We went there over the weekend , it seems that only the food delivery people actually walk in , the dining room was empty, austere , too cold for anyone to enjoy their meal. Talking about the meal as seen in the pictures the greens seemed old , looked bad and the wrap was not better. The girls who did it didn’t seem to know anything about the menu she used a card every step while building the bowl . She had a nose ring and I believe a cold because I was worried she’ll be drooling on my food. The salad bar was disorganized and looked terrible , this was an awful experience. I suggest everyone to go inside and see how this place looks like /behaves like before you order online .Too bad because the building looks nice on the outside. Ps: I don’t need a copied/ pasted PR answer, if the management wants to see anything they can do it by using the 20 cameras around kitchen/ front counter.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA, and I have to give a special shout-out to Nene! Her service was truly impeccable—she was patient, kind, and went above and beyond in a way you don’t see often anymore. She made the entire experience welcoming and enjoyable. The food was outstanding, fresh, and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was extremely clean and inviting, which I really appreciated. Between the excellent service, great food, and positive environment, this location has definitely earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely be returning very soon—thank you, Nene, for setting the standard for exceptional service!

This CAVA location exceeded my expectations! Nene provided exceptional customer service—she was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Her positive attitude truly stood out and made the visit even better. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, creating a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal. I consistently have an amazing experience whenever I visit this Cava location, and it is entirely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kelly and Paris! They are truly exceptional—beyond kind, always smiling, and they remember me every time I come in. They create such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They are funny, sweet, and genuinely the best part of my visit. I am always thoroughly impressed by how they move a long line. Great food is important, but great service like this is what makes a restaurant stand out. Kelly and Paris deserve major recognition for their dedication to customer service. They make every trip to Cava a pleasure!

Decided to stop at the Veterans Cava location, but I sort of regret it. Normally when you walk in a place of business you are at least greeted and treated with attentiveness. The salad was pretty good and satisfying. Unfortunately, the pita chips were nauseating. It’s usually my favorite snack on my way home, but after trying the first one i noticed the rancid oily taste and texture. Once I got home I realized they were either refried or fried in old warm grease. On top of that both the sweet tea and lemonade machines were empty. I think I may stick with my usual location in Harrahan.

$20 for roughly 2 scoops of lettuce and little meat. Container is less than half full. Good food, bad service in general. I was a regular customer but thinking it’s time to move on from eating here.

We stopped at CAVA for a quick lunch. They're great for a healthy on-the-go option. Almost no wait time when we were there and it's a large location with plenty seating. I do wish they had an outdoor area as well. I tried their falafel bowl and liked it. Next time, I'll try building my own!

Food is good but everytime ive ordered pickup either one of the items in the bowl was missing or it was swapped between the two bowls that I usually order. It would be understandable if there was an error every now and then, but its almost 99% of the time that I order. Employees need to do better on reading the tickets correctly and not missing or mixing up instructions.

I honestly believe they give you better portions when you order through the app. Usually when I'm ordering in person, it's like what did I just get for over $18. This go round I got my $18 worth! The only reason I am giving them a 3/5 is because they said my order would be done at 7:20 pm, it was not ready until after 7:56 pm. I had to stand there and wait for it. But the portion size was amazing and the food was really good and hot. I get the bowl. My go to order is ft in the picture, I was so hungry I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it.

Went for a work lunch! WOWEE! Tasty. I'd heard about it a few weeks ago with high reviews and I was even blown away after hearing good reviews! Very tasty, healthy options and a variety of choices. The service was friendly and quick for lunch. The seating layout was NOT jammed as many restaurants can be. I hope to return soon! I'm had lamp meatballs with roasted pepper hummus, cucumber salad, and a few other toppings. I'm late to review.

cava is one of my favorites. the food is great. unfortunately my food was not great today. i had gotten the text that my order was ready so i drove in. told them my name, and waited 10 minutes. finally someone passed by and i asked if they had just forgotten i was out there, to which they rudely answered they were waiting on chips. would've been nice to know lol! 20 minutes later i got my cold pita, and they also forgot my dressing that i ordered on the side in the app. i was just extremely uncomfortable by the customer service here. i walked inside and asked for my extra sauce and wasn't acknowledged by a worker for another 5 minutes. i told them i had just been in the drive through line. they really didn't care. long story short: do not come here if you are looking for a quick meal with attentive and helpful staff!!

Cava is my new addiction! This location is better than the other location in the area. The food here is always super fresh. I always get the bowl with grains and greens, it makes me feel super healthy. Even when the lines are long, they're able to take your order without too much wait time. It's a pretty simple space, and it's fairly clean.

The food was fresh and the staff were friendly! The quality and quantity of the food was perfect! It was our first time there so I struggled a bit with decision making but they were great assisting me. I also had the limeaid and cucumber drink. It was the right amount of sweet and refreshing. The tables were spread out far enough to enjoy without being too close or intrusive in someone else's space. I'll definitely be back!

This is my new go to spot when I'm in Metairie. The flavor combinations are impeccable. I first tried the steak mezze salad and picked up from the drive thru. This place gets really packed but the wait isn't bad. We need one on the westbank

I went here once, and it was delicious! Sadly, don't have any pictures, but it's really cool because it's kind of like chipotle but for Mediterranean food. You can assemble your own bowls and salads and wraps. And they do have some premade/pre-designed Bowls on the menu that you can order. I think I had falafel and hummus and pickled vegetables over a bit of greens with a pita slice, and it was divine! Will be back.

Unfortunately since my boyfriend plays for the Saints, we had to have a little late dinner. Closed early even though summer closing hours are 10:30pm. The door will be open but they won't be serving you any food. They really stop serving at 10pm. You know who actually closes at their time... Got a salad ubered to me. Very similar to Zoe's kitchen. Very flavorful. I haven't been inside this location but have driven by the area. It's easily accessible

Out of all fast food options available, I'd put Cava right at the top of the list. No doubt I'll be eating here for quite some time!

Terrible! Out of all proteins, out of half the vegetables. Very disappointing to come in for dinner and have minimal choices hours before closing!

Absolutely amazing! Our whole family loves Cava! We eat here once a week atleast. I love the salad bowls with chicken, sweet potato, tons of veggies, crazy feta, garlic sauce etc. the pita chips are just insane with the crazy feta. Hubby likes the pita wraps with the honey harissa chicken and tons of topping. Great selection of fresh juice/mexican cola and cane sugar soft drinks. Staff is always welcoming, attentive and helpful. The inside has always been clean and the drive thru used to be pretty slow but has since sped up and had all my orders ready on time. HIGHLY SUGGEST this place! Oh and a bonus the portions are HUGE!

Leaving this review because every time I come to this location they are always out of food items. Also, the staff is not the friendliest, but I believe this could be due to being over worked. Tonight I went out of my way and drove to the Elmwood location after witnessing multiple online orders be filled before anyone in the lobby was addressed. Veterans is way too populated for this location not to be on top of its game.

horrible service, one of the workers was VERY rude. Made my bowl wrong and when confronted I received nothing but unnecessary attitude. Cava seriously do better while hiring people. Meanwhile the other employee was the sweetest ever. Seriously do better.

Always love coming here! Had an online order and had to wait but not terribly long. Great staff and food is amazing! The restaurant itself has great ambiance.

The most delicious Mediterranean food that I have ever eaten--and the portion sizes are so big!

Worst CAVA I've ever been too customer service is terrible. Waited for over 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me standing there. Then when I ordered they out of everything and the place was empty so there is no reason I should have waited.

Waited in digital drive thru for 40 minutes. I ordered ahead. Food was supposed to be ready by 7:15. When I pulled up, they hadn't even started making it. Didn't get my food until 8:00.

Don't order on the app. Wrong toppings are added. This is also the second time I've ordered on the app with drive thru pick up that sauces on the side weren't included. Best to order inside. There is still not a way to leave a review on the app or to call.

Fresh flavorful food, super friendly staff! The whipped feta and crispy pita is a must. The lamb wrap is incredible! I hope they open one of these near me!!

I am so excited that we finally got a CAVA!!!! I have missed this place so much since I left Los Angeles. The food quality is on par! Loving it

Delivery from here was a mistake. I waited an hour and 45 minutes only to be so disappointed with this steak bowl. Not only was the bowl made incorrectly, the steak was so cold as if it had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. The tomatoes are soggy. And the bowl is only filled up halfway. I complained to Uber Eats and they only gave me $1.00 back! Will never order from here again.

If I could leave a zero, I would. When I first started coming to this location, I loved it. Great food, service, all for a good price. But now, every single time I go they either don't have an item available or mess up my order completely. I am on the go constantly and thus use their drive thru pickup option. Most recently they added kale into my bowl instead of the romaine lettuce I ordered. It was filled with stems!! I just hope this location gets it back together.

Always delicious, with good service. My go to place when I'm craving a salad. Love how this is located in a shopping center, there's always parking .

I've only tried the lamb meatball pita, but I've had it beaucoup t times. It's delicious every time. I'm looking forward to trying a bowl next time.

Omg Cava where have you been all this time?? I first tried cava in Baton Rouge on a errands run, and was already impressed.. now, 3months in and my husband and I are regulars at our neighborhood location.. to go or dining in, it's always been great!! Such good healthy food for a good price!! Customizable bowls?? Can I have enough of it?? Sometimes we eat cava bowls 3times a week!! The harrissa avocado is my base with some additions that even the staff already know about (thumbs up on customers service guys!) I've already spread the word because this is really healthy affordable food!!

Food and service are solid. Food is always fresh. I like that's they have a drive thru option for pick up orders.

Very tasty. Need more salad. More salad would actually help balance the saltiness/tastiness of the dish too. I came for the vegetablesssss. Please honor more greens as it should be the main point of a salad bowl. Greek Salad Bowl says half arugula and half romaine; only arugula salad was in this bowl. This is my second time eating at Cava on Veterans and was hoping for a better experience. Should make it more appealing somehow as well. Didn't look appetizing.

Cava is my absolute all time favorite. Quick and easy pickup, staff is always super friendly and don't mind letting me sample their products when I'm trying something new! Definitely check this location out! And don't forget to try their amazing pita chips

Placed an online order for pick up, went at the given time and was told it was being worked on. There was no line when I arrived, and two waiting for to-go orders that came out quickly. 10 minutes later another employee told me the order was still being worked on. 15 minutes after my designated pick up time I get my order, and both wraps are soaking wet to the point of being inedible. What's the point of ordering online if it would be faster and fresher to just order when I get there? Looks like I'll keep on going to the Elmwood location.

Ms. Jennas service was amazing when I encountered a problem with my order. She was diligent in making the order right when it wasn't beforehand. I can tell she's a great asset to Cavas team.

Food is always great but to-go orders not allowed a bag?? Could'nt get a bag and ended up dropping my fork in between the seat in the car. Thank God the extra skug sauce on the side didnt spill too! Please allow to go orders to get a bag.

Food was good but service was bad. Never greet you when you come in nor a have a nice day after you paid. Felt like they didn't want me to eat there

It kills me to give a bad review when the food is absolutely stellar. I got a grains bowl and I was blown away with all the flavors and the portion for the cost was more than sufficient. Zero complaints with the quality. But y'all. 10 minutes per car in the drive-thru pick up lane is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you order and set a pick up time. I got behind a car at 11:42 and moved up once by 11:52, and then again by 12:02, and I left at 12:13. That means, if you're 6 cars deep, which shouldn't be a big deal, you'd have to wait a full hour for your food. That's insane for a fast-food-style Mediterranean restaurant. No "sorry it took so long". No explanation. Just "have a good day". And I do take into account that this location is new, relatively speaking, but this ain't day 1 guys, or even month 1. Just...unacceptable. Which is a pity for the food to be so good. I'll go back one more time and if it isn't better, I won't be back.

Worst falafel I've ever had. It was gummy and really salty. Other than that, it was okay. Personally, I'd rather give my business to the many local Middle Eastern restaurants around town. The brownie was very good.

First time customer here! I have to say, they provided stellar customer service with delicious and tasty food. The chicken bowl with rice and Greek salads were amazing. I will definitely be back.

My co worker and I went today on our break. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. They were busy considering we only get 30 mins for break... But it was worth the wait... We most definitely be back. May have to go a little early to beat the lunch rush.. But the workers and the grilled chicken bowl were soooo good!!

Jena and her team are always helpful. Today specifically Jena was patient and assisted me with choosing my meal. She knew each component of the meal and all ingredients. I love Cava and I love this location because I work very close.

This visit to Cava was my absolute worst and most likely my last. I arrived an hour before closing, which I assumed would not be too much of an inconvenience. The majority of the assembly station was already broken down so I ordered my item as it comes on the menu to avoid any difficulties with seeing them. My bowl was fairly thrown together and when I paid for my order, i asked if i could get a bag and the cashier just pointed at the togo station and laughed when I looked back. When trying to get my drink, the young lady that assembled my bowl blocked half of the drink dispensers sipping kiwi citrus until I chose a drink from the unobstructed side. I assume this is because in the spirit of disassembly, one of the employees was cleaning the reservoir under the drinks i was waiting to use. I am extremely disappointed and may also contact the Better Business Bureau to review how the quality has lowered at this location. I pray the food quality does not match the service rendered.

This place started out great, but has quickly declined. I've ordered take out from here a few times. The first time was great. Then a few weeks ago, I was given someone else's order. Tonight, I received my order 20 minutes late because they were out of feta and someone had to run to the store. They also forgot my drink. If you wanf a true McDonalds experience in terms of service, this is the place!

Nothing has gotten better at this place. If anything it's gotten worse the employees or unbelievable they don't wanna work they don't care about the customer and they don't care how long you have to wait and then they make fun of you so you can take your cava and shove it up your ass.

Service is the issue at this location. I got charged double for rice when they offered me a scoop of brown rice cause they were low on basmati rice. The rice was crunchy too. It's kind of frustrating cause I haven't had any issues at the Harahan location and the 2 times I've been at this location it just seems like they run low on stuff and wait until it's gone awhile before refilling it.

A bit disorganized but understandable since it just opened. Eaten twice here, last time i had to throw it away. Both times the food was SO SALTY it was heart attack / headache inducing. Everything is extremely salty from tomatoes/cucumbers to braised lamb to the pita chips. Considering it is not cheap this was a bummer. I have been eating cava for years and not sure what happened here

Good food, Good Customer Service, I definitely will be back, I order greens and grains with grilled chicken and the Balsamic Date dressing is just delicious, everybody was very welcoming.
