Food was flavorful but service was horrible. As someone who was new there was no direction, didn’t know you had to ask for greens, smothered it in dressing, charged almost $4 for lamb and it was literally two tablespoons of meat. Spent $40 on two half full Bowls of food. Not worth it.

5/5 Star. I had Cathy as my registered person ordering my meal. And gave me a free drink! I liked it. The first time there and food was yummy, and juice was fresh. If there's no chipotle around, Cava's the one!

I've been on many CAVA's around the US and the one in Nashville is far from the best one. Black lentils were dry, brown rice was ending and they served the bottom stick part on my bowl (I asked them to replace and they did). Also veggies were burned and I asked if they had other one and they didn't. I ended up eating the burned one 😖 Anyways, I don't recommend the downtown location. Not good

Health Hazard. Blowing the venthood into the outdoor seating area is bad business. The vent seen from outside is DRIPPING with hot grease.

I was a bit overwhelmed on my first visit to Cava, but luckily a young lady I believe her name was Alex was there to help me.She took the time to explain the menu and helped me create the perfect blend Her friendly and attentive service made me feel so welcomed. The food was served in an efficient manner and was extremely delicious I’ll definitely be coming back

Ordered delivery from this location. There was a drink to be included in my order and they didn't provide it; there was literally an empty cup inside my bag, never filled. I requested a refund through the delivery platform. The falafel that was to be included in my bowl was also missing. Staff should pay attention to details and ensure that all items ordered are provided.

Cava is my new fav place! Not only is it easy to order, and even customize what you want, but the food is fresh and healthy! This is the type of place you still feel good after leaving - you feel full and satisfied :) Will definitely be a regular here!

You just can't beat fresh, healthy food in a fast casual setting! CAVA seems to be getting more and more popular, and I can see why. This location is super convenient if you live or work downtown, but I'd typically opt to eat somewhere else if I had to pay for parking just to pick up a bowl. That said, you can order delivery from this location. I will caution that delivery orders don't typically include the free side of pita you get in-person, so you will need to physically add an extra pita to your order. On my most recent visit, I was at Assembly Food Hall with a large group, and decided this was my chance to walk over and enjoy a Greens & Grains bowl. This was a Friday afternoon, and I was surprised to find no wait! I love that you can either build your own bowl or choose from one of their pre-crafted offerings. So far, I've enjoyed everything I've eaten from CAVA, but my go-to is anything that's topped in the Crazy Feta dip. I also highly recommend a side of the pita chips. These are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - making them the perfect vehicle to dip in your bowl. There is a dining room at this location, but we opted to take our food back over to Assembly Food Hall to re-join our group. If you haven't hopped on the CAVA train yet, definitely check this spot out!

Nice location in downtown Nashville on Broadway. Clean space, we walked kn for dinner. I ordered a balsamic date chicken salad bowl. Had a small portion of greens, rice, sweet potato, grilled chicken, corn and a sweet balsamic dressing, something different instead of having fried chicken or ribs in Nashville. The staff was very stiff and robotic- they need to be a bit more warm towards customers. When we walked in at 7pm, they had just washed the floors and puddles of water were all over the dinning room, i saw the wet floor signs but ladies coming in with heels or shoes-will definitely slip. Maybe the e management should pay attention to the little details that are of importance. The food reminded me of Chipotle, except the proteins have a middle eastern seasoning.

I rarely give a low rating. However, it was all in the staff. The owner really needs to retrain this staff including the manager. Normally, when the manager is not professional neither is the staff bc they follow by example. Bad leadership On 7/3/23 about 7 pm I bought a salad w/ spicy lamb meatballs but I wasn't sure what came w/ my order so I asked the black girl w/ braids it was attitude from start to finish. She was even rude to a local lady ifo me. Wow! The girl ring me up & she left. She knew I was Tourist but as I stood there waiting for a bag she moved onto the next customer. I finally turned around & saw bags so I took one & bagged my own food. You would think they're giving free food w/ the attitude. I would've went elsewhere had I known the staff would be so nasty. If you don't like your job quit, SIMPLE. Owners don't realize the money they lose is not from no business. It's bc the staff runs business away w/ their nasty attitude. The manager there was no better, earlier, I bought a water & ginger beer & the 1st girl didn't seem to understand English. I kept asking what's the price u didn't understand & called the manager then she was like is that it w/ an attitude. I'm like Wow! I sat outside for awhile then returned for the salad to take back to my Hotel for dinner and the black girl also had such a funky attitude. The boss need to FIRE them all & hire a better more pleasant staff who really enjoy working.

Service sucks ! No one was happy to be there. I was visiting for my birthday and never had cava and needed help with suggestions and he did not help at all. Then the girl had no emotions either. Anything I asked they looked at me like I was stupid. I was so excited to try Cava. Now I honestly don't care to eat it. Customer service is so important they are the face of your company and they treat people like that. If you don't like your job get a new one. Learn to smile learn to treat people with respect.

Save your money and go to an actual Mediterranean restaurant. You'll spend half the money and get twice as much food. This place is an over priced joke.

Nice location at Broadway. Delicious food. I got a vegetarian bowl with rice, beans, falafel etc. Loved it. I enjoyed it outside as they have a few tables for seating outdoors. Nice music playing in the background at Broadway, loved the vibe here. Portion size is huge for 1 person. Brownie is small but not bad.

Amazing service....i got everything i wanted and more out of the bowl I ordered....Yessy was so responsive to all my needs in terms of my meal...this place is amazing

The idea of CAVA is always offered as a refreshing mix of greens with a Mediterranean flair. Although, this specific location being ran by students, the food leaned towards the saltier side, which might not suit everyone's taste. Service was okay and the dining room could use more cleaning.

Every time I place a togo order from this location, it is wrong. Without fail every single time my order is either completely incorrect or has random stuff missing/added when it is not what I ordered. This has happened 3 times now and I'm done trying. Super disappointing considering how expensive it is. Especially if you have limited time to get food on breaks, it is just a slap in the face. Will not be placing anymore to go orders online since they only seem to care about making your food when you're watching them do it in front of your face. Shame.

Friendly service, fast, and classic delicious Mediterranean food. The restaurant was clean and had ample amount of employees for quick service.

The food was so fresh and so good! It was busy when I went because of a conference in town, but the staff was efficient and friendly!

First time trying Cava. Great food, efficient service and great atmosphere. I think the food portion was good, and great packaging.

We came with our soccer team. Service was fast, think chipotle for healthy middle eastern ingredients. Clean and modern aesthetic. Really yummy drinks and ample seating for our team. I only wish they had one of these near us in Northern California!

I've had CAVA many times and this one was okay. The quality could have been better but the people were really nice.

Cava is always a good choice for a mea, but every Cava I've been to seems to have a customer service problem. Cava's employees always seem to be having the worse day which definitely affects how they treat people. Was pleasantly surprised that this one had the nicest service. Still could use some improvement in that area, but overall good.

The visit was a good experience. There were not a lot of people when we got so we were Helped right away. They have different mixed bowls and different ingredients. You can make your own bowl or you can choose a one that it's already predesigned. We chose one that it was already fixed to give The best of the flavor. We've got the black lentil with falafel and the greens. It also had hummus and the harissa with some pickled red cabbage. It was a great delicious combination. They put some corn in there that it was not supposed to be on that recipe of this bowl because the worker mixed up the recipe cards that travel with the order. I told him that he didn't have to worry about it because we love the corn too. We also bought the sparkling flavor water from the fridge. The price was very affordable. The place looked kind of messy. Like it was already late and a lot of people ate there. But it was still early. Maybe a little bit of cleaning in the mid day would make the place look more welcoming. I would go back only that it's out of my way. I don't think I am going back to Nashville any time soon.

Cava is the best. The spicy chicken and avocado wrap (substitute lemon herb tahini dressing) is my favorite. This location is really nice and it'll a great location. i messed up my order and they were so accommodating to get it fixed for me. Great service and delicious food.

I desperately need a Cava in every city and every state-think a Mediterranean Chipotle with (in my opinion) infinitely more options and flavor combinations. Even though Cava is a fast casual restaurant, the bowls and wraps taste so fresh. The condiments and sauces are flavorful and unique, adding a dimensional layer that is very enjoyable to taste. As it was my first time visiting, I ordered one of their chef-curated bowls, I think it was called the Harissa Chicken/Avocado bowl-I ate it at 11 AM and it sustained me through the evening. At Cava it is so easy to savor every bite, and I can't wait until they expand to more locations.

The service was good and so was the food. The pita chips were fresh. Can't wait for Murfreesboro location!

Rude servers, broken bathroom, dirty and all the tables are sticky. Too bad this location is the worst I've seen

Healthy food done right. Came for lunch and had the sweet potato and feta bowl. All the flavors in the bowl blended perfectly. Unfortunately I couldn't taste the individual components all that well, but I've heard the crazy feta has an amazing taste on its on. Service was also on point. They even came to our table after we finished to ask if the bowls were satisfactory. This will become a new favorite lunch spot.

I went earlier today to cava, and let me just state Alex was super friendly and kind, It was my first Time trying Cava and the experience was worthwhile! she walked me through the line recommending me good option for the bowl I was building ! The guy who was on Cash Zabdi was very polite! Not only was the food astonishing but their store was very clean ! they had a guy come in check their lobby once in a while ! Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful!

Ordered through Uber eats, that was my mistake. Places don't give a damn about your order if it's not in person. My bowl was so small, I didn't receive 4 of the items I requested in my bowl. Not sure who made my order tonight (03/04/24) but thanks for the time & care placed into my order

I drove 45min just to eat here & worth the drive !!! Cava come to Clarksville !!!! I'll definitely be driving here once a week

This is one of the worst restaurants in Nashville. There was a cook eating on the line, there was a grill cook talking on the phone while cooking and neither washed their hands. Took 35 minutes from quoted pickup time for my togo food. I got the lamb meatball pita and an avocado bowl, both were flavorless and just terrible. The only good thing was the cucumber mint beverage.

Lemon Chicken bowl had a combination of healthy carbs, veggies and meat. The lemony vinaigrette was delicious.

Ordered off of Uber Eats and not only did it take almost 2 hours for the restaurant to prepare my food that is literally already cooked and sitting there, but the food quality was questionable and the order wasn't correct. The following items were missing that I paid for/selected: chicken, corn, side sauce, dips. Basically nothing was correct and the protein in my meal was missing! That's unacceptable! The food tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Don't waste your time at this Cava, if you're gonna spend your money, go to the Green Hills location. This was terrible!

This Cava is located right in the heart of the 5th + Broadway area and was a great place to stop for a quick, healthy meal in the middle of a busy day in downtown Nashville. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. There was plenty of seating inside and some open tables outside as well. The bowls were fresh and delicious! I love all the options at Cava and have never been disappointed; this experience was no different. Some of my personal favorite toppings include the honey harissa chicken, the crazy feta sauce, the falafel, the crispy pita strips, and the yogurt dill dressing, but I try to mix it up every time I go since there are so many options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in downtown Nashville looking for a fresh, easy Mediterranean meal!

Unfriendly and patronizing staff. I was new to Cava and had questions about my options and how it worked. The girl who spoke to me rattled off an explanation like she was reciting a dictionary definition by memory, which didn't give me time to process each of the distinct points that she was explaining. She acted annoyed that she had to verbally explain their process to me and when I had questions to make sure I understood, she interrupted me with an answer before I had finished my question, so I had to correct her because she had assumed incorrectly. Teach your people patience and manners.

CAVA in Nashville is a great place to go for delicious Mediterranean that is fresh and flavorful. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have available here. Excellent experience every time I have been here with really good customer service. Well worth another visit.

Food is beyond amazing and the employees maintain a positive attitude. Place is very sanitzed as well.
