I am a HUGE fan of CAVA! That said, this location was a first time visiting & boy was I completely and beyond satisfied! The entire staff were extremely friendly and pleasant! My salad was absolutely delicious! Not one complaint! Kudos to the entire team today..

I’ve been to several Cava locations. The food is always good. The service at this one was not great. The customer in front of us was taking a long time to decide what she wanted and there was only one employee working the assembly line. At least 4 employees walked past us without helping move the line along, and it didn’t look like they were working on another task. I use the Cava app and I was excited to redeem my free pita chips. At the register I scanned my code in the app and I asked the cashier if the pita chips had been taking off transaction and she said “no, that was for cinnamon pita chips.” I guess I had accidentally hit “redeem” on the cinnamon pita chips and the app wouldn’t let me change it. We had already paid for the regular pita chips (what we wanted) so I asked for the cinnamon pita chips. She said “you have to pay for them.” We literally had just been over that I had redeemed the free cinnamon pita chips? I don’t really get what the misunderstanding was and I didn’t appreciate the implication that I expected something without paying for it.

I love the food selection. Very healthy choices to choose from

First. Bring ear plugs to the bathroom because the music is obscenely and ridiculously and unnecessarily LOUD! And they did not plan well or prep well for the day or the dinner rush. We arrived at 7 pm. They were out of streak. So I said I’d wait and the prepped more. After 6 min the steak came and I slid down. Now I asked for Persian cucumber and guess what!? Yep out. So I said I’d wait. By then they had no more in the back. So I slid down to pay and I asked for Lemon tahini and yep! Out.

Had to wait for my pick up order despite placing it 20 minutes before hand and then on my way home realized they didn’t put any chicken on my bowl

My daughter loves Cava and she made a mistake and ordered her food to wrong Cava location. But the general manager at Westport, Sadie helped us correct the problem! She was extremely kind and patient, even though the store was very busy. We had a great experience and delicious food thanks to Sadie!

Kamari was great and the food was fresh

I went today for lunch after I got my bloodwork I was in need of something healthy . The sever who helped me today gave me some great recommendations for sauces and protein. He was very nice and prompt seem to be the only one really working . Had to make my pita chips to others should help as well. Not sure if everyone has a station. Thank you young man you made my day .

The service from the employee Maeve was just top notch. Will def be coming back cause of the lovely service.

I was greeted with an smile but when I got to the counter idk the customer service was just off didn't pack my food forgot to ask about chips or bread etc then proceeded to say "im sorry i didn't pack your bag" once i walked away and grabbed my own bag I just feel as my experience from the counter to cashout was bad was rude with the manger being on shift

As a share holder of Cava, I am deeply disappointed in this particular franchise. We ordered through the app, I received the smallest portion of food ever from Cava! There was barely any chicken in their harrissa chicken. I feel robbed for paying $15!

Will walked me thru the menu and offered samples for the drinks, dressings, and protein options. The food looks amazing, I'm excited to try the food! Great service. I'm glad my coworker got Uber eats and recommended Cava to me. The food was great, try the falafel, red hummus, super greens, sesame based dressings and don't skip out on the lemonade!

I ordered through DoorDash hesitantly after reading some recent reviews that the quality has gone downhill and mistakes have been made. Well, looks like those reviews were right. All the dips were missing from my order and several other toppings I selected. I won't be ordering this online again but would stop by and order in person since it looks like there are a lot of order issues. Food was really good but not filling? I'm still hungry after!

Generic space with a small number of tables. It's Mediterranean Chipotle. Your meal is served in a pita or as a grain or salad bowl. There are some set options or you can combine ingredients. I had the steak meze salad bowl and my wife had a falafel grain bowl. The ingredients were very good. There was tasty Maine soda on offer. A somewhat healthy alternative to fast food. .

Maybe this is the type of place you have to order in person because the online ordering here is always a HUGE PROBLEM. Either the employees have no clue what or how to fulfill your order or the food you ordered doesn't make it into the bag / get the wrong food items. Tonight I ordered a bowl with tzatziki, and I got hummus. Huge NO NO. Other times I've ordered the 3$ sides and have been told that's "not how we do it" , yes you get a side but you also have additional options on online ordering to pay 3+ dollars for other sides. Why are they always arguing ? I'm sick of not getting what I pay for or getting the completely wrong order by the time I get home. I can't really even check the bowls in the car before driving home because they slap the receipt funny enough with the ingredients you ordered right on the lid so I can't see. This is so extremely frustrating

This was my first meal after being discharged from the hospital for a week for pregnancy loss related complications. I hadn't really eaten all week. We have never been here and it was like 20 minutes away I honestly don't know what made me think of it! I was nervous to be out in the real world after such a traumatizing week! I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME! 10/26 late lunch. But the woman working the counter she was just so nice and friendly and explained everything so well, we went step by step through all the options and she was so patient with me and my husband and gave lots of Great Recommendations. She's just a really great employee and if only she knew, her kindness went really far that day. Even the man working the register just couldn't have been any nicer! You have great staff here at this location, cherish that! my "make my own" bowl was amazing and had a ton of flavor and the chicken option was perfect for me and I got a variety of sauces and loved my bowl!! I had enough for leftovers but my husband loved his so much he finished his all. He has the spicy version of the chicken which he really enjoyed. The lemonade options were really fun and fresh! I got the seasonal apple pineapple mint and I wish it wasn't seasonal. We are coming back very soon!!!

Just came here. Staff could not be bigger jerks, terrible effort. And ridiculous price. Will actually pursue a refund and complaint because don't waste my money. I go to a job just like you. 4 meatballs? That's ridiculous.

Food taste great, the speed of service is unmatched compared to other places you literally in and out. They foster a welcoming atmosphere and a very clean environment.

Very good bowls. Very tasty...could use a lil more protein when ordering on the app. Not sure if you get more when ordering in person.

On Tuesday, June 3rd at 8 PM, I asked the employee wearing a yellow headscarf for a build-your-own bowl and requested saffron rice as the base. She informed me there would be a wait, which I was perfectly fine with. However, after a few minutes, she told me they wouldn't be restocking the rice. Since my friends had already ordered, I was left sitting and watching them eat. Later, after using the restroom, I saw the saffron rice being restocked. I was confused and disappointed, as I had made it clear I didn't mind waiting. It felt misleading, and I'm not sure why I was told otherwise. I've been a regular customer at Cava, but this experience has left a sour taste. I've never encountered service like this here before, and unfortunately, I'll be taking my business to Naya.

Hats off to Cava. Grand opening day they said our meals were free, and they were only accepting donations to the Food Bank (and matching donations). SO nice. I went to Cava in the city and in DC years ago.. I never thought it was that great. But our meals the other day were DELICIOUS. Fresh and very flavorful. The lamb and chicken were very tender. The saffron rice was so perfectly cooked, as were the baby lentils. Loved the cucumber mint drink. Great having a healthy bowl place in town. The many hard workers were the friendliest, most upbeat people on a dreary winter day. Welcome to Westport, Cava!

Staff was great! It was a busy Sunday afternoon and they hustled to keep the line moving and were very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. Plenty of options to build your bowl. Drove about an hour from the Hartford area and will do it again.

After an unsuccessful shopping bout at a designer thrift shop next door, I was starving and excited to eat Israeli food particularly falafel. Sadly, the doughy balls that Cava passes off at falafel have more in common to a Dunkin Doughnut hole. Chewy and doughy with no chick pea taste and certainly not the crunchy fried texture that is the trademark of a true falafel. Sad. Must go elsewhere for my falafel fix. Otherwise the middle eastern sauces were tasty on the greens and the rice.

highly highly recommend this place! i always see cava online and have been wanting to try it, didn't know there was a location so close! this place is awesome! the food was absolutely delicious (that braised lamb is to die for). so filling and fresh! i got a bowl with all the goods mix ins and it was incredible! the service here was also so great, it was packed but the staff were quick, super friendly, and accommodating. absolutely recommend and will be back!

I just ordered from Cava in Westport and Emmy and the gentleman cashier were the best! Thank you for being patient and making suggestions for what I could order as I'm gluten free! I highly recommend ordering from these two people!! Awesome experience!

My favorite place to eat! Ask for Heather, so nice and good portions. Food is great, always taste fresh.

The guy at the register was a beast/legend. They gave insane portions and were extremely friendly.

Has an upscale soup kitchen vibe. The only thing missing is the trays w/the shaped slots for similar shaped food. Will dftly go back

First time trying cava, it was awesome! Long line but Emerald was so helpful and kind, her great customer service made the experience worth the wait!

Placed an online order here tonight and when we got home they had not packed our whole order and had made almost everything else incorrectly. Had to drive back to get them to correct it, got attitude from the woman making the salads not to mention they ran out of avocado but still left the up charge on the bill. Lentils on the salad were uncooked and overall a very sloppy experience.

Clean but small space, great bright interior. Food is always consistent and fast during non busy hours. Cava has always been a great go to spot. My go to is always the chicken with splendid greens, saffron rice, crazy feta, hummus, tzatziki, whatever toppings you prefer, always get the pita crisps though! Must try the garlic and balsamic date dressings.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! The ingredients here are just about as fresh as you can find, and delicious too! It opened fairly recently so I hope the decor and atmosphere improves with some updates, but fairly straightforward as is. The staff is pretty good too. The customization of the bowls is the selling point, and with the awesome options they have, it's tough to go wrong.

The food was so fresh and yummy. It was better than I expected. Def wanna eat there again.

Another glowing Cava review from me. This chain simply does not miss! The location on 620 Post Rd E in Westport is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots to go to after work. The food is also so fresh and INCREDIBLE! The service as always was impeccable led by the line crew and my new friend "Kamari" who was working the register. With how nice Kamari and the wait staff were made the ambiance of this location a place to be. If you're going down the Post road in Westport, stop by this location, Kamari and his crew will not let you down. Just an amazing time as always!

I am a regular at Cava... today disgusted me. Dirty portions. Dirty bowls. Dirty pants. Nothing clean about our experience today. They gave us portion sizes for a five year old who doesn't eat. Five bites in and i'm done. They are supposed to give three dips.. they only gave us one. When we asked for more she roller her eyes. They got food all over the sides of the bowl and a red substance was on the bottom and stained our clothes!!! Come to Cava at your own risk.

Tiny. Only 4 tables so no where to sit and eat. We left. Too bad because other locations have good food and more tables.

Delicious! How have I never been?! Employees went out of their way to help navigate through the choices. The chicken AND the amazing marinated steak was moist and flavorful. Didn't expect much but really exceeded my expectations.

I bought a gyro and a salad $55.00 a little expensive No?? Truly Greek a thousand times better than this place., Super expensive food, bad food, bad service. I will never return to this place in my life.

Had an amazing lunch here today! this was my friend's and i first time at any Cava, the staff was extremely friendly. Emerald was especially amazing and took her time explaining our options even though they were in the middle of a lunch rush. I had a chicken bowl with greens and brown rice, the food was light and fresh and the place seemed very clean. I also had a pineapple apple mint drink that was delicious. Edwina was kind enough to give us complimentary pita chips that were hot and fresh and came with an amazing dip. We will definitely be making this our permanent post Pilates lunch spot!

Cava Westport is the best I'm a regular Petra is amazing the chips are the best! The people there are lovely and it's always clean and tidy.

No stars - I had a horrible experience. Chelsea the waitress was extremely rude, unfriendly, and pushy. Started removing plates and food while we were still eating. She actually followed us out of the restaurant looking for an additional CASH tip. I had a child with severe food allergies, Chelsea informed me that I had to order him a meal. The website doesn't indicate it's reservations only. Very disappointing - the portions are small, low quality and overly priced. The rooftop Hocus Pocus is a sham - no one allowed until 5pm. Thank you Cavas for ruining a celebratory occasion.

Food was delicious, only reason for 3 stars was because my bowl was half full and my wait time. i placed my order online at 11:29 am for 12 pm pick up. arrived at 1202 and was told 3 times they didnt have my order. i spelled my name and it was finally found. my food wasnt even started and wasnt ready until 12:20. a line of 10 was cleared out before i got mine

This was my first experience / time going to cava and there was a worker by the name of Kamari who made the experience incredible. I asked for his suggestion and he help me build a bowl that was very deliciou. it's been quite sometime since Ive had a customer service experience that elite. Should be manager

If I could put zero stars I would. Employees and management have zero respect or regard for customer service. Unbelievably rude. I wanted to add some greens to my wrap, ordered it like I normally do, and was told that I was not "allowed" to - okay, I can sorrrrt of wrap my head around whatever policies Cava has - but the way in which I was spoken to was really sad and pathetic. So I left and will never be back.

Delicious and fresh pitas are unexpectedly soft and chewy and the fixings have tons of flavor.

Absolutely amazing service!! Such hard working, sweet people that work here. I've been to cava's all over the US and this is by far my favorite one!

First time at a cava location, I'm happy that I gave it a try. The pita bread, bowls and the chips were delicious. The customer service was excellent from the moment I stepped foot in the door. Edwina and Emerald were helpful and wonderful! I can't wait to go back !

This was my first time trying Cava. The food and the environment here was amazing. The staff here are super friendly. Special shout out to Edwina and Emerald they were so nice, friendly, and patient. I will definitely be coming back.
