Hubby loves Cava. So when he heard they had one in Forney, he wanted to have lunch there. The decor is bright and open. Loved that! Staff were friendly and courteous. I love spicy foods. The meatballs and sauces definitely had a good kick to them. This Cava will be added to our list.

I am going to be honest and straightforward to the point that I paid 39 dollars for two pita sandwiches, no extras, and almost nothing inside them, the girls at the food counter are shaking when they put the food on the pita bread, and I remember when the size of food was decent for the price, now, this is bad, I know everything is more expensive nowadays thanks to previous worst administration ever, but, hey, do not low your quality, you guys are not serving expensive stuff here, don't try to become millionaires in one year. Chilosos got huge burritos for 14 dollars and are twice the size of your sandwich, yeah, I know you will say a burrito from chilosos is not like your intended Greek food, it is more expensive to create a burrito for the materials, than your sandwiches. Absolutely loved my first visit to Cava! This place nails fresh Mediterranean casual dining with extraordinary flavor in every bite. The menu has a fantastic variety of options — everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and well-seasoned. What really stood out was the staff. They were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and gave amazing recommendations that made my first visit even better. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Can’t wait to come back — this is definitely a new favorite spot! Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service.

Will be back! This was out first time. They gave us a war welcome and also helped us with making decisions and took their time really appreciate them. Iya was extremely helpful and gave a good vibe 🥰 so much food we have some to take home!!

Love Cava… yes the sizes have changed a bit but that’s of no fault of the workers. The girls r always nice and forthcoming with suggestions on sauce n what to pick. Never had a bad experience! Love when the young lady with brownish curls is at the girl.. meat is always cooked just right! Always our spot to go to!

The food tasted amazing and the service was great! I received a good amount of food for the price and that is very important to me whenever I eat outside of my home. Second, it is also important that the food taste great as well. I also spoke with Summer the general manager and she was very kind and served us well. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I personally enjoyed everything about my visit in Forney, Texas. It was a clean and quiet spot to enjoy lunch.

Still love CAVA, but this location needs to rethink portions I visited the CAVA in Forney today and while I’ve always appreciated the fresh ingredients and unique flavors, I left feeling disappointed and honestly a little surprised by how minimal the portions were—especially given the price. I ordered two bowls, drinks, and some pita bread. The total came to just about $50, and each bowl was around $22. What caught me off guard was how little food actually ended up in the bowls. Even while watching them assemble it, I noticed the ingredients being scooped with what felt like extreme caution—almost like they were trying to stretch out leftovers. The rice portion, for example, barely covered the bottom of the bowl. By the time I got home and opened the bag, it really looked like a leftover bowl I’d packed up after already eating half. What makes it more frustrating is that the chicken I ordered (their new flavor) was really good—so it’s not an issue of quality. And I understand that CAVA uses high-quality ingredients, which I appreciate. But the value just didn’t match the cost or the expectations based on their advertising photos. I also noticed a big ad at the front of the store showcasing full, hearty bowls—mine didn’t come close to looking like that, and it left me questioning whether I’ll return to this particular location. I’ve had better, more balanced experiences at other CAVA spots around Dallas where the bowls actually feel worth the price. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency at this location. I’d love to keep supporting CAVA, but right now, I’d hesitate before coming back.

From the many Cava locations that I have visited, this one has to be by far the best overall. The restaurant was clean and fully stocked on their popular items. Summer has definitely made a great effort of managing her team and it shows. Ida was very polite and provided excellent customer service, especially with answering some questions that I had regarding their new menu options. Thank you all for the great energy and experience!!

The inside is always well maintained, staff is consistent in the service they provide, and the portion sizes are plentiful. My only concern is whether they have lids or something to cover the food now that the weather is warming up, as I did spot a couple of flies inside today & know it won't be long before the gnats start to try and infiltrate the restaurant as well. With everything being left out in the open it's only a matter of time before a bug is found in someone's bowl/wrap.

Food is great! I love the digital drive through. I absolutely love the pita chips. Staff at this area are very welcoming. Most cavas have that. When we do eat inside, it lacks the warmth feeling but it's clean.

I'm glad we now have a Mediterranean restaurant in Forney. Place was nice and clean. The young lady that helped me with my order was very nice! Menu offered a good selection of food and it's fresh. Kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. I got the garlicky chicken shawarma bowl and pita chips. They really good. I couldn't eat the whole bowl. I will be eating here often

First time here and The customer service was great let's start there! I can't remember what my friend got but they said it was delicious and very flavorful they also got the cucumber mint lime water and it was good. My bowl was tasty and unique something like I had never had before I just wouldn't get the hummus next time . Also $20 for a bowl is kinda insane to me kinda seems like a luxury place I would go and treat myself once in a while but that's just me.

Portions are terrible. Hardly any arugula at all. This was with an added avocado. Not sure I would go back.

Neat little place if you want something healthy and different. Food was very tasty and unique. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Good experience.

per usual food was good but the bowl was quite light for the price. Portions need to match the price. I been thinking about not eating there anymore due to portion sizes prices to high to still be hungry after eating the entire bowl.

I really like this place, the employee named Samantha was very helpful and polite. Food was awesome. And the employee was very welcoming. 10/10

Delicious food, HORRIBLE quality control. We have door dashed from this location at least 10 times in the last 2 months. We have gotten the correct food 2 of those times. Something is ALWAYS missing and this time our favorite sauces were missing. We have given them chance after chance, but we will no longer use them. Be aware!!!

This is my 1st time here (going to new places for 2024) & the staff was PHENOMENAL!!! They were so helpful and sweet! The restaurant is very clean and in order. My bowl was packed with fresh ingredients that were all seasoned well. The only issue is the greens aren't cut up more like I prefer but everything else was great! I'll definitely be back.

Service get a solid 4 stars as Kylie was very helpful and full of life 20 mins to closing and patient. We had a party at our house 12/30 and once it was over we grew hungry and didn't have any food left so we ran out and made it here with 25 min to spare. We love CAVA as we've had Cava in NY, NC, MD & more so we are familiar with the process and know what we like. The falafel is a -5 stars as it was dry and overcooked. I'm not sure if it was because it was from the bottom and last couple but yuck. The sauces were good and the hummus. I also enjoyed my rice so everything else was solid just the falafel was WAY OFF ..

The picture doesn't do it any justice...definitely looks so much better in person lol. First time trying cava and omg, I loved it!!! The food and the service I received were great. I can't wait to go back.

This place is so good. I've gone twice and I just learned about this maybe a week ago. The staff were friendly and boy do they pile on the toppings unlike another restaurant I know. The food is delicious and healthy!!!!!! This is my new go- to place!

Delicious choices! Fast service each time I've been. Always cleab, ready to serve you. I love this place so much - super greens my favorite I could eat here daily! Kinda on the pricey side BUT better eating cost more... rack up points and use them late! lol Friendly staff willing to help with food choices and explain if need. I came in on a Thursday afternoon, this was my first time ever going to a cava. All the options were very overwhelming, but the sweet girl who took my order took time to explain everything and offer suggestions. I will be definitely coming back to this location. This girl made my experience so great, the food is phenomenal, but the service is even better! I didn't catch her name, I would include it if I did, but she had on these adorable Chanel earrings!

Excellent service! Every time I come in, they take good care of my order and I'm a frequent customer. Try the harissa avocado with the braised lamb - it is mindblowing!

I pray that management gets this location together! My wife and I have always wanted healthier options in Forney and Cava was a solution but placing high school in the facility to operate the location could be detrimental. We weren't greeted when entering the line, my wife expressed the visit being our first and the employee offered no assistance for ordering; the young lady just stood there with a response of, "Oh." I don't blame the kids for acting like children but I would think they would have an adult manager on shift to address these issues, knowing that it's a new location and must work out concerns. We will visit this location again in hopes of better service but definitely not a third if we experience the same poor service. It's a shame too because the healthier food option if definitely what Forney needs!

We have always loved the food from Cava until this last experience. We ordered on the app for a pickup time. Got there and it wasn't ready- waiting in their digital drive up line for twenty minutes and still wasn't ready. And not like it was busy. Three people inside and one car in front of me. And it's Forney. Come on. Got home only to find our pita wrap was DRENCHED in sauce and folded like a taco. Its was disgusting. The pita was cold. And the meat was sub par. Tried calling to speak to someone- no one would answer after my three attempts so here I am. 2/10 on this location.

The proportions for this order are considerably smaller than my previous orders. Since I completed an online order in the app I was not there to see them prepare my order, hence the smaller portion.

The Falafel was overcooked , broken, hard and there were only three pieces. I paid for an extra serving of hummus and didn't receive it. the man at the window is rude and doesn't appear to enjoy his job. The drive thru pick up orders are always lacking items. No one ever answers the phone. this location needs better management, or it will not last.

I love CAVA the food is wonderful, something new and fresh!! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the service. We have been here in line for one hours. Totally understand the rush of a new restaurant and extra people coming to try the food. However management should take that into consideration in staffing. The ambiance is fine the seating is not great.

I think I was the first person to walk in today. Showed up as they were opening. Everyone that I interacted with was extremely pleasant and eager to help. I ended up taking the food to go and ate it ate home. It was delicious. The only thing I was concerned about was that there wasn't a tip option and I didn't have any cash. Other than that I think y'all did a great job with the opening!! Keep it up!!!!

Good high-quality food and drink station had many options. Eat inside. It's sadly small but it had clean tables and friendly team members. We will go again. Just don't understand why the dining area is so small.

Ms.Olga is patient,kind and very knowledgeable on the food and sources. She deserves a 10 stars. She was soo nice best experience in Forney in forever. Location is always clean and entire staff is always just as kind as Ms.Olga. Happy Cava is In Forney

FAKE Mediterranean. Real Mediterranean use olive oil, not seed oils or olive oil blends. It makes a noticeable difference and it's just that simple.

It was very yummy, and there were TONS of options. I got to really pile the veggies on, and they were not stingy like a lot of other places can be. They had good drink options, with lots of those fun teas/lemonades/flavored waters. The inside did however have the same vibe as a subway, and I would rather go there with a bunch of friends than a date/family thing.

My husband and I went to Cava today for lunch. The staff was very helpful explaining the choices available. We both had a choice of a bowl mixture. I had two different greens and white rice as a base. Then I chose the lamb and honey spicy chicken. The lamb was tender and the honey chicken was spicy hot. I chose an eggplant mixture, pickled onions and red hummus to put on top. The drinks available are uniquely made. I had the speciality root beer. It was very good. We will go back.

Nice new clean restaurant. But, it was freezing cold inside. So, we chose to eat on the patio. The line was a bit long. I went with the Greek Chicken Pita. My wife did a build your own with the same chicken. Both pitas were delicious. The portion size is generous (a lot of chicken). We decided to get pita chips and a dip to go along with the pitas. Everything was delicious. I did feel like the chips and dip were a little overpriced. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I wish it was a little more economical.

The customer service was very friendly and professional. We went in on Saturday, December 23rd around 3:00pm. We enjoyed the food as it is an alternative to eating burgers and fried foods. Thank you for taking the time to explain the menu options and offering a free slice of pita bread for me to try.

I ordered online. I ordered one pita with just a few ingredients. I paid $2.49 to add avocado. I got home, and there was no avocado. So, I paid $14.61 for one pita and it was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant. They don't answer the phone or return calls. I won't go back.

It's so nice to have such a unique choice in Forney. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and quick. Think of this place like Mediterranean subway. You pick what you want to put in a bowl or a wrap. Yum, yum!

Cava has arrived in Forney so excited to have a healthy option here in town. So fresh so fast so friendly. The shipping center in brand new so I wasn't sure it was open but they and the food was delicious

No traveling to Dallas for great Cava, food is phenomenal (steak) and the service provided by Trinia (Sp) was great.... adding suggestions to the already over flowing Pita... only issue was the AC was full blast bbbrr... great food and service... R.R.

First time visiting. I asked for no pickled onions on a pita and got pickled onions. I ordered pita chips and got no pita chips. store says call support from the app. no number listed on the app to call. also Forney is not even listed as a store. Horrible first and last experience.

Food good and so convenient that it's in our neighborhood but please get our orders right been here 4 times since opening and orders always getting done incorrect especially at car pickup and once inside. I know team still new but I want my food right.
