We had the New Year’s Eve tasting menu here, and it was a very strong way to end the year. The menu was ambitious without feeling excessive, and the cooking throughout the evening was confident and full of flavour. Courses were well paced and consistently well executed, from the opening snacks and tartare to the seafood courses and mains. Highlights for me included the scallop and prawn course, which was beautifully cooked and balanced, and the beef fillet, which was rich without being heavy. The tortellacci dish also stood out for its depth. Service was friendly and impressively quick given the occasion. Plates arrived smoothly, and everything felt well organised without being rushed. The staff clearly knew what they were doing and made the evening feel relaxed. Overall, this was a fantastic New Year’s dinner with strong cooking, thoughtful presentation, and service that kept the night flowing.

Very nice and luxurious restaurant we visited during our stay in St Julians. We really enjoyed our dining there as the food and service was amazing. You can see in the photos - everything looks and tasted even better. I recommend the scallops with two hands. The customer service is also five star. The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was that in the restaurant was too hot for my taste but maybe because of the kids in the area. Anyway, when we asked to be moved to another table because of that they immediately did it. Overall thanks to the staff for the beautiful night we had.❤️

Caviar and Bull gives a nouveau twist on steak houses. As you walk in, you are met with modern, dim lighting, signifying class and elegance. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite item on the menu were the oysters. The salmon roe topped on the oyster bursts in your mouth when chewed. I loved it. The steak was cooked medium rare with gnashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. We were celebrating, so we also enjoyed two dirty martinis and two glasses of Prosecco. The live music was an added bonus to tonight. Mladen did an amazing job serving us.

This was our best experience in Malta. The rwstaurant is top notch in all regards, from service, to cocktails and service. Not even a thing to say that it wasn’t ok. Actually, it was one thing! The food is so good that we ordered too much! From oysters to beef carpaccio, foie gras, lobster and beef, all the food was a pleasure. Definitely recommend for a truly amazing dinner!

I was taken care in such a great way by your team, especially Diego was mostly around for recommendations about food and wines pairing. It was also my birthday, and I am deeply thankful, where the gentleman ensured I had a lovely experience and made me a lovely dessert as a surprise to celebrate. Diego always ensured that the food and drinks were up to my liking and been very friendly and approachable the whole time. It was one of the times I celebrated my birthday away from family and I am grateful to your team that they made me feel special and happy even if I was by myself. Thanks a lot for the effort! Kris

Truly pleasant dining experience. The staff made the evening feel complete through the smallest gestures. The food was delicious, with flavors that felt both local and refined. The Maltese house wine paired perfectly light, smooth. The caviar was exceptional, rich yet balanced. For dessert, I chose the citrus option, though I slightly wished I’d gone for something more indulgent the kind of finale that would’ve made the experience absolutely perfect.

Beautiful view whilst eating, and the food was amazing, but the streak was a little undercooked than I asked for, but still tasted delicious, cocktails were nice, and was a great fine dining experience, would highly recommend!
