Best food we have had in Sicily so far. It was busy when we arrived but were welcomed to take a seat anyway, the staff were working really hard to ensure all the tables were taken care of. Pasta was to die for! Fresh ingredients, home made! Extremely delicious wine recommended by the owner and the perfect “country” town setting. Already checking to see if they are open for lunch tomorrow 🤣

Perfect lunch and dinner spot in the area visited by local vineyard workers and wine aficionados. The wine options are absolutely incredible and Sandro is so knowledgeable. He helped us choose amazing bottles of wine at lunch and to take home. It’s a great place to try a lot of different Etna wines in one place although he does have wines from all over the world. The food was delicious as well. I would stop here and get wine from Sandro every day if I could!

Had a great lunch while in the area, food is fresh and local and tasted wonderful. Good value for the money. Patio is large and there is great parking in back.

A staple of wine and food of sicily! An outstanding cellar and authentic sicilian flavourful food! We keep dreaming of our visit there, on and on, ‘till we get back! Keep it alive!

Incredible wine and amaro tasting dinner with Sandro. Incredible dishes representative of the local cuisine and important local ingredients, as well as some beautiful wines and amari to complement them. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming, and they had great gluten free (celiac) options. Parking was very easy at an accessory lot behind/above the restaurant, there's a small sign on the cross street that may point you to it.

If you’re driving around Etna, it’s worth seeking this gem of a place! We had amazing pasta for lunch here: Pasta alla Norma was wonderful and the creamy Pappardelle with Pistachio and Burrata is simply out of this world. Service was swift and super friendly. The restaurant has a nice terrasse but it’s equally comfortable and beautiful inside as well. Quick note: pizza is only served at night.

The food was delicious and the wine selection was fantastic. We ended up spending several more hours here than we expected, as we got caught in a rainstorm! The staff and owner were so incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful!
