We had a scrumptious lunch at Cava. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. My grilled chicken bowl with rice - avocado was outstanding. The pita chips and dips were so yummy. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This new fast causal restaurant on Freret is such a treat. The staff is lovely! Marley was particularly helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted to order for my first time there. The food is flavorful and service is extremely quick. A bonus are the great lemonades options as drinks!

I spent $40 on my order, only to receive a bowl with just rice and sauce. None of the other items I paid for were included. I didn’t even order right before closing at 10 PM—I placed my order at 8 PM, so there’s no excuse for this.

This location is ruining Cava’s reputation . I placed a pick up order and none of the dips or sauces I added were in my meal. They completely forgot my dressing and the portion of chicken is nonexistent. I was excited for this location to open but every time I order from here, it’s subpar service. Get new staff that can actually read and follow directions. This is annoying.

Usually I really enjoy their food. But this time was strange. I sent in a mobile order at 12. Walked over at 12:05 and waited over 30 more minutes while a rush of in-house customers that walked in AFTER me got served immediately. I don’t think that’s fair at all. I definitely hopped in line around 12:10 to be on the safe side and let them know I’m waiting on an order.

Very good and service was incredible. They ran out of chips after charging me and the manager was nice enough to refund my whole meal.

Haley was extremely helpful with a last minute large order for 17 bowls and wraps. She was efficient and got them out in no time! Very appreciative of the service and great attitudes of all the employees.
