First time trying this place and I was impressed. I ordered the chicken and rice and added falafel on the side—crispy on the outside and savory inside. The rice was well cooked, and I liked that they offer a spicy chicken option. I went with half spicy chicken and half regular chicken, and they didn’t charge extra for the mix, which was a nice touch. Toppings are unlimited and free, so I loaded up with olives, corn, pickles, tomatoes, garlic sauce, and tzatziki, everything came together really well. Overall, a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Today I came in expecting my usual order but sadly was not met with it this time. I came a bit early for my pick up order so I just waited and watched them make the order. I noticed they were like already pre closing by 9:45. I asked for a side of garlic dressing from one employee and was told that they had none. So i payed extra attention when another employee was making my bowl so after he finished my bowl i politely asked if I could have a side of garlic dressing again and then was told that no there was none so then i asked him if there was any garlic in my bowl since I had put that on my order. I just found it a bit upsetting that even though they completed my order that they did not inform me of the missing item and passed it off as if the order was completed fully. I also did notice that some employees had nails on which does not conform to food safety regulations. Update: It doesn’t help that supposedly they close at 10:30. but as of currently I have started eating my bowl I come to find a plastic wrap in my bowl so that’s just even more upsetting now .

Went there yesterday and loved this place! The falafel is super soft and non full of burned oil like other places. The option of build your own bowl or pita is amazing. Everything was fresh and the portions are big. We’ll come back for sure!

Food is always good but this last time they forgot some items, thankfully their customer care team took care of me.

Gets very busy, usually a 10-15 wait at peak lunch periods, but high quality food and good selection. Be careful picking items, it's very easy to get too many overpowering flavors (salty/spicy/smoky) together and have a result not so appetizing. I love the drink selection of craft sodas and infused lemonades.

The food was delicious. We sat outside on the patio near the door. (It was freezing inside.) Our mistake, because the door was VERY loud closing and people were going in and out every couple minutes.

My favorite fast food chain since ChicFilA. I absolutely love everything that they serve. My favorite is the spicy lamb meatballs. I love the quality of ingredients as well as the amount they are willing to give you. I love to mix the blueberry lavender drink with classic lemonade. It makes a stellar combo. I always feel good in my gut after eating here. I love to see the direction that fast food is moving with this. I wish we had one in Clermont, FL as I have to drive 40 min for the closest location.

While visiting Mall at Millenia we were searching for something to eat. We needed yummy, colorful & filling, the food court was not it. Yelped and Cava came up. I had not tried it and my daughter said it was delicious. So we drove the few minutes to the nearest Cava. Cava is wonderful. I enjoyed my delicious meal. The oprtions are plenty and the flavors are amazing. I created a chicken & rice bowl with safron basmati rice, grilled chicken, topped with cucumbers, tomato and onions. They carry deserts also, brownies and blondies. The drinks, the seasonal teas are wonderful. The service was great. The dining area is pretty big and there are also tables outside.

I love CAVA for not just their food but also drinks. I stopped by for a bowl and a drink. I left with more than I intended. I ordered a SuperGreens Salad Bowl with half Grilled Steak and Roasted Vegetables. I got a side order of the new Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips. To drink I got a Cucumber Mint Lime drink and a bottle of Maine Root Ginger Brew. The service was hit and miss. The person preparing my food was pleasant. However, the cashier was uninterested and it felt like she was in a hurry. Even after I had just told her I didn't want the honey for the pita chips, she still put it in the bag. The bowl was delicious as always. The Cucumber Mint Lime drink is always refreshing. It has great flavor and all the main ingredients can be tasted. The pita chips were ok. They were generously covered in cinnamon sugar. I haven't open the bottle of ginger root brew yet but I have had it before. It's delicious. The ginger flavor is evident. For me, it's best drank icy cold. I have been to other CAVA locations that had better customer service. I won't be in a hurry to return but will probably go back in the future.

This is a lengthy review but this place deserves it. No other review really captured the true environment and the style of food they serve. I was a little skeptical about trying Cava at first but wow the food was absolutely phenomenal. A friend recommended it to me and I am so glad I listened. It is set up similar to Chipotle but with Mediterranean flavors. You start by picking your base like rice, then choose your protein such as steak, lamb, or chicken, and finally load up on toppings. The best part is that toppings are unlimited and free of charge. You can pile on things like hummus, feta cheese, avocado slices, arugula, tomatoes, falafel, onions, olives, cucumbers, and romaine lettuce. If that feels overwhelming they also make it easy by offering numbered options like pre-built bowls. For example option 1 is a steak bowl, option 2 is a chicken bowl, and option 3 is a steak and lamb combo. I ordered option number 2 which was a chicken bowl with rice. For toppings I added feta cheese, onions, romaine lettuce, olives, corn, pickles, tomatoes, and a drizzle of garlic sauce on top. I also got a side of falafel to go with it. The bowl plus the falafel came out to sixteen dollars and some change which I thought was worth it for the quality and amount of food. Every bite was super flavorful and fresh. The food was so yummy that I was genuinely surprised at how good it turned out. They also have a drinks bar with both classics and unique choices. You will find sodas like Coke, Sprite, and root beer along with options such as Mexican cola and blueberry soda. They also serve their own homemade lemonades in different flavors. I have not tried them yet but they offer Classic Lemonade, Blueberry Lavender, Cucumber Mint Lime, Strawberry Citrus, Sweet Tea, and Unsweetened Black Tea. It is a really fun selection that adds to the experience. There is plenty of indoor seating if you want to stay cool and a cute outdoor seating arrangement with umbrellas over the tables that makes it a nice spot to sit and eat outside. This is a place I will absolutely be coming back to again.

My favorite "fast food" this year! I wouldn't call it fast food, but it's a healthier version Chipotle style restaurant with healthy options. 10/10 recommend.

For the first time CAVA customer it can be a little overwhelming- many choices to choose from as you create your own bowl OR choose one of the curated bowls on their menu. Their Greek Chicken bowl sounded good, and I'm too thoughtful to ask the customer behind me to wait while I decide! My split second decision was a home run , and I'd order it all over again! It has a base of arugula and romaine, fresh cucumber, red peppers, black olives, feta, red onions and taziki sauce with Greek chicken. Very good, fresh and definitely a reorder! This spot was very busy at lunchtime, and service was quick and pleasant. They do offer catering for your next event!

Finally a better visit than the last. No line at dinner, workers were very fast. I really wasn't crazy about the white rice, it almost felt watery as if they didn't strain it enough. The chicken and all the other toppings in my bowl tasted fresh. The seats outside were clean and plenty to sit at.

We stopped here for dinner after shopping in the area. We love CAVA so we were excited to try this location. It was busy, but the line moved pretty quickly. The workers were polite. They were out of a lot of ingredients when we ordered, which was a bit upsetting being that we still paid full price for a bowl that felt like a lot was missing. They had minimal seating inside, and some seating outside. There was also plenty of parking around too! The restaurant itself looked clean. While we will definitely visit CAVA again, I'm unsure if I would go out of my way to come back to this location.

To only be slightly dramatic, CAVA changed my life. I didn't know such a thing existed before, but my existence is much better knowing this healthier option exists! (Recognizing it's not THE healthiest, but I don't feel terrible consuming like other fast food places) Highly recommend the chicken as your main protein, it was so tender and juicy! The lemonade and other juices were also delicious - try mixing the two! Can't wait to come here more often.

Cava is quickly becoming one of my favorite go-tos for quick, fresh and tasty food! Similar to Chipotle, but for Mediterranean food, Cava is a great option for a filling, veggie-filled meal. Since I'm eating less lately, I love their kids meals, but their full-size bowls are DELICIOUS and you can get any number of toppings! Be sure to grab a drink-- their lemonades are amazing! We're always able to find seating and love how light and airy the dining area is. It can get a little loud, but you're still able to have conversations! The employees are also super sweet and personable which adds a nice "plus" to the experience!

Cava has such a variety to choose from with their meat and topping options ! Everything is fresh and the staff is friendly. The line was long but it was totally worth it. I created my own bowl with the saffron rice and power greens with grilled chicken. You've gotta try the crazy feta it's so yummy. Big portion and great value!

This is a great place! Huge lineup and super fresh food. Located next to Chipotle. Actually, this can be considered the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Similar options of either a bowl or pita. Except with Mediterranean flavors and option of lentils instead of beans. Nice variety of drinks also! A healthy choice for fast food!

Love their cucumber mint lime drink... it's homemade and refreshing... just how I like it!You create your own bowl, love all the options. I chose braised lamb and my boyfriend got chicken, we were both satisfied. The options to put into your bowl are Greek style. Service is fast!

Cali girl visiting Florida and this was a must try for my daughter and I. First timers. We weren't sure what to order or expect. But- Absolutely delicious!

Finally hopping on the CAVA train! The menu can be overwhelming, and in fear that I would order the wrong combination of ingredients, I just ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl. It was a very refreshing and healthy fast food meal. Service was swift even with a long lunch-hour line. There are plenty of seating options both inside and outside.

I went to cava to try the bowl and I just wanted to say that I had an absolute amazing experience orlanny served my food. She was very sweet. Very kind asked how my day was. She served the food very fast and efficient. The food was very tasty and well cooked and made she offered me pita chips and a drink and overall with such an amazing worker, so thank you to orlanny for making my experience, very amazing

I have had cava many times, this was the first i get food poisoning i dont know what it was but immediately had to use the bathroom within a hour im not someone who uses the bathroom in public places but i couldnt wait. This location needs some work on ingredients. The meat and rice tasted off I couldn't put my hand on what it was.

Delicious, clean fast service, very enjoyable expertise in experience provided. The Pita and soda from Maine are the way to do things the right way there. So good!

Seriously NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Cava is probably my favorite place ever to gran a quick lunch, the food is always perfectly seasoned and se great quality. Service is always really fast. My favorite go to for sure, yes, the hype is real.

I had really high expectations coming into this restaurant, because the one on Soto is so unbelievably amazing. However when I walked in there wasn't really a line so I assumed the service was quick. I normally don't give restaurants less than five stars however I feel like 3 stars is enough. He said it was about a couple minutes please for lamb balls but this guy behind me looked as if he was in a rush; which made me feel bad so I didn't wait for the lamb. I decided to go with the sweet potatoes and as soon as I sat down they were cold. I'll probably stick to the SoDo location for sure!

Absolutely love CAVA. I have not dined there a few times and every time has been spot on. This nice the service was great! Lucky for me it was slow so I could take my time deciding what I wanted. The young lady that took my order was very friendly (everyone working was friendly) and patient with me . I couldn't wait to get home to dig in and just like my previous visits, my bowl was amazing! If you haven't tried the garlic sauce, do it next time. As I mentioned, it was slow when I went in, but the food on the line was all hot and fresh. I don't know why I don't come her more often. It literally hits every time.

The steak feta pita was delicious. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The have outside seating and plenty of parking. I would go back again.

LOVE this location! This place has been my go-to for this pregnancy cravings! Super clean, staff is super friendly, and food is always fresh and on point. The menu can seem overwhelming but the staff helps you along the way! They have chicken and steak options if you are not into lamb, and the basmati rice is amazing every time!

I went here and let's just say I was impressed. I'll admit I'm not into healthy food so when I checked to see what they had I almost walked away. BUT I am glad I decided to give them a try. The food was good and flavorful to say the least! Great meal especially since it's healthy. Next time I would like to try pita chips or even a peta bread. Food was tasty and offered an alternative to Chipotle. Plenty of healthy options, including vegan and vegetarian. Only complaint is the portion size wasn't as large as I would have liked.

I love Cava in general! However, this particular location seems to have a reputation of extreme delays. This isn't based on my review alone, but from others that have gone here and are tired of it. If you have an order and you planned it for either ASAP- 30 minutes ahead, expect to either wait around for someone to actually say hello/ acknowledge you or for the food to have been made. There's nothing more important for a business than to not have 8 employees standing around not doing anything but have one employee doing work. It would be helpful and especially respectful for someone to actually acknowledge you, especially if you ordered your food to go. The location was EMPTY when I walked in and no one looked in my direction until one person who was breezing by quickly asked if I had anything, told them my name and gave me the wrong order. Not only did I correct them but then was proceeded to be told that there's no one with that name. I repeated my name again. The man that was the only one actually doing anything, was the one that walked up to me, asked my name and had the bowl already ready to go. It seems that there's an overwhelming amount of responsibility for the supervisor at the time, however for a bunch of employees to be standing there and not offering any help, isn't pretty straight up rude and not efficient. And I'm not just speaking on my behalf as the customer that's watching this happen, but the guy who's literally doing a lot. Not on person offered him help the 35 minutes I stood there. Kudos to the Hispanic dude working to-go I assumed, that day. But based on reviews from other folks, this place needs to do a lot better in regards to team work. There's already a viral tiktok about the experience itself, just not tagging the location. Haven't had this issue at any other Cava but THIS one location. Hope it improves!

I tried Cava about a month ago and went back that weekend! It was so good! The food is really fresh and I enjoyed every bit. I get the grain bowl and add my toppings such as basmati rice, tzatziki, crazy feta, spicy lamb meatballs or grilled chicken. Then you can add your drawings if you'd like. The pita chips are a must for me! You can get a free side of pita bread with your order. I highly recommend for a good balanced meal.

The flavors were good, though that's the only nice thing about this place. The staff, while friendly, were clearly untrained and were too slow and unobservant. Management needs to do way better at up keeping this place. The whole restaurant was messy and dirty: out of napkins and trash and food everywhere. Also, the cashier didn't change his gloves to roll up my dads pita wrap before or after. That's a big ick. The pita press was broken and they were out of a lot of options which is lame. If you're going to try Cava for the hype, go to a different location. The pita chips are way too greasy and overall the food wasn't that fresh.

The food was amazing. I really loved how healthy of an option it was. The service was good it was regular but we did have an employee go above and beyond for us. The ambiance was very simple. I didn't mind.

We stopped in on a Thursday around 3. Ciera immediately welcomed us in. She saw us looking at the menu and asked if we had been there before. She quickly began to explain all the options to us. There was no line, so we took our time deciding between a bowl or pita, as everything sounded so good. We decided on the pitas. The toppings are so fresh, the grilled chicken and lamb meatballs were seasoned really well. The pitas were very soft and fresh. The sauces were really good. Don't forget to order a side of pita chips, ours were warm and tasty. The restaurant's decor was minimalist which I like so the focus remains on the food. They have indoor and outdoor seating which was nice. Really happy they finally opened and staff there are all really helpful, definitely worth checking out!

My go to place for lunch/dinner, I lost most of my weight spending my money here and I have no problem with that. The different varieties that they have and the freshness they offer is chefs kiss. This location Dosent fill your bowl as they should. And the young lady seem like she had an attitude when I ask her for double scoop of toppings. This is closer to my job so I do go here quite often. The bowls are about 11 bucks and with a drink and pita chips it usually comes to 16 bucks

Food was great. I ate a Greek salad with chicken. The service was quick. The person who took the other was attentive and prompt to give suggestions. I definitely will go back.

Oh how I wish there was a Cava in Polk county. The food is so fresh and you can pick what you like. Not limited. The service is great. They will explain everything. The restaurant is comfortable and always clean. The staff are wonderful. The young man, who always seems to be here, is so friendly and outgoing. Always hustling. The two young ladies working the line on 8/6/23 were so nice and had such beautiful smiles. Nice to have a smile while working.

Great food and drinks. I loved the freshness of the food. ai came for a quick but filling lunch and it did just that. I love how you can mix up the options. The lamb meatballs were fire!

The food was mostly good, but there simply wasn't enough of it provided. After looking at the sad bowl they prepared for me and comparing it to other customers around me, I couldn't help but feel a bit ripped off. Their falafel was just OK, and I much preferred the lamb meatballs - although they were burnt. The sauces I tried were all great, but they provide way too much sauce and not nearly enough vegetables. A giant 3 ounces of harissa is just stupid, but why do I only get 3 kalamata olive halves?? That's 1.5 total olives - really?! I would suggest a pita over the rice bowl any day, as ultimately the price of the bowl compared to what you'd get at any other fast casual like Chipotle, Moe's, etc. was about 60% the size and 20-30% more expensive. Maybe it is just this location because the staff seemed pretty confused and complacent.

CAVA is always a go to for me and I was so happy to see they have it in Orlando! Since I'm on vacation, I ordered delivery through their app (they partner with DoorDash). Of course, it did take a while, but that's to be expected. My order was prepared right and everything was delicious. The only thing they missed was utensils/napkins.

First time trying this place, the lady who helped us didn't give NO recommendations to help figure out what to get, no customer service skills, however the food was great!! The PITA CHIPS were AMAZING!!! Those are 10/10. The food is good my favorite dip was garlic and harassa. There was another lady who actually gave us some tips and gave us the free bread it came with because the other lady didn't and forgot.

First time at cava! It did not disappoint everything was good and fresh. It came out quickly and got free pita chips too. Definitely a nice place with great workers. I also had the cucumber lemonade it was very good had to refill. Definitely returning.

So, I have been to this location more than 10x I love cava overall but this location is the closest to me. Place is clean, stocked up every single time, employees are hardworking and so kind, food overall is great! The restroom's do need a little more attention but overall this place is so good!!!

The pits chips are amazing. The one strawberry juice they make is absolutely delicious. Every single time i stop and get cava i am never disappointed! I always customize my bowl to my liking and the workers aren't stingy with the portions which i personally love lol. The sitting area is huge indoors and outdoors which makes it great to grab lunch with friends and family.

I never leave reviews, but my experience the last two times was very poor. The first time I went there I stood in line for 5 minutes because the staff was talking to each other and laughing instead of attending the customers in line. I wanted to give this location another try, so I went in and the other customer behind and I were ignored for a couple of minutes because the staff were in the back talking and laughing with each other again. The other customer and I were the only ones in line. This location has a bunch of untrained staff who do not care about their customers. Also the food is not worth it. Very small portions. I will not be coming back.

I highly recommend this location! The staff from the grill cooks to the employees creating our bowls seem so confident and happy to work here. The second I entered the store everyone were attentive and greeted me without hesitation. The food and drinks are worth the money!

First time to Cava! The manager, Mr. Lorenzo was awesome! He helped us make our selection and everything is delicious! The place was so clean and the employees were so nice helpful. Great experience!

This location sucks. It's always dirty, the workers are rude. Don't get me wrong i love the food, i'm from Jacksonville and the Cava locations we have there are great. I would not recommend this location AT ALL. Worst experience especially the worker with little black glasses.

I've been to the one in winter park! This location had nothing, everything in the pita needed to be substituted.. not one apology or suggestion, just we don't have it. Even down to the dressing... they didn't have it! Do not go to this location... not clean, lacking inventory, lacking proper management
