"Since the 1920’s, Caviar Kaspia has been offering a luxurious, old-world Russian experience—with a beautiful view of the Eglise de la Madeleine. Plush, and paneled in wood, there aren’t many surprises in the dining room: You’ll find top-shelf caviar, blinis, champagne, and loads of vodka. The shop in the cellar sells everything from Iranian caviar to silver tableware to smoked fish."

What can I say. It's caviar. Like so much that you wonder if you can eat more and then you do. The service and ambiance is amazing. The little touches make it. And eat the pickle. Try the potato. BE BRAVE. Also expect that the bill will make you want to work harder and make more. Lol. But I loved it.

Google
It's a very beautiful and fancy restaurant. But the service very slow. Prices too high. €70 for a crab pasta, with ok flavors, but nothing out of this world. Dogs welcome 🐶🐶

Food is great. I recommend the Rasputin menu. The caviar potato changed the way I want to eat caviar. The salmon was dope. The staff was sympathetic and accommodating. The baba au Vodka was a first for me an I really enjoyed it.

Google
The best place to have a unique caviar degustation. Caviar Kaspia has managed to maintain their high worth and historical quality with their location, staff and menu. The service is impeccable, our server Nicolas was very attentive and gave us the greatest recommendations. We started with king crab legs, accompanied with a smoked salmon homemade blini and sour cream. We had Oscietra caviar and ended with a baked potato with imperial pearls. All dishes were simply exquisite. The experience will remain a memorable one!

I wish we sat downstairs but it was a great moment in our trip to Paris. I need to get some vodka, and caviar of course.

Google
While the expectation and atmosphere at Caviar Kaspia were definitely deserving of a higher rating, I have to say I was disappointed with the service we received regarding our bill. We ordered 5 dirty martinis and 3 margaritas, yet we were charged for 10 dirty martinis and 5 margaritas. After we showed the bill to our waiter and the manager, the second bill had the correct amount of martinis but one less margarita. It left a bad taste in our mouth to have to deal with this issue, especially after enjoying the rest of the evening.

Yelp
The most amazing caviar experience ever! The baked potato melts in your mouth and the caviar is decadent and delicious. The service is exceptional and the pickles that are given at every table were the best. The ambiance is prestige and classy. The caviar baked potato is an absolute must. The whole menu is "all things caviar" so if you're a caviar expert and lover, this is the place for you!

Yelp
Truly disappointing. Smoked salmon not fresh. Really surprisingly stale. Toast burnt. This used to be a nostalgic favorite but I will no longer come here.

Yelp
I'm relatively new in this caviar enthusiast world. I've never been a caviar fan because based on my experience the ones that I've tried have tasted too salty or too fishy but recently my husband and I tried a caviar toast that drove us crazy. I guess we were trying the wrong one this whole time. That's why in our recent trip to Paris we decided to give Caviar Kaspia a chance since all the reviews that I've read say it is one of the best places to eat caviar in the world. Inside, the place is a dream! From the moment you enter you feel that you are part of an exclusive club. Elegant and luxurious atmosphere with a classic decor and baby blue color everywhere. Service was impecable. The server gave us the best suggestions. We started with a crab salad and smoke salmon homemade blini with sour cream, delicious. And ended with the baked potato with imperial pearls, just EXQUISITE! I'm still dreaming about it. Definitely a memorable night.

Yelp
Caviar Kaspia is a famous spot for caviar and I remember models, editors, and bloggers stopping here for meals during fashion week in the 2010s, which is why I wanted to stop here. Given that its focus is caviar and most dishes come topped with it, it is expensive, which is expected. I tried their caviar potato and tuna tartare and I'm not sure if it's the caviar I chose or what, but I found my meal overall to be only ok. The caviar on top of the tuna tartare was a bit bland for my liking. Service was perfectly friendly and the vibe here was low key/cozy.

Yelp
The hype is well deserved for this place. The service is excellent and the caviar truly is next level. The baked potato is an absolute must. We also got the lobster salad which was amazing.

Yelp
What a dream. A classic. Where Chanel and all the fashion houses come during fashion week. This is the only Caviar Kaspia that isn't franchised. It's the O.G. How delicious is caviar with the most buttery baked potato?! Their vodka is clean and smooth. Wow what a treat!

Yelp
It's blue let's just start there .. it's giving Tiffany's colors . A good time indeed . Had the pickles to start good but I'm from Los Angeles so excepted a bit juicer . It's very cute . I would come back for sure love the ambiance.

Yelp
CAVIAR KASPIA MADELEINE, knows caviar. I could recite the menu, reproduce it here for you, instead I recommend going. IF you like caviar that is. They have an amazing selection, and a large variety of mouth watering preparations for the caviar. And then there is the regular dining menu. YUM, YUM, and YUM. Get your ass to Paris, and have a caviar feast!

Yelp
The baked potato with Sturgeon Blanc Caviar is a MUST! Make sure to try any of the smoked fish and a chilled glass of rosé.

Yelp
Being from Los Angeles, I've only associated sushi bars as the very best seafood experiences. I've dabbled in caviars a few times but it just didn't seen worth the price for such a small amount of food. I decided to give it another try and go to one of the best caviar restaurants in Paris next to the Madeline. I had the caviar duet for $300 and a couple main dishes for another $100 for two. It was good. I really liked the crab salad and the lobster bisque. The caviar was the best I've had for what it's worth. I would still rather spend the same amount on high end sushi but I can see why this is so desired by others. Next time I'll try the other mains like the smoked salmon and other fish and skip the caviar.

Yelp
This review is strictly for service in the shop. It's a beautiful store with an intimidating selection of the world's finest caviar. The salesperson is equally indomitable and won't even deign to greet you even if you express serious interest in purchasing. It really added a lot of unnecessary tension and awkwardness to what should have been a simple, if not fun experience. They didn't even offer to answer questions or provide feedback so if you are new to caviar, this is the worst place to go and expect assistance in purchasing the right kind for your preferences.

Yelp
This is the best caviar I ever have! I guess no one know that potatoes mixed can be so delicious!

Yelp
An absolute favorite destination of mine while visiting Paris. Fantastic, attentive service! High quality osetra options (in due and trilogies)

Yelp
Where do I even begin writing a review for such a unique, extraordinary experience? Be prepared to be taken back into time, as you make your way up the stairs to the restaurant at Kaspia. They serve the best Caviar in the world, with whatever pairing you should choose (Eggs, Potatoes, to name a few). I went with the Potato or the "Pomme" and it consisted of baked potatoe whipped up with their own recipe of cheeses and butter, then topped with a generous serving of Caviar. There's a side pairing of creme fraiche and chives, as well. This dish is 81 euros, and most of the entrees with caviar are around this range. They also have amazing salads with seafood such as crab, as well as smoked salmon with blinis. If you're a fan of caviar or seafood in general, be prepared to be blown away, however, be prepared to also come with a fat wallet!

Yelp
Be prepared to eat only caviar and smoked salmon. Room was very elegant and the from our table at the window we could watch all the Bentley's and Roll's pulling up. Thank god our Amex card doesn't have a limit...
google avatar

Yelp
Exceptional eating experience. I have eaten here for many years but not enough times. The smoked salmon blinis are second only to the Maison du Caviar in Monaco. Washed down with some frozen vodka and followed by almost anything on their menu will result in a meal to remember.

Yelp
Ready to spend hundred of Euros; and eat as good as you would at the Duty Free Store at your nearby airport ? Next time, buy the caviar at the airport ( save on the sales tax ), buy the baked potatoes; and you will have the same experience. Service is not better than your friendly Starbucks.

Yelp
Good enjoyable experience. Amazing salmon blinis and cherry vodka. Nice atmosphere. Older, very sophisticated
