I HIGHLY recommend the lamb surf & turf, the fried fish, the FLUFFYYYYYY— my God the FLUFFY! That biscuit was not an average biscuit at all! and I’m a biscuit snob! I probably will never be satisfied with a biscuit from anywhere else. The vibes were dope. Great music, beautiful ambiance. Beautiful people. The servers were professional, helpful, kind. Prices were great! To the owner Shauna, I wish you all the success in the world. You and your entire team have something special here. I’ll be back to celebrate every special occasion here and here only!

Having visited Caviar by DNHG multiple times, including celebrating my birthday there last week, I can confidently say this restaurant is a true gem in the area. From the moment you walk in, the wow factor is there and it absolutely stands out as one of the most beautiful restaurant spaces in town. The attention to detail, and effort put into the interior space, is wonderful! The owners, Shauna and Nigel, have created something truly special. The service team, particularly Luis and Victor are so attentive. And the kitchen staff deserves immense credit for consistently delivering excellence, and deliciousness, in every single dish! Supporting businesses that bring diversity to the culinary scene adds another layer of satisfaction to the dining experience is extremely important to me. So whether you're a local, or need to cross bridges and tunnels to get there, Caviar is absolutely worth the trip. The team has created something magical here - a perfect combination of exquisite food, wonderful service, and beautiful surroundings! I promise you won't be disappointed. P.S. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caviar is an absolute gem! The food was nothing short of AMAZING. The “fluffy” biscuit is dangerously good -- perfectly soft, buttery, and addictive. But the star for me was the lobster hash… I have no words! The combination of lump crab, chopped lobster, and shrimp layered over the most delectable, freshly made potato hash brown was pure perfection -- every bite bursting with flavor and texture. And let me not forget my side of actual caviar, which elevated the dish and made the entire dining experience unforgettable. The experience was made even better by the warm hospitality of owner Shauna Neely, who greeted us with such friendliness and care. The decor is elegant and divine, and the wait staff was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. While the restaurant is BYOB, with a quick DoorDash order of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc from Edgewater Wine and Spirits, my bottle was delivered right to the table seamlessly; such a great option to pair with this amazing meal. This was the perfect way to keep my B-Day celebration going. I’ll be back soon and will be telling everyone I know about this spot. A true 5-star experience from start to finish!

We had an awesome birthday dinner here! The food was delicious, the music, interior and the vibe were perfectly set up. The owners and the staffs were very nice and accommodating . It’s the place where I want to bring all my friends and family! Highly recommended.

I really had high hopes for Caviar, especially for my best friend's birthday, but unfortunately there were a couple of unexpected kinks. Service was great, everyone was helpful and attentive. Much to my surprise the establishment is BYOB...? Prior to going, I checked out their website and IG page and didn't read anything about this being BYOB, especially seeing how the website does display a wine list. We asked for a drink menu and the waiter informed us it was BYOB and we could "doordash" from a local liquor store. Having to leave the dinner table to wait outside for our delivery took away from the dining experience. Additionally there is only water served as a beverage. No additional beverage options were offered which lead me to believe our options was "doordash" and water. The crab cakes were good and my first experience with having caviar was delicious. The entrée (lamb chops and lobster tail) was a miss. The lobster was salty and I hate to say it, didn't seem like real or fresh lobster. Overall the place has very nice aesthetics, but I'm not sure I'd go again.

Brunch @ Caviar was nothing short of Amazing! The food, service, & staff exceptional. It was our 1st time trying caviar and it was delicious found my new favorite bougie appetizer. The restaurant is BYOB with a $15 cork fee. With two appetizers, caviar,& meal it was $300 for two. The music and atmosphere was a whole vibe! We will be back you can bet on it.

I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful caviar restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish crafted to perfection. The snapper was hands down the star of the meal—so fresh and flavorful, I highly recommend it! My husband and I made reservations for Sunday brunch and had a truly amazing experience. The decor is stunning!! The warmth from Shauna and her team was outstanding. Ryan provided outstanding hospitality. The food was very good and enjoyed the seafood with the option to add Caviar if interested. As a seafood lover I tried crab cakes and lobster and crab hash and the grilled cheese with Caviar was a hit! The fluffy was like no other biscuit I ever had!! Loved the alternative options for those with seafood allergies. Can’t wait to go again!

Finally got a chance to have a date night at Caviar with my husband. We were blown away by everything on the menu! Had both types of oysters, the crab cakes make you forget about LSF ( much tastier)! We both had the fried snapper... OMG we were both in heaven. We love snapper and so many of our fav restaurants stopped serving it. This is so tasty, seasoned to perfection! The dessert was also delicious, fried biscuit with berries and the vanilla ice cream did not taste like something you get on the regular! The place is beautiful and we loved the music! I knew all the songs and couldn't help singing and dancing in my seat!! The owner greeted everyone and made them feel as if they were guests in her home! GO! GO! GO!

Caviar by DNHG is an absolute standout! My husband surprised me for my birthday with the gift of dining here--and the extra special treat of getting to see Shauna in person. It made the night unforgettable. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The ambiance was on point--elegant yet cozy--with sleek black leather wall coverings and eye-catching artwork throughout. It felt like being at home... if home came with world-class food and service. Every dish was crafted with care and bursting with flavor. The playlist added the perfect backdrop--cool, curated, and elevated the whole vibe. Victor, our server, was AMAZING--attentive, personable, and made us feel truly welcomed. To top it off, Nigel and Shauna personally came around to every table to make sure guests were enjoying their meal. That level of hospitality speaks volumes. Team Caviar is doing something special--this is an establishment you must experience for yourself.

Love the ambiance, the art, decor and vibe. The owner is there all the time and works hard to make sure people have a good experience. The food was good. Nice menu options and good execution, for the most part. I got lamb and lobster. The lamb was well seasoned and lobster perfectly cooked. My husband had the same dish, but his was less successful than mine. Overall, I like the concept of this place with its upscale taste, and relaxed welcoming vibes. I would go there again.

5 star. My husband and I went to Caviar Restaurant for our anniversary after a friend recommended it, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the red snapper, and they deboned it perfectly. If you know red snapper, you know how many bones it has, this was impressive. My husband had the sea bass, and it was absolutely delicious. We later found out it's BYOB, so we'll definitely be coming prepared next time. Great food, great service, and a perfect anniversary dinner. Our waiter was the best and during dinner the owner introduced herself to us. Loved her.

The service is impeccable. The food is superb. We had filet mignon cooked to perfection and twin lobster tails which melt in your mouth. Oh ! We started the meal with the Jerk shrimp. Great choice! They was just the right amount of heat so they didn't overwhelm the palate BUT there was just enough of a "kick" for me to enjoy it. The ambiance was fantastic too. 70s and 80s R&B which kept me interested and my toes tappin'. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner (Shauna) who was very easy on the eyes and super personable. I can go on and on but I suggest you make a reservation, go there and enjoy! You won't be sorry.

Beautiful new upscale restaurant in the area. Came here for a tasting menu and everything tastes delicious and fresh. I would definitely come back to try more things. The service was also friendly.

I came to this restaurant for an event. When I arrived I was lucky to find parking but they also have valet. I walked into a gorgeous restaurant! I sat with an amazing group of people. There was food that were served like fluffy, seabass, steak, and of course, fresh caviar! The food and ambiance were amazing! I had a good time! The place is BYOB also.

From the moment I walked in it felt like I was dining with friends/family the owner greeted us with all smiles and big energy! Food was phenomenal, we had the Spicy Tiger Shrimp the Crab Cakes, the Whole Snapper, and the Pasta with Salmon & Trout Roe Cavier, o and lets not forget the Kaluga Imperial Gold Caviar, food was amazing and seasoned to perfection! I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of everything...We paired it with white wine (this place is BYOB). We were more than full but stayed to enjoyed the music and the vibe, this place is classy and sexy at the same time! Only thing missing was dessert, not that i needed it or could fit anything else in..... im not sure if they have it.. Either way I can't wait to return, maybe I'll start by asking about dessert so I can make sure to leave space!

This spot did not disappoint! The fluffy (aka a biscuit smothered in a sweet butter) was an amazing start to the meal, as was the spicy jerk shrimp. Really flavorful. The crab cakes were so good, and they had a ton of lump crab with no filler. My boyfriend got the lamb surf and turf and it was really great too! The staff is wonderful (Luis was great), and the owner is absolutely lovely! The music, decor, and atmosphere are also all really great. Definitely recommend.

Visited here for brunch and had a fabulous experience. This place recently opened and they are featuring a pre-fixe three-course menu for $55. The offering are plentiful and everything we had was absolutely delicious. The service was stellar with everyone from the servers to the owner of the restaurant checking on us throughout brunch. The vibes are kind of Miami art deco with a splash of 90s r&b. I can see already this will become a local fave soon for north Jersey residents.

What a chic dining experience! From the time you hit the door you know you're in for a treat. I went by Caviar only to get a drink and ended up with a food experience to die for. Char broiled oysters are a must! And the AF Surprise dessert had me drooling.

Best Black owned restaurant In Fort Lee NJ owner was very hospitable and friendly. Our server Miguel was excellent and knowledgeable.. We went for Brunch and everything we ordered was incredible all food was made from scratch can't wait to try them for dinner. I have lived in Fort Lee for a decade and there are not a lot of good restaurants with great service. I highly recommend Caviar, I was very impressed

Five stars for the food, service, and ambience. Highly recommend the Kaluga Imperial Caviar! The Fluffy was decadent, along with the Lamb Surf & Turf, and the incredible Caviar Burger! Aside from the delicious food, the unique space with attention to details, accompanied by server and owner smiles, is why we plan to return!

Been on this side of the Hudson for over 20yrs. Seen it all, ate at it all. From Fort Lee to Hoboken, but this place is gonna mess around and be the best restaurant on the Gold Coast. You just gotta do it. You'll see.

Went with friends and was blown away by the decor, the food, the music and the service. The food was so delicious we did not get to take pics because we devoured everything as soon as it came out. Will be back to try the shrimp and grits and of course more caviar. I have no doubt this will soon be the hottest restaurant in NJ.

I love caviar service and let me tell you this place does caviar service right! But the best part about it is it doesn't stop there from the oysters to the fluffy you are then treated with some of the best shrimp and grits! This owner must be hallucinating and thinks he's in NYC. This place is way overpriced and prices this mediocre food higher than top tier Manhattan restaurants. Wtf! Go to Manhattan for better food and WAY BETTER VIBE.

Excellent Service and the food was both cooked and served to perfection. I had the jerk shrimp and grits. My mom had the lamb and Lobster. Everything tasted very good. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL VIBE. If I could give 6 stars I would. NJ desperately needed a place like Caviar! Perfection for date night, girls night, business talks or family time, Caviar is a gorgeous, artistic atmosphere with a fantastic staff followed by amazing food. My novice level wishing to explore caviar brought me in. I met Shauna and Nigel who are partner owners and they treated me like a long time friend coming in to visit. Luis was able to listen to what palate flavors I prefer to recommend my first time caviar. Where they could have easily sold most expensive, Luis recommended their modestly priced, and it could not have met my expectations more. Fresh, flavorful and enjoyable. Max behind the bar recommended a local NJ Riesling to pair with and my tastebuds did a happy dance. The music was great to chair dance, heck even dance in place but at a level to still hear the company you are with. I went solo after a work conference and met the kindest clientele having a drink at the bar, and making conversation with the staff. My evening was finished off by Shauna, the owner, giving me a tour of the rest of the restaurant, and for those who also enjoy ambiance and interior decor, take note. They did not skimp and it's fab. They also have a valet for those (like myself) that parking sometimes keeps you away from River Road locations. Thank you to Caviar and especially Shauna for giving me a location I can proudly bring guests to impress or to stop in for an ounce of osetra on my way home from work. I appreciate you and truly wish you the best of luck with Caviar!

A hidden treasure right on old River Road in Edgewater. Caviar is decorated nicely, warm lighting, artwork , and decor giving the place a great overall vibe with a nice playlist in the background. A must try is the "fluffy", yummy buttery biscuit. The lobster and crab hash was very tasty. We also tried the jerky shrimp and the shrimp and mango salad. Everything was very delicious and don't forget the dessert.. definitely recommend Caviar and we'll be back.. Congratulations Shawna continued success!!!'

My wife and I decided to have brunch there on Sunday. I was blown away with how marvelous this restaurant is. The food was amazing the staff were beyond friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner of the restaurant (Shauna) took us on a tour. The decor is beautiful and the food was simply wonderful. I can't wait to visit this restaurant again.

Last night I went to the new restaurant on Old River Rd. "CAVIAR by DNHG" and was honestly blown away by everything about it. Starting with co-owner Shauna, her beauty, warmth, and inviting spirit makes you feel like a true friend even though you've just met. She designed this insanely gorgeous space (I'm an interior designer and NOT easily impressed, and I give this place Platinum status!) with incredible art, lighting, details and music to bring an amazing vibe to your dining experience. And the FOOD!! I've never had every single dish surpass all my expectations!! From grilled avocado with caviar to the crab cakes, lobster and lamb, glazed carrots - there is not one single item that is anything less than extraordinary!! And dessert - Oh. My. God. Perfection beyond. There is NOTHING like this on this side of the Hudson!! I've already made plans to go back next week.
