CAVA

Been dying to try this location. It was clean, fast service and the staff was outstanding. Food was fresh and flavorful. Soda was bubbly and tea was great. The tops on the drinks were sealed to perfection. Will be going back for more.

Cava never disappoints! Always a delicious, and healthy, meal that fills you up. It’s like a much better version of chipotle. I always enjoy the spicy lamb meatballs and seasonal veggies in a greens and grain bowl. Pita chips are always a tasty addition as well.

This Cava Grill has a better location and restaurant layout than the one in Columbia, MD. The bowl is definitely the better value than the pita. The more I go, the more I like it. My only complaint is neither of these two locations is convenient enough for me to visit more often!

I have touted CAVA to so many people I should probably have stock. Three of their spreads are a staple in my fridge. My faith was at least dented for the first time ever when my spicy lamb meatballs-- all 4 of them -- had a LAYER of burned meat on them. I had to cut so much away that they should have given me 2 extra burned ones to make up the difference. The Vienna location is closest to my home, but if I have another bad experience here, I will need to travel further for my CAVA fix.

The portion sizes are consistently small. The bowl is barely half filled. The lemonades seem stale. The staff is consistently nice but light-handed with servings which I assume comes down from the franchise owner. Parking in this location is terrible.

Oh my goodness this place is good. It is a bit on the pricey side so be prepared for "quick eats". If you get the lamb you have to eat your food quickly or else the fat gets hard and coats everything in an unpleasant layer of grease. The choices are good for even picky eaters and it offers a variety of flavor options. From the medium in which you eat, the meat, the veggies, the sauces, and the extras, this place is delicious.

Overcharge a $1tax for a Ancient grain salad. I was asked to email the description of my order. I responded 3 days ago. Nothing. Ben whoever you are, why did you email me for nothing? I don’t know if this is happens only in this location but this CAVA is the least generous when it comes to its mains. When they charge you extra for braised lamb they give you maybe 3 strands and that’s it. Extremely stingy will charge you so much for it. A bowl that consists of barely any meats and will charge you extra for it should not be 15 dollars
