Couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else! The food was amazing, the meat was incredibly tender and juicy, the fish was cooked perfectly without an overpowering taste. The servers were so attentive to our needs, and so polite and kind, gave us insight into what foods to try, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Marvin, the owner came to give us recommendations and chatted with us about what kinds of foods we like and helped us customized our experience, which was incredibly kind and humble. The whole restaurant is a wonderful experience, and is definitely one to enjoy with friends and family, you take your time and enjoy course by course the amazing variety of flavors and dishes! I was taken care in such a great way by your team, especially Diego was mostly around for recommendations about food and wines pairing. It was also my birthday, and I am deeply thankful, where the gentleman ensured I had a lovely experience and made me a lovely dessert as a surprise to celebrate. Diego always ensured that the food and drinks were up to my liking and been very friendly and approachable the whole time. It was one of the times I celebrated my birthday away from family and I am grateful to your team that they made me feel special and happy even if I was by myself. Thanks a lot for the effort! Kris

We visited Caviar & Bull on our recent trip to Malta and opted for two different tasting menus: the Beef Tasting Menu and the Caviar & Bull Signature Tasting Menu with wine pairing. Both menus showcased a high level of craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail – each course beautifully presented and thoughtfully composed. You truly get the feeling that the kitchen is working ambitiously, perhaps even with a Michelin star in sight. The wine pairing, while enjoyable, could have benefitted from a bit more expertise or deeper explanation. Nonetheless, the service was excellent throughout the evening. We were looked after by a young waiter who was both attentive and genuinely caring, striking the perfect balance between presence and discretion. His warm attitude contributed greatly to the overall experience. The atmosphere was equally impressive: a beautiful setting with a lovely view, perfect for a special evening out. The only minor issue was a very loud table seated near us at first. While the staff kindly accommodated our request to move to a quieter spot, it would have been appreciated if they had proactively ensured a more balanced volume level in the room to preserve the ambiance for all guests. Still, this small point didn’t overshadow what was overall a wonderful and memorable dining experience. We left delighted and will definitely return – perhaps to try more of what the kitchen has to offer as it continues to evolve.

This place is amazing. From the moment you step in, staff is super friendly and they explain everything you need to know, from food to wines and cocktails. Everything so detailed, no rush. The steak if phenomenal, cooked to perfection! We had a really nice time there! And as a bonus, the view from the deck area is absolutely amazing!

Best food/meal I ever had in my whole life. Highly recommend this place especially the caviar, bull carpaccio, lobster popcorn, oysters and the beef from Marvin’s farm. Who am I kidding? Everything we tasted was extraordinary and an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Even the olive oil was the richest olive oil I’ve ever had - made from the oldest olive trees in the world. Highly recommend this restaurant. Top notch h service and beautiful atmosphere.

The food was absolutely stunning, but what made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service. From the very beginning, Faith gave us the warmest welcome and guided us to our table with genuine care. Throughout the evening, Erwan and Kzristijan, along with the rest of the team, were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel truly looked after. The atmosphere was equally impressive, stylish yet comfortable, with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the perfect tone for the evening. A truly wonderful dining experience from start to finish

Great location with an amazing view and stunning design. The staff were attentive and super friendly, making the experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious—the tuna tartare was out of this world, truly heavenly. We reserved a private room, and that was the cherry on top, making our dinner even more special.

Amazing experience! Everything was perfect, nice quiet music, polite staff and mostly outstanding food. Ordered some pasta and foies gras for starters and both were amazing. Then our main was again a pasta and a beef fillet. Both were delicious and we couldn’t ask for more. Also i do recommend the desserts. This restaurant is now michelin recommended but could easily go for a star.
