luchy for always getting me in and out with a smile! Don't forget to get some pita chips...they are my favorite!
google avatar

Juanita R.

Yelp
I Love CAVA and have been several times in MD. I ordered online and picked up from the driver up window. Positive- no hour long wait. Negative- the serving size was so small it was laughable, they should be ashamed of themselves!! The food was good, just not enough.

Al L.

Yelp
Terrible service. Takes forever to get food. Staff appear unmotivated and couldn't care less.

Totus Tuus J.

Yelp
Continually out of key ingredients. Employees are great, but whoever is managing this store is not taking care of inventory properly. Tables are not wiped down, garbage overflowing. They could do so much better. On the rare occasion they have all the ingredients, it's amazing, but it's a rarity since they've opened.

Yasmine S.

Yelp
Customer service is lacking and so is the cleanliness at this location. They are very stingy with the rice which is the base of the bowl. The guy gave me one scoop and a half of rice which was only enough for my toddler then said I had to pay extra for more rice. Ridiculous!!
google avatar

Reema M.

Yelp
We arrived there before the dinner rush, around 5 pm. Waited in line for far too long, only one guest was before us. Finally, when it was our turn, the attendant did not even know how to prep the bowl and couldn't accomodate simple modifications such as "no tomatoes" . The assembly line was a total mess, the food was not even looking appetizing after standing and waiting for what felt like forever. I was very disappointed.

Amelia T.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling for work. Nice serving of chicken. Delicious as always

SuzieQ ..

Yelp
Consistently slow service. Waited in the order pick up line (which is not a drive through) with only one car ahead of me for 45 min. They had 10+ bags of food packaged and near the window but no staff operating the window for people who have already paid. Underwhelming portions for the price. Unfortunately I don't see this business staying open very long.

Patrick P.

Yelp
Amazing worth the hype and the wait first you let be real there gonna be wait the place is popular and with that comes people you are better just working in and ordering. Me and the gf got two rice with some pita chips which are amazing the portions was as nice gf got like 3 scoops of steak I got half and half of two meats so a scoop of each. Very clean very nice workers be good people to the employees

Jack R.

Yelp
When I first joined the hour-long line, I kept reassuring myself that the food would be worth the wait and that the overall experience would make up for it. Unfortunately, I was let down almost immediately. What stood out first was the way the manager was treating the staff--openly humiliating workers in front of a line full of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely soured the atmosphere. To make matters worse, I never received the pita chips I paid for. I was told it would be a two-minute wait, which I was fine with--until I saw someone ahead of me get extra pita chips without paying, only to find out they were the last batch available. The manager then stood in the kitchen, ignoring the customers still waiting on their orders. I won't say I dislike CAVA as a whole, but this experience makes me not want to return to this location--or any CAVA again. I'd recommend avoiding this spot. It's simply not worth the drive or the wait. Mediocre food, visibly poor management, and a lack of care all around.

M S.

Yelp
"Ladybug" (the manager) provides 0/10 service. Her attitude is extremely rude, short, and snarky for me to be a paying customer excited about this new popular restaurant. I'd prefer for her to be in the back of the kitchen instead of dealing with customers with little to no customer service qualities. The line was extremely long and we waited about 1 hour for our food. The service was very slow and lacked kindness or even consideration after our long wait. The food was decent however portions were extremely skimpy & when requesting to add extra of any toppings, we got prompted with "sorry, no". Not to mention, I ordered a half steak, half chicken bowl, but got charged for double chicken and steak, which is not what I ordered. Unnecessarily bringing my total up to an extra $3. "Ladybug" also attempted to charge me for extra sauce on the side but LITERALLY put a teaspoon of sauce in the to-go cup. Overall, between the wait, the customer service from the manager Ladybug, and the food quality, I won't be returning to this location. It's unfortunate because every other CAVA location I've attended I've adored. Do better Canton!

Yelp
Same song as many other reviews. Online order came out an hour and 15 minutes later than the 15 estimate. no clear process for picking up online order.. wait and listen for someone to softly mumble a name and when you ask an employee if your order is up get yelled at rudely. Food was ok with small portions. I won't be back anytime soon or at all.

Rory J.

Yelp
45 minute wait for carry out after it was due. Asked for a refund then got my food. The line was 15 minutes faster. Food was very underwhelming - fatty steak half full. Forgot part of our order. Just no.

Rakan K.

Yelp
They are the worst food ever Service was very bad had multiple employees that were very racist and looked like they had an attitude. Food wasn't cooked right When I went in the bathroom it was very dirty Tables weren't clean Waitress proceeded to ask me if I'm gonna give a tip while she had an attitude. The whole restaurant was not clean. Table was not clean. There wasn't any cutlery or napkins I will never come back

Rich M.

Yelp
This place is ridiculously slow. Mobile order at 7 pm & chose 7:30 pm for pick up time. Was given 7:37 to be ready & to not enter drive thru line till notified that the order is ready. I entered the line at 7:30 assuming my order would be ready by the time I got to window. Was finally notified at 8 that it was ready. Line hardly moved by that point. It was 9:04 when I finally got my food. Got home opened my shawarma wrap & it was a cold sloppy soggy mess. Yeah, definitely won't be returning to Cava!

J K.

Yelp
Slowest service ever. Store is filthy dirty. You stick to the floor. 10 employees and not 1 wiping tables, emptying trash, cleaning the place. Juju should not be in customer service. Rude to customers and literally rolled her eyes at the customer in front of us for her mistake. Rang up our order without asking what we ordered and when I corrected her she literally said to me ' you were not clear'. I simply told her she made an assumption and didn't ask. Will not return and we love the food.

Ken S.

Yelp
I have always absolutely loved Cava, but this location has really disappointed me. We arrived five minutes after opening and there was no steak, lamb, falafel, feta sauce, and several other things available. There were ZERO fresh made drinks available (all of the containers sat empty with lids inside) The staff did not seem prepared or ready to offer an apology for not being ready. The worst part - the food was incredibly salty. Everything seemed overly seasoned, which I have not experienced at any other Cava location.

Yelp
Christopher was extremely helpful and polite throughout my entire experience in this establishment, even though they were very busy and slightly short staffed!

Yelp
8:00 PM Monday with 2 more hours til closing and they are out of so many menu items. Drink containers are all empty. Dining room is messy and dirty. Line was extremely slow but everyone working was very nice and polite. Won't be back.

Yelp
All of our orders were incorrect and some items were even forgotten. Having the most patience, it was a struggle to have someone acknowledge us. The drink we wanted was out in the main lobby and we were just told to get whatever else vs. use what they had in the back. I can't picture us having a second go around here because of how many mess ups with our orders

Yelp
I'd give it a zero if I could. We were treated HORRIBLY and will never return and would not recommend. We were there at dinner time and they were out of a lot of their toppings (feta, cucumbers, pita crisps, and more). Server was unbelievably rude - manager wouldn't provide her name - soft drink machine was out of syrup - just terrible from start to finish.

Yelp
Mixed experience. Staff is obviously overwhelmed by the lines, etc but the amount of people working is not an issue it's that SOME of the staff was sitting there talking instead of serving people. In the dressings/toppings area Tuesday 8/26 around 8:45 3 people stood there talking for like several minutes and complaining abt their boss. Girl working the far right of the line around the same time was GREAT and she made a point to tell people when there would be an up charge. Food was 10/10 literally perf but mixed service and I can tell they're stilll getting on their feet
