Every dish bursts with authentic flavor and fresh ingredients. The spicy lamb and avocado combo was a knockout—perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and richness. My wife couldn’t stop raving about the harissa chicken wrap, which was tender, flavorful, and wrapped in a soft, warm pita that tasted homemade. Portions are generous, so definitely come hungry. If you’re a fan of bold Mediterranean flavors and top-tier service, this place is a must try.

CAVA is finally in the Midwest and it is delicious! I love the Steak + Harissa bowl, and that is what I definitely recommend. The prices are quite high, so don’t expect to pay anything less than $13. The service is good but they are a little slow due to how many people are in line. The atmosphere is bright and modern. I tried the beverages they have and the only one I liked was the lemonade; I didn’t have either of the teas, though. Overall, I enjoy coming to CAVA but wish it wasn’t so expensive. 4 stars!

Excellent service, the gentlemen that was making our bowl was attentive and sweet. I believe a manager stepped out as well, who was also very nice. Now the FOOD…. Oh my gosh. Truly better than other places that have a similar cuisine that I’ve tried. Their chicken is juicy and seasoned very well. And you HAVE TO ADD PICKLES TO YOUR DISH IF YOU’RE A PICKLE KIND OF PERSON BECAUSE THEY ARE TYE BEST! 10/10 would recommended. My boyfriend and I regulars, we eat here all the time 😁

Amazing place that has delicious food and cold drinks. The moment you walk in the place a blast of spices hit your nose. Small but cozy establishment. The tables are not movable, so couple sitting only. Plenty of parking.

I've been to this location a few times now and had a great experience each time. The food is always spot on and tastes amazing. It does take a little bit to get your food sometimes, but it's worth the wait.

Horrible experience. We ordered ahead with 15 minutes in advance. You would think that was more than enough time to prep two bowls, but you would be wrong. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, 10 minutes to finally receive the food, which was missing ingredients. Horrible experience! It took 2 people, 10 minutes to make 2 bowls. Horrible service from a chain restaurant.

Cava recently opened here in Vernon Hills and I wanted to give them a try. I’m glad I did. To be fair, I’m being very lenient about the line to order, it was a long one, but they did just open and are very popular. Portions are not what I’ve read from the reviews here, they are very generous in my experience. I had the Chicken + Rice and it was full, not like the silly Chipotle and Roti sizes. They ran out of steak while I was there, but I liked the chicken a lot. The base is full of greens, but then they actually load it with protein and the ingredients on the menu. Highly recommend the Chicken + Rice, it was delicious. Pita Chips were also a great try. They also have a nice outside seating area. With some shortcomings given they are a brand new location, I still had a great experience and they deserve a 5 for the quality & quantity of the food and the great vibes.
