I *love* the food at Cava, so I let a lot slide. This location never has my mobile order ready (even when I select a time 15 mins before I know I will arrive, to give them a lead time) and they usually forget to put silverware in the bag, even when I select this. I only come by late in the evenings, so there is never a crowd. The self serve silverware by the drinks are always either empty or the canisters filthy 😷

The blueberry lavender drink with garlic chicken + veggies pita. Oh my God it was my first time here, but trying this meal was absolutely delicious. I love Mediterranean food! So healthy so fresh and so delicious! So glad I got to try it out with my family. Will definitely be coming back again!

They were very busy today at lunch but the guy on grill immediately helped me get my online order and was super nice. He had gauges, thank you! Today I got the Greek salad, get your dressings and hummus on side 🥗

I ordered food from here today and overall the atmosphere was nice and i didn’t see anything that made me think other wise. I got my food to go but when i got home i saw i long piece of hair in my food, i then started to look closer and noticed smaller pieces of hair through out my bowl . Food looked delicious but i was more shocked that i had started to eat the food with out noticing the hair. Overall i won’t be going back to this place since it seems that whoever is prepping the food is not wearing proper hair nets . Disgusting .

They were very lovely here as they always are. My friend and I always drive to Cava in Kyle because we love the food and the employees. They are always so sweet. The servings were amazing and the food taste delicious!

Cava is a great place to get a delicious and healthy meal. The build-your-own bowl concept allows for many combinations and caters to everyone. I enjoyed the many different sauces to choose from. I had great customer service thanks to Erin and Naomi. Will definitely be coming back!

Joanna made a fantastic recommendation. Custom pita for the win! I loved the Harissa flatbread and the cucumber mint limeade as well!

My boyfriend and I recently visited for the first time and it was delicious! Nick was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the menu and give us some recommendations! Our favorite was the Harissa Chicken! It was super flavorful! He also let us know about the pita chips and we had to try them! Overall, we really enjoyed it! The service was excellent and we will absolutely be back regularly!

My recent lunch experience at Cava was simply outstanding. The food was phenomenal, showcasing fresh ingredients and expertly balanced flavors. I loved that the food was made to order right in front of me, very similar to Chipotle. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant ambiance for lunch. Overall, I highly recommend Cava for anyone looking for a fantastic lunch spot with great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning for more delicious meals.

Last night was my 1st time trying CAVA and I will not be back. I purposely ordered my salad through the app 45 minutes before I picked it up. I sat, waiting at the digital drive thru for at least 20 minutes for a steak salad. I could see workers piling on ingredients while I sat patiently. I finally got my salad, got home to what looked like the most miniscule amount of greens they could spare, and no steak. I also ordered pita bread, which was a no too. I added a side order of their eggplant dip for $3.50; it was one ounce of watery mush. I tried calling them 3x and of course, no one answered. You can tell by the picture exactly how much veg was in the bowl...sad. Want a salad? Save your time and money and go to HEB right across the street.

Updating my review...This is the 3rd time dining here. I really love that we have healthy options such as Cava in Kyle, but my goodness there hasn't been any improvement these past few days. If ever I believe the staff have regressed. I think it's pretty negligent for this location to leave a new restaurant and new staff without a seasoned manager or supervisor. I am still rating it a 3 because the staff appear to be friendly and nice...just lack guidance and a structured assembly line process. I really hope it gets better because the food quality is there. I recommend the pita versus the salad option. It appears the salad option is not as plentiful or filling. The ambiance is new and the decor is modern. I just wished they invested in a seasoned manager or supervisor that is able to guide the staff.

The night before they opened to the public, Cava had a free meal evening that my wife and I were lucky enough to get tickets to. To be ultra simplistic, Cava is a Mediterranean version of Chipotle or Mod Pizza. You choose a protein and a base and whether you want it in a pita or as a bowl. I chose the spicy lamb meatballs (one of the super helpful employees recommended) with the lentils as a base. I would normally order something pretty much how it came, but I decided to go all out (it was free) and add a bunch of extras... so on a normal day I would have never added the avocado (on account of the price), but it was delicious. The entire experience was wonderful and this is a welcome and fairly healthy option for a lunch or dinner where you can get out the door at under $15 per person.

Great food and great team members. Management needs to pick it up with the leadership, a lot of the workers are young and have no work ethic here. Other than that, the food always hits when done correctly

I visited this location last night, and I was served by Marquez and Vincent. They offered the BEST customer service and were extremely friendly. I was also there last week, and Marquez and Tanna made my visit extra special. The food is always fresh, the restaurant looks clean, and the service keeps me going back. I hope someone recognizes these 3 top performers and shows them this review. Thanks again for excellent service.

I love that Kyle has a Cava! This place is great! I had never been to one before until the opening of this one. It is like a Mediterranean chipotle as far as the set up goes. They have preselected menu items to choose from or you can custom build your own bowl, wrap, or salad. The harissa avocado bowl is fantastic and I recommend that if you're not sure what to get! It is still a relatively new place so the staff are definitely still learning and are slower than they could be, but that's expected for the age of this establishment. The employees have always been extremely friendly and welcoming otherwise. Relatively quick, tasty food that's nearby is all I could ask for! This is my new favorite lunch place for days that I work!

We adore this place; it's a fave! Absolutely incredible array of food options. You have to get the pita chips; they are the best things I've ever tasted. Highly recommend Cava.

We arrived about 20 minutes until closing. They had run out of the Harissa honey chicken and were making more. My husband ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl so he had to wait. They asked if he was okay with that as well as others in line, and they were okay with the wait, which was minimal. The manager, Jay, was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. The food was delicious and if we lived in Kyle, we'd definitely be back.

The customer service here is pretty abysmal, it seems like pickup orders are never ready when the app says they are & there's no real process for picking them up. I have always had to pull an employee and ask about my orders because they don't put them on any shelf or anything for easy access--kind of eliminates the "convenience" factor if you need to wait in line to pick up an order. Even delivery, my order never made it to my door. It seems the only way to get your food is if you dine-in.

We've been now a few times, after discovering the "secret:" do NOT use online ordering with drive-through pickup. If you go inside and make sure they put into your order what you want it's as good as it gets. One point deduction -- this goes to CAVA in general, not just this location: they keep introducing ever more meat options, while the only meatless protein option (aside from the black lentils, which are delicious and not marked as protein) are gummy falafel balls with *blech* cilantro. Is there a requirement these days that SOMETHING has to contain this ingredient that tastes like soap to a not-small number of people? Here's an idea: offer it as a topping, like olives.

Wonderful staff and great food. If you like Mediterranean food, this is the place to go.

This Cava is amazing!!' For it just opening it runs so efficiently and fast, even when the line is to the door. And they're not light on the hand like the competitor up the street. The staff is friendly and the Manager Steven was leading the team in an upbeat steady manner! Love this cava location!

Ordered a bowl with like 10 ingredients, received a bowl with rice and chicken. Uber eats also declined to refund me. Buyer beware.

I wanted to try this for some time. Had time today around 2. They weren't terribly busy but had a steady stream of folks. Staff was very helpful and quickly got us through the line. Ordered a bowl with greens, taziki, hummus and chicken. Also tacked on pita chips and it was all FANTASTIC! I will certainly come back!

This was my first visit to Cava two days ago, and my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and delicious the food looked and the taste was even better. The person at the counter was very friendly and patient, helping us navigate through the menu. There were so many fresh choices to choose from. Jay, the manager on duty, was so kind and very helpful in suggesting various options for us to try and sample, which most are my new fav's. You get very generous portions for a great price and I love that they offer a tasty kid's option. The restaurant was clean and inviting with nice aromas. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend.

Never have I ever felt as welcomed as i did walking into this cava location. The staff was sooo accommodating and very generous with the proportions! The cashier was very friendly and patient! 10/10 i will be returning!

Everything tasted way fresher than some of the Austin locations but the portion was pretty small compared to those locations too.

I absolutely am obsessed with Cava. It's my favorite food to pick up after a long day at work. It's so close to my work and I always recommend it to my San Marcos friends since they just opened up the Kyle location which is so close to us! The service at Kyle is the best! I placed an order to be ready at 1:30 and arrived at 1:40. I sat in the pick up line for 20 mins before getting out of line and going inside to continue to wait. Then they tried to give me the wrong order. They came back at 2:08 and said they were out of one of the items I requested. I said to take that item off and refund me that amount. She said I have to email them to request a refund?? Sure, that definitely seems like I'll get my refund. I told them to just give me something else. Finally got my food at 2:11. I left without checking my bag since I had already waited for so long and I was missing part of my order. Don't take online orders, don't have a pickup window if you can't accommodate orders and train your staff. The food I actually received was fine but the wait and the incompetent service ruined it.

Had dinner here last night. I love Mediterranean food and this place hit the spot. The food was great and very fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all questions. A great dining experience overall.

This was our first time eating here and it was a great experience. Marquez gave amazing service and was very patient as we navigated the line. He explained everything really well and offered samples of anything we wanted to try. The food is fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend trying. 10/10

Great fresh food and amazing service from JJ and Ashley. I got a bowl with Honey Harissa chicken and it was so fresh and flavorful; it's the best meal I've had in a long time. We will now be making the drive from San Marcos often.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The food is ok. I waited in line for 50 minutes after ordering ahead though. Wth? They really need to get the digital pickup process figured out. I could've gone to a sit down restaurant for lunch in that amount of time. Get it together!

Food is awesome, and the service is fast and friendly! Stephen and Lauren were friendly and helpful! The only thing I would say needs some work is their portion sizes are not what I would hope! But overall awesome!

I guess this location is brand new so there is definitely room for improvement. The food was good but the service was so slow. The employees had no sense of urgency, even with a line out the door. Each employee on the food assembly line was slower than the last. By the time I took my food to a table it wasn't hot anymore. Also, none of the tables were being wiped in between guests so every table was dirty with crumbs and grease. We waited in line over 25 minutes.

Even when busy, the staff is always so sweet!! I've been here multiple times since the store has opened. I work at a smoothie king nearby, and I never doubt I'll get a good lunch from this location!

Went to Cava today on the way to work came in around 8pm and there was a very short line. Place is new so everything looks nice and clean. Shoutout to Jay who made me the best Cava bowl I've had in my life. Also got a bowl for my girlfriend and she enjoyed it as well. Great to have Mediterranean food so close to home. I will be coming back again!

I do not recommend this store to my worst enemy hands down worst customer service. Keep in my I love my cava location I was 1.5hr from home and so excited to eat. I found you could order online (my store doesn't have this option) so I pulled over submitted my order at 735 for 745 car pickup. i was in parking lot waiting so at 746 I pulled up with one car in front of me. I noticed it took along time it must have been 10 min I heard the girl say sorry for the long wait, I gave them benefit of doubt i pulled up and waited, it was 15 min i sat at the window staring inside only 1 employee acted working while another two walked around socializing with soda in hand, meanwhile i could see a group of people inside at cashier so they should have been working. So I figured if they won't come to the window I'll walk inside, I walked up to counter waited to be greeted, when the only guy working asked to help I mentioned I sat at the drive up window and my order should be ready and asked him to check, he walked to a counter where several to-go bags sat looked then came back, said sorry it wasn't ready he was going to walk away when i asked calmly, can you make it now since no one in line. He turned to ask someone (maybe a manager but not a good one), if he was allowed to make it for me, she shrugged her shoulders and said sure. unbelievable, if I've paid and it's not ready and your not waiting on anyone why not make my food. He proceeded to help (thank the lord) I tried to show him my receipt and explained my order was standard greek salad, honestly I upgraded the meat and added side of pita bread but at this point i didn't care. After he slide my bowl to me I walked over to the end near cashier looking for silverware, there was about 8 people standing around appeared to be waiting on call ahead orders and they were mad I left it was 8:10. After I stopped to eat I felt the quality was poor and food portion was not as expected. What i didn't share was I saw at least 6 people so there were many people on shift and no excuse to not have food ready.. and act decent to your customers that you wronged. this deserves 0 stars

They are trying and I know there is training going on but I got really gypped on the two bowls I bought today. 1/2 full. I've been eating at Cava in Round Rock for awhile so I know what to expect and this $30 lunch was a disappointment. Get it together y'all!

inconsistent quality, first time i ate here my food was yummy and fresh with fair portions but since then it hasn't been. i don't recommend ordering ahead, every time i have everything is either stale despite having to wait on it still, they don't tell you they were out of what you ordered they just substitute with what they have, or they short you with out notice. been to other locations without any issues so i thought they just needed time to settle in as a new location however been there recently and no improvements.regardless, staff is great possibly just a management issue.

staff acts so clueless and aren't properly trained, did not get my pick up order correct and the portion of food them was DISRESPECTFUL, huge waste of money.
