CAVA

Overall I like that there is finally a Caba in brickell. The lines are longer and move relatively slow. But the quality of food and drinks is great. I usually get take out but nice place to sit inside or outside. Service is definitely faster on odd hours like mornings or late afternoon. My go to is the harissa chicken bowl and the pineapple mint apple drink. Get the special pita chips if you can. Fall is cinnamon and summer was harissa. Service is friendly. Get the cava rewards so your points can add up for free items. Hope they maintain the place unlike some other food chains that derail after a few months of opening.

This cava just opened and i couldn’t be happier! The food is always great and the staff is amazing. It’s become a weekly tradition since they’ve opened. They are also always happy to fix mistakes or remake your bowl which I really appreciate (I’m picky). Gabriel which I believe is the manager is awesome and very involved with his staff. I also want to mention Ramata & Selena who always have smiles on their faces when I’m there and are super friendly. Overall always a good experience.

We did the pickup and should have checked our order before we got back home. The first bowl was completely wrong, despite the correct label being on the lid. The second bowl was missing a few items but at least was semi-close to what I ordered. Very disappointing for trying this place for the first time. Also there is no way to contact them except via email which seems odd. So now I guess we wait days to see how they will resolve this. Not good customer service at all!! UPDATE they responded and refunded our order the same evening. We will give them another try as the food was very good.

Very bad experience. First, the protein portion is really small.. think 2-3oz. This was particularly visible in the salad which by the way was delivered without side dressing we ordered and the paid extra avocado portion was pitiful. Flavor was on point and the steak wrap was tasty but, again, with little protein. Delivery was whole different thing. 40 minutes to deliver three blocks and delivery person asking me to come down for the food. Really, in Brickell? Had issues conveying my concerns to Cava but one submitted customer service was very prompt in responding and volunteering to refund my order. So hopefully this was a onetime issue and you can trust customer service will make it right for you… if you are willing to go through the hassle.

I had such a great experience at the Cava in Brickell! The food was super fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — exactly what you want when you’re craving something healthy but still satisfying. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe even during the busy lunch rush. A big shoutout to Gabriel, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made some great recommendations that totally hit the spot. You can really tell he cares about the customers’ experience.

I absolutely love CAVA! The food is always so fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference in every bite .. everything from the grains to the toppings and sauces is delicious. The service is always great too; the staff is super friendly and quick, which makes the experience even better. A special shoutout to Gabriel. he’s such an amazing employee! He’s always welcoming, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect. His great attitude and attention to detail make every visit enjoyable. CAVA is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something fresh, healthy, and satisfying.

The personnel at the Brickell location are over the place. The rutine to prepare online orders are a disaster. The portions or the double protein requests are a joke. Very disgusting when the personnel there prepare foods. I’m very disappointed and you guys should be better, efficient and responsible for the foods that u offered.

It’s amazing how the staff remembers me every time I come in especially since they’re always busy so I really appreciate always feeling welcomed. The service is always super fast, I never have to wait long even when the queues are long. And best of all, the food and quality is always extremely exceptional. The restaurant is very clean and organized. Best cava location for sure!

I only leave reviews when I truly feel service or food was exceptional, and that's exactly what I experienced at this new location (we finally have CAVA in Miami!). Each and every one of the young ladies who prepared all of our food (there was a line of about 10 folks) were very patient, helpful, polite, and just genuinely kind. Mind you, most of the folks came in right before/at their closing time (10:30 pm on a Friday), yet they were totally polite and accommodating. This extended well after they prepared and handed each of us our food - meaning, some of us wanted to eat outside, so they set up a couple more tables and chairs (that were already packed up due to their closure for the night) to allow us to enjoy our food per our wishes. The GM of this location just so happened to be one of the ladies who assisted me outside with my food, after noticing I had my hands full. Overall - great and genuine customer service. I hope that someone of significance to Cava happens to see this, to know that the evening-shift crew from 10/17/25 did an outstanding job, all-around. Will be returning to this location for that alone, in addition to the great food CAVA *always has!

This location gets great for the wrong reasons. The food is fabulous, the people are doing their best and are friendly the downside is the lines. I'm going to defend cava because they do a good job if you want faster service then just order ahead and accumulate points. Speed wise it's comparable to chipotle. The place is new and which is why there just is always a line during rush hours. My go to order is a chicken Harrissa bowl with crazy feta, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, all the toppings, and garlic sauce. I also like the pineapple mint drink.

CAVA is finally open!! Pro tip: Go Early or be ready to face long lines. While it saddens me that Bolay is now gone, but happy to report CAVA has taken its place and what a great substitution! This is a Chipotle style type of place but with a nice Mediterranean twist! You can order their signature bowls or get a custom bowl. Either way you won't be disappointed!! Great service, great food and most of the meals are under $15! That's a win in Brickell!

I was really sad to lose Bolay and do really miss it. It is nice at least a similar style of fast-casual food like Cava opened up in its place, rather than another upscale and expensive restaurant. Like many say, there's a wait, especially during peak lunch time. The staff is super helpful and patient to help explain various options. I made my own bowl with the honey chicken and steak and found it to be fresh and well-portioned for the price. The cinnamon pita chips were also great as a dessert!

So so SO happy this Cava opened nearby! I ordered on the app for delivery and it did not disappoint. The portions, the price, the freshness and flavors! So good. I cannot recommend it enough!

This was the second day open and it was crowded ! Like true cava fashion ! I love love love the harissa and avocado bowl ! But this cost I tried the shawarma bowl and it was delicious ! Their selection of juices is great as well ! Welcome to Brickell CAVA !

I like the food, flavors, one of my favorite lunch places near my office. BUT... the service is so slow! Went here 3 times at different time of the day - during lunch hour, around 2pm and in the evening, and every time the line moved soooooo slow, even though were only a couple of people ahead of me I still spent almost half an hour getting food, which gets cold by the time you walk out of the door. I don't think I'll ever go again during lunch hours, because it can easily take you an hour to get your food. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Horrible service. Literally had half of the toppings available at 6:30pm. Workers couldn't have given less of a shit about my bowl. Disgrace of a Cava

Made the mistake of ordering on the app because the line was long. The app set a pick up time over one hour later but didn't give a notification of the long wait prior to entering and / or allow to cancel the order after entering. Really shady company.

Worst experience ever. Started in person in the line, but after 30 minutes, had to exit the line. Ordered online, cut to an hour and 45 minutes later, food never delivered. So I'm guessing the food is awesome, but I wouldn't know.
