I do not recommend this store to my worst enemy
hands down worst customer service.
Keep in my I love my cava location I was 1.5hr from home and so excited to eat.
I found you could order online (my store doesn't have this option) so I pulled over submitted my order at 735 for 745 car pickup. i was in parking lot waiting so at 746 I pulled up with one car in front of me. I noticed it took along time it must have been 10 min I heard the girl say sorry for the long wait, I gave them benefit of doubt i pulled up and waited, it was 15 min i sat at the window staring inside only 1 employee acted working while another two walked around socializing with soda in hand, meanwhile i could see a group of people inside at cashier so they should have been working. So I figured if they won't come to the window I'll walk inside, I walked up to counter waited to be greeted, when the only guy working asked to help I mentioned I sat at the drive up window and my order should be ready and asked him to check, he walked to a counter where several to-go bags sat looked then came back, said sorry it wasn't ready he was going to walk away when i asked calmly, can you make it now since no one in line. He turned to ask someone (maybe a manager but not a good one), if he was allowed to make it for me, she shrugged her shoulders and said sure. unbelievable, if I've paid and it's not ready and your not waiting on anyone why not make my food. He proceeded to help (thank the lord) I tried to show him my receipt and explained my order was standard greek salad, honestly I upgraded the meat and added side of pita bread but at this point i didn't care. After he slide my bowl to me I walked over to the end near cashier looking for silverware, there was about 8 people standing around appeared to be waiting on call ahead orders and they were mad I left it was 8:10.
After I stopped to eat I felt the quality was poor and food portion was not as expected.
What i didn't share was I saw at least 6 people so there were many people on shift and no excuse to not have food ready.. and act decent to your customers that you wronged. this deserves 0 stars
